does Punk fit into wrestlemania?
I'm still leaning towards WWE doing Lesnar/Undertaker rather than an HHH/Lesnar rematch. I'd also bet damn near anything that the WWE has zero interest in adding another guy to Rock Cena II.
If i was right on these two assumptions, where would that leave Punk?
Thoughts? Ideas?

Just cant see Punk anywhere else other than the WWE Title match or Undertaker. Was going to say maybe another rivalry with Jericho, but we seen it last year plus Jericho will either be involved with the shield or Ziggler.

It leaves him (and HHH) nowhere. That's why Lesnar/Taker won't happen.

If Punk isn't in the title match, which I agree that he won't be, he'll face Undertaker.
Brock is facing Triple H. They have unfinished business and Vince and Heyman are now involved, which means Triple H now has a reason to come out and face Brock beyond just pure redemption for SummerSlam.
I don't know why you think Undertaker would face Brock when Brock vs Triple H has been so glaringly obvious for months. Rock vs Cena, Triple H vs Brock, and Taker vs Punk. Those are 3 huge marquee matches. Unfortunately, we've seen them all already...

Even if Punk loses on RAW he can still be in the match.

I don't want to see either Cena vs Rock or Triple H vs Brock again. I think they might add him to the WWE championship match and I hope they do. It would definitely be more entertaining since we all know Cena is winning.

For Undertaker's health, I can't see him being in a match with Lesnar. Besides, it wouldn't make sense. If anything, the Undertaker will cost Punk his victory, they could work a storyline around that alot better.

Triple H is fighting Brock Lesnar......there would be no logical sense for Brock Lesnar to fight The Undertaker after the angle they've already done with Lesnar and McMahon.
Everyone is very aware that Triple H is Vince McMahon's son in law, and we are all very well aware that Triple H lost to Brock Lesnar and had his "arm broken" by Lesnar twice.
What logical sense would it make to have Undertaker go after Brock Lesnar?
I know everyone wants a swerve or a surprise....but the bottom line is that these things are often very very predictable.
Triple H will fight Brock Lesnar at Wrestlemania to get revenge for what Lesnar did to him and Vince, and Undertaker is going to fight the loser of tonight's match between Punk and Cena, likely Punk.

Oh yeah, 100%. As an audience, we don't have any evidence that Punk and Taker will have anything to do with each other. But if Taker is going to work Mania, seems likely with his House Show return, we technically don't have any evidence he'll be working against anyone at this point. I think we will know what both Punk and Taker will be doing within the next week or two. |

The whole Punk vs Undertaker thing seems a bit stupid and out of the blue. I'd rather Punk v Cena v Rock, with Taker getting involved in the Shield angle.

Punk vs. Undertaker would make sense.
He's lost to Rock 2 PPV's in a row, and he'll probably lose to Cena tonight. Even before that his character was being booked as scared to face Ryback 1-on-1, hence the hiring of Brad Maddox and The Shield.
What better way for Punk to regain his image and PROVE he's the "Best in the World" than to attempt to do what nobody has ever done; break the undefeated Wrestlemania streak of The Undertaker?
Now, we all know they're not going to book him to beat Taker, but the logic behind the feud wouldn't be unrealistic, if in fact that is the direction that WWE decides to go.
