String for the String around the neck
Cut out how big you want it on paper
Design it
Cut out cardboard the same size and glue together and tie with string
KARMA!

If you can get a pair of dog tags from the SOTA Guile figure, that'd work.
Using string is stupid. Would look nothing like a chain.
