So what is the size difference with Deluxe Aggression heads, specifically series 1 Kurt Angle for those of you that have the figure. Looking online and comparing, his head appears to be much smaller for the DA body than other figures so I was hoping the scale for that particular head would work for Mattel.
Kind of sick looking for a Havoc Unleashed series 2 head. Went for almost $100 on a auction I was bidding on from the UK and that's plain ridiculous for a head for a custom.
Any help would be appreciated, +1! Thanks.

It's too big for a Mattel body. R3, Havock Unleashes, TTL (hollowed out), BCA (backlash) or Toy Biz TNA work with Mattel scale wise.

DI heads are about twice the size of a Mattel head. I am not exaggerating. I tried to make a Nigel McGuinness from DI Desmond Wolfe and his head was enormous.

Avoid DA/DI heads. They're just way too big.

Unless you're trying to make a hybrid Mattel/Jakks bobble head, stay away from the D/DI heads.
