Heat up some water and hold the hand/wrist in the water until the rubber gets soft, then pull. Its really easy. If you want to keep the wrist but change the hand, twist the hand a little when it is warm and soft, and the peg will pull out of the sockets, its really easy to work back in. Really, if you warm the rubber up (with water or a hairdryer), its simple.
