Jeff Hardy Custom Elite Facepaint

Hey, I need some advice/suggestions on how to smooth the paint on this Hardy R-3 scan.
I was trying to get that Immune to fear/Jakks Cyber Sunday look for a new custom I've been working on.
The acrylic paint I was using got a little clumpy and has become a little problematic.
