Hahaha this figure is everywhere. I counted over 20 on the WM Easter shipper a few weeks ago, and I counted 11 on the TRU shipper in Cincy. Good luck bro
Fact: Anyone on this board that has been a member for 3 years and has 58 posts is a scalper. They never contribute to threads or speak. Just troll the findings and release boards in hope of scoring some news. I have no problem with buying a few figs and selling them to basically pay for your own hobby, and then some. I do have a problem with denying it. Own up

Uh, no, not all of us do scalp at one point or another. In January, I will hit twenty years of collecting wrestling figures. I have never felt the need to go into a store and buy figures so I could sell them to someone else for a profit. My parents taught me to think of others besides myself.
Just wonder how the people who have congratulated this guy would feel if he did this in their town and this happened to be the only store that received the set with Ryback, leaving them with paying scalper prices as their only option.
How many people would have bought Ryback, along with other figures off of that display, but now won't buy anything? How many people are minimum wagers, who can't afford the gas to go from store to store? How many little kids missed out? How many people will scratch this store from their search lists, causing sales to drop and figures to peg warm? How many people will finally say "the hell with it", and give up collecting the WWE line?
You got eight Ryback's. Hooray for you. You ruined it for everyone else in your area, and, whether or not they realize it, you are ruining this hobby for everyone.

I'm 1000% sure that there's people on here who don't really care about the hobby, they just join to be up to date on what's hot and what can score them the most profit. Majority of us on here have sold figs and made a profit. Whether on our classifieds thread or on ebay. Yes, I'd rather trade. Esp since I've only been collecting for about a year and it helps me catch up on figs I missed at retail. I have an extra MOC Liz. If she was still going for ridic prices would I sell her for $50? Absolutely. But I would never buy 4 of her in one sitting. Mainly because the legwork is a pain in the ass.
But if I did buy a truckload of one hot fig, I wouldn't say 2 were for my friend Betty and 3 were for my gay uncle Herb. And then if I got caught with them on ebay I would just own up to it. Unlike the op. That's where my problem lies.

Why lie about what you are going to do with them? Most people are gonna hate anyways. You might as well be real and stay truthful 100%
I'd probably buy that many Rybacks as well from Walmart or Target (Not TRU though) and sell them on the 'Bay. And then use the profit to buy other figures I do not have.
And a lil advice, if you really want to sell those, try lowering the price to be more competitive with the other 200 Rybacks on eBay. Good Luck.

Not taking sides and don't mean to butt in.......and you both have been very cool with me since I joined. But jnavo, just the other day, offered one of his figs to me for a very fair price. It was basically retail plus shipping. He might have made like $2 after all was done. But my wife ended up finding the fig the next day so we didn't do the deal.
