Sells more and get better reviews Not saying it doesnt sell more, you said it was better which is a matter of opinion. Of the top 10 best selling EA Sports games however, 5 of the 10 were Madden games 4 were FIFA and 1 was some EA exercise game or something. I bought FIFA '13 last year during Black Friday and only played it once. I couldnt figure out how the hell any of the controls worked. Kinda sad when you play a sport for 16 years and you cant do it on a video game.

If you can't figure out the controls, but know how the game works and what the terminology of the sport is (as I assume you do, having played for 16 years), why not just look at the manual?

Because Im male....we dont look at instructions LOL.... I just assumed the controls would be "similar" to previous games, which of course the last FIFA game I had was 11 years ago and they were just completely different. Im sure I could have gone in and adjusted the controls to garner it to my liking but I also ended up buyin NCAA Football the same day and it kinda took over my playing time. I might break it out again from time to time. Basically Ill randomly buy 1 game from "other sports" just so I have something to play but most of my time is occupied around NCAA and NFL games.

That's fair enough. I'm similar with FIFA. I always get tempted to buy Madden or NBA 2k but its always just a step too far for a game where I'm not sure how much I'll play it. I want both this year but with the PS4 it would just be silly to spend that much money on top of what I'm already getting.

I'm a fan of both sports and games but have split thoughts. The NFL is a better sport to watch on the whole but the FIFA game is more enjoyable than Madden, in my opinion. I can play FIFA online clubs for hours every day for the whole year. But Madden doesn't really offer that same 22 player online thing and I don't enjoy 1v1 modes (in any game) unless it's against a friend. I'll happily play them both but the ratio of time allocation is something like 95:5 in FIFA's favour.
