I tried that when I bought CM Punk and Rhodes! They didnt do it, and called the electronics people to fix the price tags. I was pissed, but bought them both anyway. They Are By Law Required To sell at The Advertised Price. I Once Found A COD Game The Week Of Release Stacked Into The Old Games Place With A Sale Tag Of 29.99 (Old Versions Price) They Had To Honor The Price. (Wal Mart) i Bought 2 Because I Knew Retail. |

If you bought all the figures, because you knew, legally they had to sell them to you at the marked price, for re-sale, then you'd be a jerk.
You did the right thing, taking only what you wanted and making the best of an error

Elites aren't in the advertisement nor are they listed on the tags. And stores usually only give you something at the sale price on mistakes like that if the employee was the one who put them in the wrong spot. Normally that's only done with stuff that are in a cabinet or pallet of appliances/mechandise under the wrong sign, but out on the pegs they rarely honor mistakes like that because most times it's customers who move them to the wrong pegs. And the way they get away with it is by showing that the item # or (dpci's at Target) aren't the ones advertised. The days of the customer is always right are long gone. Retailers always have loop holes now. |

Not my fault the employees stocked them in the wrong spot. Their elite pegs were right there, and completely empty. Not my fault they didn't take the time to scan them properly. My friend bought some Halo figs that didnt scan, and they apparently were worth about $12, and the manager rang them up for $2.50. Also I offered to put one back so... |

I've had things sitting in the wrong area and requested a price change, not your fault they are located there unless you moved them or changed a price tag. Which would be stealing. However the fact they aren't zoning the area properly throughout the day. Walmart has people who it's their job to make sure everything is stocked and in the right area throughout the day. I consider target to be #1 in the retail chains with Walmart at second and Kmart 3rd. I don't know all the details of the purchase, but with the given information I have to say more power to ya! I would have done the same thing! |

you did NOTHING wrong! its on them to correct the problem they can sell to you or loose your business, plain and simple.
Its not like you made a sticker copy of a basic figure bar code at home then went to the store and place said sticker on an elite and then ring it up for the basic price of 8.99! that would be cheating or is it? Not that I have ever done that dont know where that thought came from.

I grabbed Jericho at Target last night also. No signs of Sandow and Tensai at our Target in Anderson, SC.
