I was super excited for this figure! I ordered it from Ringside for 20.69 and even when it came in the box it was like not positioned well. I opened it and her damn arm wouldn't go down to her side. I didn't think much of it but
I took pics just in case. I spun it 360 like all the arm s do and it just snapped off!!! I checked back on it and the arm joint was all wrong. Even the peice that connects the arm to the shoulder joint was stretched and loose! What should I do!? What does ringside do? I'm not happy with this! I was a new gail kim or something. What does ringside normally do? Because spending money on returning it is so not fair! What should I do? There is an image of the figure and how it was below!

Email Ringside. Let them know that the figure came in damaged. I'm sure they'll help you out.

My Gail's arm is exactly the same, her arm doesn't go down all the way to her side. Doesn't really phase me though seeing as I display my figures. But it's still disappointing knowing that a figure I paid for is broken.
I would definitely contact Ringside and let them know what happened.

...sounds more like a production defect, I wouldn't think Ringside is responsible, you might do better calling jakks customer service to file a complaint?...either way, good luck.

I'd email Ringside and if they don't resolve this issue then I guess call up Jakks like the poster above me said.

I got a Jeff Hardy from DI9 from ShopTNA, didn't open it yet, but he has a horrible arm. Look at this pic of it. I'm afraid he's going to break when I open him. The arm is like almost out of the socket and the bicep joint is bent...  |

Glad you got another Gail. I have never had this problem , but on my old jakk RA's (were talking WWE here) some of their arms just become incredibly loose! P.s Nice profile picture
