It really is becoming ridiculous lately. I've seen more switches in the last month than I did in the entire rest of the time Mattel has had the line. I've taken pictures of most of them, I've just been too busy/tired to upload them.
My local Walmart currently has at least 3 switches on the shelves. I usually take them to customer service, but i took a pair of Rey switches to the counter 6 times only to see them back on shelves. Sadly, it looks like both have sold now. It really bugs me.

You'd think this case would be a slam dunk for the loss prevention guy. The scumbag's home address must be on record somewhere.
LMAO at Apollo T and Elijah Book.

Found this sorry ass swap at my walmart. Lol, WTF? How did they seal the package back up? Some of these guys put too much effort into switching toys. Why don't they use that time and energy into finding a job. They cut it on the bottom, there was a giant gash in the package where the feet are. Sad thing was that was the only battle pack they had on the shelf. I went back a few days later to find an entire case of BP21 with the correct PTP and the switched ones side by side...

people are such tools. This seems to be increasing and its sad. Ive been collecting since 1996 and I never saw sh-t like this. I was always a toy hound since I was little. I would occasionally see packages torn open and figures shoplifted. I became a hardcore collector after I graduated in 2004, had a job and my own car, and I still didn't see this kind of crap. I really didn't start seeing it til 2009 or so. Did the economy go so far south? I'm going to take a stab and say no, that it's more the ease of use of Ebay has paved the way for this. That and phone technology. That may sound weird, but remember when stores, actual physical stores existed to sell things on ebay. It mystified the whole process and made it sound hard. And if you didn't have a digital camera, it would be a problem. Then phones came along with cameras which are now nicer than most digital ones. And internet, so people can always be linked in to what's hot and what's not. It's not to blame for the lack of morals, it has just become an extremely useful tool for those people. And on the camera thing, it's definitely increased scalping. I've seen ebay listings more and more frequently now where the pic of the toy is taken on the action figure aisle before they even rang it up. It's pretty ridiculous.

My girlfriend bought me an Elite 16 CM Punk figure a few weeks back, which I already had. She got it at a Kmart store. She knows that I'm a big fan of his and wanted to surprise me. Believe me I was "suprised". When she gave it to me I started laughing. It a RA Matt Hardy with a vest and the shirt or blouse from the Jakks Vickie Guerrero figure that came with Edge. It wasn't her fault because she didn't know. We went back to return it and I told them about, but I went last week and there it was on one of the pegs. Its seems these stores treat this like no big deal which is really sad.
