...to give your opinions.
for my cloudy custom do you think a regular cruiserweight torso would look best or a modded cruiser
secondly, 123 kid/ blassie arms or regular arms?
and could i just take the 123 kids arms from below the shoulder ball joint and put then on as regular arm ball joint without it looking weird? cause i don't wanna split the torso for just an arm switch

as small as Cloudy is, I think you'd be best off using an R3 torso. Perhaps the Jericho torso. Using an Cruiserweight torso will make him look way too ripped. Cloudy doesn't have huge pecs or any abs at all, and is just generally smaller. The R3 torso would fit him, and would look better with the 123 Kid arms.
I'd also suggest using the skinny legs from the Freebirds 3 pack.

I'd use the 123 Kid leg mold for Cloudy since he has been wearing the long "TAKA" type pants. Use the 123 Kid Leg mold, switch out the kickpads for some Kurt Angle shoes and it'd be perfect. I just cracked open a 123 Kid last night and besides the torso being sanded over a bit, it came apart easy.
If you don't have R3 torsos, just use the regular CW torso, the skinny arms would work best.
