if you want the legs and arms separated from a figure the ONLY way is so split the torso. Which could be hard. use a flat head screwdriver then put it in the crack of the shoulder joint and push back against the arm for leverage. if the torso is extremely tight I'd suggest to boil it.

yeah they pretty much just pop out. Put em in some hot water to loosen up the rubber.
