seems as though he never "threatened to sue" anyone as he contacted me about this post. Plus all of you seem to have had good experiences buying off of him. Seems like a good guy. Same here. Like I originally said, I personally have only had good experiences ordering from him and will continue to do so.

I bought from him many times w no problem but the last time I bought from him I received a figure that wasn't pictured as the one Ibought . It has a big brown mark on its face. Right on the nose. And even tho wecdid business several times he demanded a return for a refund but the return shipping would have cost the same as the refund
Bought several times with no problem but like I said when there was a problem , I found him to be rude and unreasonable He didn't refund or partial refund me for that fig , he didn't do anything really and I couldnt even get the mark off

To say it's not the sellers fault something arrived battered and torn is a joke. It is just as much their fault as the shippers. Why because the should be packing it in a box and not one of those stupid mailer envelopes. To put a 3D object into a padded envelope is just asking for trouble. Those things constantly get caught in conveyor belts. Maybe it's because I worked at UPS for 10 years, but if I was buy or selling something I would be responsible enough to make sure it was packed in something that would last the shipping process. I couldn't even tell you how many times I would go to a company to make a pick up and they'd try to give me an over packed box held together by a lone piece of scotch or masking tape!

You might be right. Let hypothetical something here... Say you get an actual box and it comes to you dented and as a result, your MOC is compromised. Would that be the sellers fault? You've worked at the post so you know, you know these things happen. You even say it yourself. I've only had one problem with bubble mailers... A postal worker, accidentally stepped on a package while delivering it. So, maybe, the bubble mailers, arn't the problem. Also, first class mail doesn't get tossed in with priority packages. As soon as it's checked in, it's sorted. Sorted facilities, organizes the packages for intend routes. In the end the packaging doesn't matter, like started before, 12,000 feeds is an accomplishment in and of itself. You don't get there without hard work.

In the past year and a half I've shipped probably close to 2,000 loose figures, all in bubble envelopes. And I've NEVER had a problem with them. I also wrap each figure separately in bubble wrap before putting them in the envelope. I'd love to be able to ship everything in a small box, but I have yet to find a supplier that has boxes that are just as cheap to buy as the envelopes, or as lightweight as the envelopes. Why should I buy boxes at a higher cost and pay more shipping when not one single person has had a problem with a loose figure in an envelope from me?
