As I Right this full movement in my hand has occurred but the more important thing is that I had my first look at the superstar that will be making this the New Era. I had Cabana, Gargano, Edwards and Shelley help me out. Cole and Richards had prior commitments but will be available when we start.
Beast Kong- although I asked her to not attend until we had other females on the roster she said she wasn't interested in wrestling females that she wanted to domination. Although she was mediocre on mat based wrestling she easily picked up Cabana and threw him into the corner. She threw a vicious left at Shelley. From there I told her her practice was done.
Jack Joseph- I had heard about him and wanted him especially bad for my show. The Flying Saint put on a performance with his high flying ability and submissions, but getting down and dirty wasn't for him as he didn't have the push to brawl with any one.
Adam King- King was very new the business but he was certainly cocky about my British accomplishment compared to American wrestling. I was surprise how good he was on the mat even making Edwards look new. I certain expect high things from him.
Justin Pigott- He had to apologize as he couldn't make it due to travel issue coming over from England. I don't mind though as also being British I have deal with issue similar.
Gareth Ashdown- The youngest was eager to get started I assume as I was having trouble understanding his Welsh accent. He wouldn't throw a punch only kicks
Hunter Kellen- My gem. Kellen recently picked up a win over legend Red Dragon at another event. The trend was common has the matches would be mat based instead of fights.
Eddy Valintino- The arrogant superstar was mouthing off the entire practice and didn't want to get into it right away but when he did he wasn't anything unique. He seemed to be a carbon copy of Daniel Bryan. But that's not a bad thing.

I liked the write up for the characters, even though I'm portrayed "in real life" as an arrogant person who didn't want to get into practice right away. In my opinion, it would have been easier to have people write in their personality outside of wrestling. Other than that, great start!

New Era Wrestling: The Journey Begins New York City
New Era Wrestling starts with Business Man, former Pro wrestler, and most importantly NEW Owner on the stage as he is set to make an announcement. He thanked the fans for their attendance and hoped to soon have a TV deal but until then keep up to date on NewEraW.com (not real website). Tonight we are set for the beginning of what he likes to call the Crown Cup where 9 men will compete as they face off against each competitor and the best four records advance into a fatal four tourney to declare the winner of the cup. These men will be Alex Shelley, Colt Cabana, Colt Roode, Eddy Valentino, Gareth Ashdown, Hunter Kellen, Jack Joseph, Johnny Gargano, and Silas McGahee. These start tonight!!
Hunter Kellen vs Colt Cabana Before the match even began it was obvious Cabana promoted this on his podcast as Cabana signs filled the crowd. Kellen used dirty tactics to gain an upperhand and continued to work over Cabana’s left leg. Cabana reached the rope during a Boston crab allowing him to gain some time but Kellen didn’t fall for the pulling the ropes down trick and pulled him off the ropes and hit the Bless The Fall.(*) Winner: Hunter Kellen
A pre-recorded video is shown on the mini screen of Austin Lindsey. He talked about he was scheduled to face Beast Kong but he refused to wrestle or even touch that so called female. Until he is treated like a professional he will not act as a professional this evening and is leaving to have a couple cocktails.
Alex Shelley vs Silas McGahee Shelley got the well known pop from the crowd but McGahee could have cared less has he squashed Shelley at opening bell. Shelley used speed to often counter McGahee but power was his advantage point. Shelley went for a Sliced Bread #2 but McGahee counter it into a huge Powerbomb for only a count of 2. Shelley and McGahee then exchanged punches and kicks until Shelley blasted him with a superkick but it was only a 2. Shelley then went for a Moonsault and was caught in mid air with a Into the Dirt Driver(***) Winner: Silas McGahee
Shane McCorven said in two days New Era Wrestling will be live in Chicago followed by a trip to Concord. He thanked everyone here and said stay afterward for an autograph session.
MAIN EVENT Colt Roode vs. Jack Joseph in a LumberJack match A LumberJack match with the other 7 competitors rounded off the show while two high flyers were in the ring. Roode and Joseph exchanged a quick hand slap as they circled up to start the match. Roode hit a huge Discuss Backhand off an Irishwhip by Joseph. Not to be outdone Joseph hit a springboard elbow. Looking to take charge McGahee went get involved but Shelley went to stop that which started an all out brawl outside. Roode and Joseph who were on the same page both ran out and hit huge splash over the top rope on to the 7 others. They stayed down but managed to get back in at 7. Joseph hit a huge Pele kick back in the ring only for a 2 and he was calling for it as he sat Roode on top on the ropes and hit a Flying Saint(**) Winner: Jack Joseph

Nice win for Silas there. Hopefully he gets pushed a bit in this because I've always thought he was a decent enough character that never got the attention he deserved. I like the short write ups, seems realistic for a fed just starting off. Good luck.
