The Squidport questline has now reached the point of annoyance for me. I am so close to finally being done with the stupid questline and getting it out of my task book. I have to build the cupcake place and the Crypto barn. However it's asking me for two more boardwalk tiles. It'll take me 3 days to build them both. It sucks. I could get the cupcake place built by tomorrow, but then I have to wait two more days? Ugh.

Once I finished the quests for the boardwalk I was done with it, I didn't want to add on it and make it nice or anything. The day and a half wait time for the tiles kind of soured me a little.
I'm enjoying Krustyland so far. Now with the new main Springfield update I have to split some of my character's time between Krustyland and Springfield. I'm trying to save up enough money right now for the SWAT van. For those of you who haven't had that quest triggered yet, it comes from Snake.

Once I finished the quests for the boardwalk I was done with it, I didn't want to add on it and make it nice or anything. The day and a half wait time for the tiles kind of soured me a little. I'm enjoying Krustyland so far. Now with the new main Springfield update I have to split some of my character's time between Krustyland and Springfield. I'm trying to save up enough money right now for the SWAT van. For those of you who haven't had that quest triggered yet, it comes from Snake. When you get far enough along, it's 2 days. I have about 5 more pieces left to make it look full, so I'm doing that, but then I'm done with it unless they add more next year. |

I was thinking of rushing the muffin shop just to get to the last quest, but I lack one piece of the boardwalk that I need to finish the mission so what's the point? I'm not spending 18 donuts to rush the last boardwalk piece. I think the Burns Mansion is going to be the next building I'm asked to build. |

I think I've decided to change how I'm playing this game. I'm going to focus on pounding out the Squidport and then finish Krustyland. Then I'm going to come back and finish out Springfield. I'm being asked to build Burns Manor right now and I'm going to wait on that and pound out the Crypto Barn and finish the questline. Then I'll go finish Krustyland so I can turn the tickets there into cash and have another source of income so I can finish out the rest of the town easily enough I think.

Anyone heard anything about when Gil is going to show up with the Duffman deal? I'm dieing to have the brewery in my town, but see no point in paying for it if it's going to go on sale in a few days. Of course with my luck, they'll offer some kind of crappy deal for the brewery and $50k in game money for 200 donuts when it's regularly 175 by itself.

Of course with my luck, they'll offer some kind of crappy deal for the brewery and $50k in game money for 200 donuts when it's regularly 175 by itself. When I first started and I bought the brewery and the bowling alley, they had sale on them both for about 300 about a week after. I was pissed lol. |

Working on piling up cash in Krustyland as I need $5k to build the food needle. I feel like I'm way behind there. So many people it seems had the roller coaster after like a day and a half. |

Honestly I have reached the point where the only time I have building to build are with update so whenever in done with all the buildings being bought (non donut ones) I just use the money for the boardwalk it's not like it expensive anymore income comes easy now with so many characters and building (channel 6 helps a lot $ wise)

Why is this game so popular its just click thats all and you have to pay for most of the content in game. It's the same as any other mobile game. You click. That's all you do on any game. You don't have to pay for most of the content in the game either. The vast majority of the content is free and nothing you pay for is required. |

As soon as I was done with the quests, I left Squidport to rot. I could care less about fully expanding it. Just started the build for the Haunted House in Krusty Land and finished the building of the Mental Hospital. I have 2 or so buildings in Springfield (not premium) that I need to buy and I'll be caught up.
I figure the next Donut Sale, I might wait towards the last day and buy a bunch to get some of the other buildings. I still have yet to hear from EA for a resolution on the whole Golden Scratcher issue as well. Luckily, I've honestly spent maybe $10 bucks on a game that I play in and out every day, for going on 6-7 Months and counting. Seeing as the game was originally free, that's a steal in my book.

I have probably spent northwards of $50. Anything more than that and I'm flat out in denial. And as soon as Gill shows up with his deal for Duffman's Brewery, I'm going to buy that too. Not gonna lie. It is about the only thing I spend money on though. I've pretty much give up on eating out and junk food so I gotta dump my money somewhere I guess. I keep building Squidport tiles. It's cheap ($10k I think) so why not. I figure I will come back one day and build it out when I'm board and have enough tiles. I see some that look really nice as they have enough tiles to fill up 6-8 expansions and all of the entertainers. Then I realize that they most likely hacked their game to get that because who in the world would spend real money on one of the entertainers? They contribute nothing, have no jobs and never leave the Squidport. |
