I finally got my town expanded to where I can actually build out the town. Now I'm working to save up the $50k or so to buy Just Rainsticks. It looks like I am going to have to buy another water expansion as well. I need 12 boardwalk sections (which I have), but lack the space to deploy them. I also accidentally bought a boardwalk performer. So now he's sitting on what is basically a dock doing nothing. I think it's been 3-4 days since I've built any buildings. Feels that way at least.

Ok. Has anyone ever bought anything from Gamezino? Are they legit? I've avoided the sites that will hack your game for you. They annoy me because the game developer put all the time/effort into the game and gets nothing. This site looks legit. They buy bulk iTunes gift cards so they get them cheap. They use these cards to buy donuts and then buy in game items for you so the devs get paid.
For $15 I can get Shauna (who I need to complete my Toughie's set and who is no longer available obviously) and the overpriced non-premium characters like Tatum, Barney, and Miss Springfield and their respective buildings. I get one other item as well that can be anything from any of the events or any of the premium stuff. I'm leaning toward Duffman. Again, I'm not sure if this is legit though it sounds like it is. Everyone gets paid in the end. Anyone done business with Gamezino before?

I'm back into the game with the Krustyland update. I'm glad that Krustyland is its own world and you don't make it in your main world.

Man, I am getting really sick of the game messing up when I purchase a Golden Scratcher. I'll make the purchase, get the Purchase Successful message, and then the game will close. And when I re-open it, it doesn't register that I made a purchase but I was still charged.
Reaching out to EA today, since they have to handle in-app purchases.

I've had that happen and when I went in to the kwik-e-mart and clicked on the golden scratcher again it gave it to me. I have no idea what they game seems to need to re-load completely whenever you buy something. I looked at the reviews on Gamezino and it seems legit and the business model looks legit so I went ahead and bought Shauna, Barney, Hank Scorpio, Tatum and Miss Springfield for $15. Edit: When you buy stuff through Gamezino you can't use your game until they deliver the stuff as they have to log into your game as you in order to buy the crap you wanted. It could be 24 hours before I can get back into my game. I may have to borrow a friend's game so I can check my game and see if there's any progress.

Neither fixed the issue, but someone on the EA Message Boards was able to give me a heads up of what info to send EA as they had a similar situation. Upon looking at my Google Account, they charged me for 10 Golden Scratchers and yet I didn't get to use a single one.

I've had the game crash like that on me before, but it always gave me the scratcher when I went back to the kwik e mart and clicked on the scratcher again.

Well, it's been more than 24 hours and I haven't got my stuff. I emailed the guy and got a response. He tells me it will take an additional 48-72 hours. I have this sick feeling in my stomach that I have been scammed and not only have I been scammed, but I gave him my Origin credentials and my money as well. This is what I get for being a greedy sonofabitch.

Wow, that sucks. Didn't you check them out before trying it out?

I did. Their site has over 600 Facebook comments claiming that they got their stuff within 24 hours. I clicked a couple of them and they looked like real people and not bots. Then I'm reading over on Reddit that it's a scam. I honestly don't know what to think.

That's why I never do anything like that. If it sounds too good to be true, it usually is.
I'm sure that you will, but watch your bank account.

That's good. Back when I played WoW, people would buy gold and then wonder why there were unauthorized charges on their accounts. I just don't trust any of them.

I haven't beyond being told that it would be 48-72 hours when I complained and threatened to file a Paypal dispute. It's at about 45 hours right now. I haven't heard from them. Haven't checked into the game either though. Honestly, the main reason I did it (besides being a greedy SOB) was that I was intrigued by the business model and wanted to support it. It struck me as innovative. Guy buys discounted iTunes cards and uses them to sell in-game content at a discount. The more I look at it though, the more I think the guy is just hacking. I base this on the fact that he can get content that's no longer available. I tried downloading an older APK and re-setting the clock on my phone. It didn't make any difference. The game checked in w/the server and saw it was out of date. So I can buy the iTunes cards to buy discounted premium content, but not content that's no longer in the game so I think he's hacking which annoys me. I could've hacked my own game to get Shauna but chose not to preferring to do things legitly.

Over on Reddit, everyone is saying that Gamezino is not doing this via the way they claim, but is using a hack a Reddit user put together. That user shut down the hack yesterday after all the publicity about Gamezino so the hack doesn't work at all now. If they are right, then Gamezino has no way to deliver anything at all to anybody. This would mean we are all affixed via an inclined plane wrapped around a vertical axis. Tomorrow at 1000 CST marks 72 hours which is how long they said it could take. If I get nothing by that time, I am going to give them an hour or two grace period and then file a Paypal dispute while kicking myself for being greedy again. I need to get a Larfleeze figure to put on my desk just to remind me.

Since I still hadn't heard from the stupid Gamezino people I logged into my game. None of the crap I ordered. I got the weekly mystery box. It gave me 30 donuts (yay!). Then I went and bought a Homer buddha which gave me 60 donuts (double Yay!!). Then I debated if I should buy the observatory or some premium character. I decided to try another Homer buddha that game me a bench (boo). Left with just 60 donuts left I went and bought Bumblebee man. Probably wouldn't have bought him with real money, but since I got him for free, why not?
