You could use sculpy, magic sculpt, apoxie sculpt. I like using apoxie sculpt because sculpy breaks easily. Clay could also work.

You can buy sculpey at Wal Mart, but I suggest Super Sculpey, it is more durable. That can be found at craft stores.
Apoxie is found online only. You can check ebay or google it for the official site, I don't have a link. The product is called: Aves Apoxie Sculpt.
