I know this is S1-talk but I'm watching through it now with my brother from the start. Isn't the way that Khal killed Viserys completely unhonerable? They weren't allowed to spill blood in the sacred city so the Targaryens are supposedly somewhat honerable. Especially as his sister just stood there. Seems extremely morbid and kinda makes me dislike her as a character. If I remember correctly in the book, it made a point of this, that there wasn't supposed to be blood spilled in their holy land... But he didn't actually spill any blood. Technicalities are a glorious thing. And Viserys deserved it. I think it was even strongly hinted at in the books that he may have assaulted her more than a couple times, thinking it was his right too. He was an animal.

I also think that rule is only for Dothraki people in the city, which Viserys was not. I think Dany is supposed to be relatively sympathetic and good throughout the show (although not as much as Ned or Jon) but I personally really don't like her.

Spoiler Alert: This post contains spoilers for George R.R. Martin's "A Song of Ice and Fire" series. Don't open if you have not read "A Storm of Swords." It basically discusses a very talked about lady who many fans expected to see on the season 4 finale: www.huffingtonpost.com/2014/06/25/game-of-thrones-lady-stoneheart-michelle-fairley_n_5530215.html?utm_hp_ref=mostpopularAll men must die, but not all of them have to stay dead. Season 4 of "Game of Thrones" wrapped up almost two weeks ago and fans of George R.R. Martin's book series are still upset a certain character was left out of the final episode. Lady Catelyn Stark, the matriarch of the Stark family, made a fatal mistake in attending a wedding in Westeros in Season 3. We all know how those happy affairs tend to end when they take place in the Seven Kingdoms, and after she watched her son fall at the hands of Lord Bolton, Catelyn Stark had her own throat slit by one of his men. The episode was the most shocking of the show and fans still haven't gotten over the loss of two of our favorite Starks, so naturally, when talk of Fairley reprising her role during the finale of Season 4 took hold, we got more than little excited. (For anyone who hasn't read the books, after Catelyn Stark is killed she's resurrected and becomes the zombified harbinger of vengeance known as Lady Stoneheart.) Unfortunately for Fairley, and for the fans, it looks like Catelyn Stark is staying where she is: six feet under. Fairley spoke with Entertainment Weekly about the omission of her character in the finale of Season 4 and all but confirmed she won't be returning to the fantasy series. "Yeah, the character’s dead. She’s dead," Fairley said. The actress went on to defend the option to leave out her character's arc in Season 4. "You respect the writers’ decision," Fairley said. "They can’t stick to the books 100 percent. They have got to keep it dramatic and exciting, and extraneous stuff along the way gets lost in order to maintain the quality of brilliant show." Which basically means we can say goodbye to any hope of seeing Lady Stoneheart during Season 5. WHOA!!! that really suprises me........I haveta say that disappoints me greatly if 100% true.

Mike Giggs' Munchies Robert69No I mean the way they killed him was really dishonorable. I know they didn't spill his blood. Like, they could have taken him out the city, given him a sword and told him to fight if they wanted to kill him with honor (similar to how Jamie wouldn't finish Ned off because that other guy speared him through the leg). And I know he was portrayed like somewhat of an ogre to his sister, but he wasn't really worse than a lot of the other men in the show. Khal raped Dany, and I think there was something about King Robert raping his wife too IIRC. Viserys kept up his end of the deal by giving the Targaryans his sister, and didn't really do anything majorly wrong (at least considering the time/world they're in) but they killed him and not even in a fair fight. I just thought it makes her, and Targaryans seem really unlikeable. (And I actually quite liked Viserys, he was pompous in a humorous way).

You'll get your fix for pompous bunghole from another character.

My girlfriend has never seen the show so I've started watching with her. So far we've finished 2 seasons. And man, the show is even better the second time around.
I was also reminded how brilliant Blackwater was. Might just be my favorite tv episode ever.

Like I said in that thread: They look really nice but seem pricey. I guess being a super fan costs money. They need to have a 'True Love' two pack series featuring: Jon Snow and Ygritte, Jaime and Cersei, and Sam and Gilly (with her and her Daddy's child as an accessory). Buy them people! They will only cost $400 each lol... --------------------------- And cool for Cersei nakedness..

They look to be awesome pieces.
