WHAT CAN I USE FOR THE SCOTT HALL CHEST HAIRS ? I WAS THINKING USING A PENCIL BECAUSE A PENCIL IS LIGHT COLOR .. BUT THEN AGAIN I DONT KNOW ! PLEASE HELP !!

I have seen pencil it looked ok then you seal it so it does not rub off. I not you could use acrylic paint and dry brush it on then seal it. the dry brush is what I did on the razor I made a while back

I've always used colored pencils for chest hair. Easy to use, just seal it afterwards and you are all set.

i read of someone carving the chest hair pattern into the figure. Then filling it in with penicl... it looked great

The texture would be nice, but not sure who would want to make a Hall figure just to stroke the chest...

i use a super fine point gundam marker. so far, i think it looks better than any pencil-work i've seen.
