well, you could start by using spaces and punctuation correctly. But at least you apologized for it ahead of time.
You don't seem to be looking to do anything too difficult, which is good. For the DX, it would be easy to get an HHH figure and just paint the DX over the tights. Painting is not too hard, it just takes patience. There is an FAQ at the top that goes over paint choices. The color depends on what type of paint you choose, if you choose a cheaper paint, like apple barrel, they will have a lime green shade. If you choose a more expensive, better quality paint like Testors, you will probably have to mix it, I'd say green with some yellow will probably get you there.
When you start painting, try to use soft brushes and mix in a little water to get it to go on smoothly. You will likely have to do multiple coats, so let each coat dry before you do the next, otherwise the semi-dried paint will clump up when you start the next coat.
Changing the hair will be a little harder. You can change hairpieces, like take one off of one figure and glue it on another, or you can sculpt on hair with a sculpting compound like Sculpey (or Super Sculpey). Getting a good shape and texture are tough and take practice. If you are sculpting, try to keep it thin, otherwise it will look like a helmet.
Hope I helped, feel free to ask more questions in this thread if you still have any.
