doo doo and caca........how old are you guys? Lol! You do realize this is a toy collection site!?!? No matter how old we are, we are kids at heart. On a side note, I was on the Jakks thread and seen your collection. It was very nice, I liked your setup. What did buy to use as stairs for your figures?

doo doo and caca........how old are you guys? LMFAO. You always say the funniest things. To answer your question I just turned 31 so in the figure world that puts me at being 9 for the next 6 years. I like this figure but not at a $30 price point. I actually don't mind the route Mattel went on the HC title since the placement of the plates look accuarate and adding the red and blue blotches will be of no challenge to me. I am a little dissappointed that we didn't get sculpted features on the figure itself and the painted features don't give off the mesh effect all that well. If they were looking to go the cheaper route with this then the least they could have done was add a couple more accessories... like the other half of the stairs that come with Cactus Jack. I would be more likely to have bought it just to get the second set stairs for my ESR. I'll buy one below the $20 price point. If anything I wished they had saved this figure as a TRU exclusive as part of a Paul Bearer BAF series, otherwise as an FB in a given Elite series.

I do like the figure(I think the Jakks R3 Kane looks better ) and the Hardcore belt looks OK (tons better than Jakks). I just wish they would've waited a little longer to release this. Or maybe they could've released the Hardcore belt with someone else. Pass.

So many people on here would have went all "tough guy" and tried to start an argument. We are all def kids at heart. I read "doo doo and caca" and started laughing in my office. As for my collection: I posted those pics in the Jakks thread from my thread on the Mattel board because I picked up a couple Unmatched Fury figs. Someone read that I had a Mr Perfect collection and asked for pics. So I just posted those. I need to take some updated ones. The "display steps" are 3 tier spice racks. I got them at Bed Bath & Beyond. You can get them at Target too I guess. They have rubber platforms so the figs stay pretty sturdy without stands.

I don't think it's that great, but I will eventually pick it up when I decide to pick up the other exclusives that I've yet to get of Cactus and Austin.

Depends. It's a high pricepoint, but it's also labeled an exclusive and this style of Kane is hard to come by. For me it's worth it anyway, since I'm from Europe and I tend to order from eBay,, so I have a crap ton of shipping costs anyway.

It needed a new headsculpt at least. They reused the flashback Kane head and its just wrong for the Kane they were supposed to be making.
Mattel seem to be Hit and Miss lately IMO.

I don't know if I agree with that. Yes, the head is too skinny, but the flashback had the same problem. The shape of Kane's mask never changed so it's as wrong now as it is was on B26 and Elite 12. That being said, I do wish they made a new head, or at least painted over one more time, but it's passable.

I preordered it right away. Do I think it's perfect? No. Do I like it? Yup. I can justify the price point because it's an exclusive. This is a short run production for Mattel as it's not hitting mass retail, and anything that gets a short run will always cost more per unit than it would if it was mass-produced for retail. The price is really the only thing exclusive about it. It looks like a poor custom some1 put together. Oh yea, I totally agree that the price is the only "exclusive" thing about it. Some mass-release retail figures came with more stuff (i.e. HTM.) All I'm saying is I understand that because the short-run aspect of it, the price can't be the same as a mass-release figure.

Pretty sad. Everyone pretty much voted "no" by a landslide lol Like I said before, hopefully that means this exclusive will be the most easiest to get without worrying about it going out of stock too soon seeing as how almost everyone here hates it.. I can't wait to get it!

I don't think it's worth it. I tried to like it but i can't, i'll be saving my money to pre-order E23 when it goes up instead. It looks as if Mattel put very little effort in to it, something just looks off to me. The hardcore title also looks off to me. the title had grey tape on it... I think some blue in there some where. It just looks cheap...and look at kane on package he's massive compared to that fig...his hair is slicker - should have been less puffy on top....its literally a repaint - no thanks.

Mattel seem to be Hit and Miss lately IMO. exactly. this might be the best example of a figure looking nothing like the guy on the box except for paint scheme. kane on the box is a monster - the figure looks like a dork lol

i doubt this forums resounding NOPE.....to the Kane figure will change anything.
But hopefully it resulted in somebody firing off an angry email.....or RSC sending MDT a drunk text.
In a perfect world Kane will get fixed before it ships, and RSC Tom will give MDT a wedgie....and indian burns next time he sees him. [all while wearing a "Be A Star" shirt]

Yuck. Wow there are no similarities whatsoever. What Im trying to say is that, this figure is ok but if its just a repaint why make it an exclusive. Just cause there is a new belt does not make it an exclusive. This is worthy of a flashback not an exclusive at all.

[all while wearing a "Be A Star" shirt] I don't think RSC or Mattel give one iota about polls on this forum. The only thing that matters is the sales number. People can say they don't think it's worth it just to be antagonistic, yet they may buy it anyway. There are enough people who see enough value in the belt (or people who just gotta have every Kane) who will jump all over this figure. But no one outside of RSC or Mattel knows how successful this figure truly is. I think Mattel has a major problem making their figures too small. Hacksaw was too small, Slaughter was never that skinny, Kane and Ryback's waists are too tiny, Arn Anderson was never a thin man, Vader's chest and arms aren't nearly big enough. At least they didn't give Bret Hart ripped arms like Jakks, but they need to beef these guys up.
