I'm at the point now where I get almost 10K just from all my buildings alone, so that won't bother me too much.

Wish I could get that much from my buildings. I thought I was doing well just by generating $15k so far today.

Is there a way to clear all items from the town? Instead of putting everything away separately?

I still wish there was a way to set multiple characters on the same time schedule, without clicking each individual one.

Is there a way to clear all items from the town? Instead of putting everything away separately? I don't think so. I usually move everything I can't box up into a pile on a small piece of land.

Ah ok, thanks. I have him in a 24 hour task to end in an hour or so, so maybe when he's free it will begin the task.

I hate waiting for stuff. 17 hours left for the stupid library to build. I do the math and realize it won't be done until end of work tomorrow. I'm so impatient. So I'm building out my house farm. I think the blue house is the best one to farm IMO. Anyone disagree?
I'm also finding that Flanders gets interrogated a lot. No clue what that guy is up to, but he spends a lot of time answering questions.

How can you have a collection of just one character?
Edit: Barney is by himself isn't he.

I'm wondering if Troy McClure will be worth it at 90 donuts. I'm finding some of the premium characters are worth it and some aren't. If anyone's thinking of buying them, here's my thoughts on the ones I have: Abe Lincoln - worth it. Buy him since he's a limited time offer and he completes the 4th of July set. Otherwise you'll never be able to complete the set which annoys me to no end. There are sets I can never complete just because I wasn't playing when those characters were offered. I'm not through his questline yet, but he's a premium character and his blend in task is pretty amazing. It's even better when he's hanging out with Martin who's trying to be cool. Plus, his building is small so it's easy to place. Frink - worth it. Half of his tasks seem to be outside. He comes with a building which is always a bonus and the building has some nice animations when it's in use. Plus, it pays every three hours which is nice IMO. Moleman - worth it. He's cheap and has some good tasks that you can do at low levels (I'm at 15). Watching him getting hit by a football is awesome. Watching him provide security for Krusty is entertaining as well. He's got some cool tasks that are accessible right off the bat. Squeaky Voice Teen - not worth it. I regret paying for him and wish I'd used my donuts elsewhere. He has all of one task - sell hamburgers. He walks around town with a plate of burgers. It's a 24 hour task. It looks boring. There's literally nothing else I can do with him at level 15. Maybe he'll grow on me at higher levels, but at my level it just isn't worth it. Kearny - not worth it. He's part of the bullies collection so you need him to complete that collection. Beyond that, there's no use for him. He has one outdoor task - dance a jig. It's just not that interesting for a 4 hr task. All of his other tasks are inside which is useless because you will never see him in my town. If he's off on a task (which my characters always are) you never see him. Pointless. I really wish I had bought the rich texan and could send him around firing his guns in the air for 24 hours. At least that's entertaining. I'm hoping Gil comes around with a donut offer soon so I can get Barney. Just not worth it at the price he's at though.

I went from having a crap ton of money and no buildings to being asked to build a ton of buildings and having no money. I'm now $2k from being able to build Moes Tavern. Thinking of rush building it since it gives me two characters.

Weekday should I build first? Squidport (requires two land expansions) or Springfield downs? ) I'm going to have to save either way.
