I'm thinking about buying the HOF version of the L1 Steamboat and i need to know if it has staining issues. If so, how frequent did they come up?
Did any other figures in Legends 1 or two have these issues?

I´ve only the regular L1 Ricky Steamboat (not the HoF version). It has light staining issues on the shoulders and upper arms and i got 2 more loose L1 Steamboats for custom figures which had the same staining problem.

Which figures have the same chest mold has this Dragon?
Not to use this thread as a cheap plug. But if anyone has one for sale without stains, please pm me.

My Steamboat had stains, but they were faint and blended into the skintone. Which figures have the same chest mold has this Dragon? ^A good body to fix-up this era of Steamboat would be Kevin Von Erich's. The claw hand's good for karate poses, too.

Yes, my HOF steamboat has stains.
Red is a particularly tricky colour. It's bound to stain. Same with black.
Glad the new elite shirts are made of glossy material. They don't look like they can stain.

The very first waves that hit didnt have stains (at least mine didnt).....a few months/year later I picked up another and it was stained. I'd LOVE to find one that was stainless as I sold both of mine previously, I really need him to finish out my collection

Between L1 and the HOF I have about 6 Steamboats and all had slight staining on the arms and shoulders. The last HOF's were the worst as they were the longest on the pegs.

I think you can pick up the DM Steamboat to do a torso swap if you get one with a lot of stains. The DM Steamboat also has arms that are more ripped and accurate to Steamboats real life physique, and, yeah.

I'd recommend putting the DMs Steamboat torso on the L1 legs.
I've never seen an L1 Steamboat without stains personally. I purchased 3 and all had staining.
