any ideas on how to make these better?

These are the first fix up I ever did. I have the screwdriver wounds to prove it.

The Justin Credible is a B.O. WCW Kidman body with a shirt I made out of black cloth. I have to add a "got blood" decal. If anyone can tell me how I can make his neck a little shorter without messing up the whole thing that would be cool. I also have to change his lower legs. Who had a boot mold with socks sticking out the top? Any help whould be great. Check them out:

Here is the Angle. I used the arms and rubber coat from the Rebelion 3 figure. The rest is from the Angle that came with Luther Reigns. That angle had TTL arms so I gave this a shot. I wanted to try to give him is jacket he wears to the ring. Any ideas on how I can make it better? Check it out:
