That is a neat custom though I do not know who's work it is, but I think it could very well be a Modified biker Undertaker ( it is the only one that keeps coming into my head)

That's FamousJ's Konnan.
He used some Cena Shorts, I think with some different lower legs. A SHW Torso and maybe HW arms with gloves. Not sure what head that is. I don't think it is a Konnan head cos it seems it would be too small.
Don't ask for Karma, it means nothing.
