You mold them on/sculpt them on either with sculpey or apoxie sculpt.

No just sculpt with your hands and toothpics/exacto knife and such.Sculpey is good but apoxie scuplt is way stronger-but you have to buy it online

I got this kind of material used for plumbing to patch up pipes that have holes in them etc. I'm not sure what it is called though. You have to mix it together for it to harden.
