...the first 2 series of bca superstars were awesome, then series 3? the sculpts, with the exception of mankind were terrible, what happened? it was all down hill from there...
and yeah, great piece, razor's likeness was spot on, enjoy it!

The most likely reason for this is the master designer/sculptor of the early BCA figures, Terry Lattimer, left to work on other projects around the time of Superstars Series 3. Also, re-sculpting of the figures overseas would significantly dilute the original sculpt's likeness through the 2-up process. I wrote more about it, and Terry's work, on my BCA figure blog here. |
