Well, I got tired of waiting for Gil to show up based on one citation I found on the 'net. I have not found any other references to this. So went and bought the Duff Brewery. So far I am immensely enjoying it. The fact that Duffman does pretty much all of his jobs outside is awesome.
Season 25 starts at the end of September. I'm hoping that the there's some sort of tie in w/the game. I can't imagine that their wouldn't be. The description of the premiere is "An FBI agent helps Lisa find out why Homer suddenly becomes polite after attending a nuclear power convention." I have no idea what they might possibly add to the game as a tie in.

Just redid my town over the weekend. Left some of it the same but I made the "blocks" be more even. Also dropped some cash to get Arnie Pye, Scratcy mascot (already had Poochy & Itchy, so I had to), and Sprawlmart. I am honestly kinda bored with the Krusty Land. I'm glad it's giving me some goals to strive for, but I hate having to bring people back and forth (Wiggum in particular since I'm working on the Eddie/Lou storyline).

I was able to complete my villain's row this weekend. Have the penitentiary up there next to the volcano layer, next to Tony's compound when I get to building it next to Burn's mansion. I'm impressed by how it looks. It'll look better once the compound unlocks and I can actually build it. I also dropped some cash and bought the Duffman Brewery and I don't regret. I am enjoying both the building and the character. Then I re-designed my Krustyland into a layout that gives me much more room to expand I think. I bought a Laffy Meal with the donuts I had left over from buying Duffman and won Mt Krustmore which was awesome. I'm liking that for 25 donuts. Still saving up to unlock the Haunted Mansion and working on buying some land expansions to build the next block of my town.

Not sure why, but I love poking Poochy in Krustyland. The way he folds his arms....I don't know. Makes me think of some kind of Anti-Drug or Bully campaign dog trying to be hip or cool.

Scratchy mascot has some funny liners. I always poke him. Have you not seen the Poochie episode? He's all about trying to be hip, haha. |

I've purchased 2 Homer Buddhas, the first one had Squeaky Voice Teen... the second had a dumpster! Needless to say I feel jipped on the second one lol. Not to mention my last Mystery Box had $250.

Last mystery box I had contained a mystery box which was strange. That box contained an angel topiary. Ugh. The last time I bought a Homer buddha I got 60 donuts and figured I should quit while I'm ahead.
Working on buying the last few land expansions I need for my town. Looking at what is left to be built, I really think I can finish my town with the land I'm buying. Weird to think I'm buying the last land expansions I'll need.

I've never gotten a single worth wild item from the Mystery Box. Nothing but fences, parking spaces, and newspaper stands. And the only thing I've gotten from a Homer Buddha was more donuts.
I would have loved to have gotten a free character or building.
While we're on the topic, I've still yet to hear back from EA about them charging me $10 for 10 Lucky Scratchers that I never got to use. Send them a follow up message last night. It's been since the 9th. It'd be one thing if it was a shady service, but as the actual makers of the game this is upsetting. Especially since I had to reach out to them vs. being able to just figure it out with the Google Play people.

You playing on Android or iOS? I can't say I've had any problems. My only problem I have with the game is that it sucks my money and my time and not other things.

Honestly, I don't even care about the $10.00. If I get it back, great. I just want to know that if I happen to have a little extra cash in the future, and decide to make a purchase in this game, that it's not going to end up ****ing me out of the content.
