I remember seeing people's animations they'd ripped from the ROMs. That's what got me into it, but I was so bad at the game it was hard to rip ani's from it lol Way easier on PS2 than a keyboard. I'm sure the ol' youtube has some cool animations from back in those days.

Just had my first match - Matt Bentley VS Matt Sydal. Won at 15:15 after my 5th superkick when I finally figured out how to pin. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- There's a guy over at WLF forums converting some of the saves from the FireProClub forums. Here's what he's done so far - DJKM77 from FPC WWE 2003_2013 New and Improved with TNA History save as Memory card 2 www.fireproclub.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=25&t=26242WWE 2003 to 2013 and TNA Historywww.fireproclub.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=25&t=23717DJKM77's 1990 to 2002 the Big 3 BOTH PARTS! IN ONE SAVE! That is 950 wrestlers and Managers. The Big 3 1990 to 2002Kradiation 2012 Kradiation 2012Joshi 2013 by DJKM77 JoshiStu's 91-93 and Stu's 96 (memory card2) Stu's 91-93 and 96 WWFEdit - A bunch more hereTo use these saves, do the following - Create a new folder on your USB stick named PS3 Inside the PS3 folder make a folder named Export Inside the Export folder make a folder Named PS2SD Inside PS2SD folder Copy and paste the download NPUD21702 folder. Put USB stick in PS3. Go to Save Utility PS2 Choose USB Stick Highlight Firepro Save and Press Triangle and choose copy. So, to use a save that utilizes both memory cards (like the WWE 2013 and the TNA history save that are in one pack) - The WWE 2013 save would be the default save that gets loaded from memory card 1. To play the TNA save, load memory card 2 from the menu. All credit goes to Rockhead262 over at the WLF forums for converting these and to everyone over at the FireProClub.

Had the game for a week now...2 days after downloading it and copying a save file of about 70+ wwf 1995-1997 Wrestlers I realize there's not much eles to do on the game, It's still fun but I HATE playing against people who don't know how to play because they don't appreciate this as a Great Wrestling game. So we just play WWE-13 its more of a "button masher" to me than Fire Pro. Fire Pro is alot more challenging also. Hell on WWE13 on the legend difficulty i still wont ever loose a match ITS JUST TO EASY but on Fire Pro the difficulty on "5" is a challenge! Firepro lacks alot as far as what most would expect from a wrestling game, No Managers, No Story/Dialogue, Commentating, Wrestling Announcer, but im my opinion the games Simulation and Technical skill it takes to play makes up for all that. 8/10

Never played any of the Fire Pro games, heard some good stuff about the series. If I had a PS3, I would try it out, but I don't even know if it would be released in the European store.

Well that depends on what you need help with. Setting up a match? Controls? Controls. I can't win a match for my life. From what I've encountered, grapples happen kinda randomly, and it's a button mash to win them. Square and Circle seem to be light/medium grapples, with the D-Pad determining what move you pull off. X is strong grapple, and Triangle is run or Irish whip if pressed while in a tie up. Pins are difficult to determine, because the button combo may vary depending on the wrestler's moveset. But, most of the time it's Down and X. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Even if you have the control scheme figured out, it's still a crapshoot if you'll win or lose. As Undertaker, I must've hit The Rock with 10 tombstones, and he beat me with a drop-toe hold.

Got this downloading. PS3 always takes 3 years to download a game but my 360 downloads a much larger game in 15 minutes...looks like I'm leaving it on while I sleep lol

I just picked this up today. I just want to add most of my favorite classic wrestlers. I assume you can't play online, but it looks like you can play 2 players. Love the game, and wish they would release a modern one on PS3 or 360 with online play. I have messed around with editing, but editing the colors is really confusing as to what changes what. I suppose it takes some getting used to. I assume that with this version there is no way for me to download wrestlers that others have created for it?
I need to get to work on my 4 Horsemen.

I haven't done the process to convert the old PS2/PS3 Virtual Memory Card data to the PS2 Classic Release in like a month, but as long as you have a USB stick, you should be able to get some EDIT packs/saves for it. If there's anything you want to keep from your current Save file, you must back it up and put it somewhere on your PC I believe. Then if you want some Saves, look up a tutorial on how to download the saves for the PS2 Classic version. If you need any more help, just ask me and I'll get you going in the right direction.

My biggest gripe with this game is that even if you set the AI down to the lowest difficulty, it can be a real pain in the ass to win. I guess I just never developed the perfect timing I needed to win. If they had made easy difficulty actually easy, it would really have made it a lot more fun to play. There are so many things this game does right. But it does have some flaws - the control is kinda clunky, running doesn't seem to work right, but the biggest problem is the difficulty - I'm sure it turned a lot of players off from this game.

I actually picked this game up the day it came out in the US. Sadly, I got it at GameStop instead of another game store because I didn't realize there would be a price difference (it was $15 everywhere but GameStop, which was selling it for $20). Well worth the money, though. It took some getting used to, but it honestly is a really, really fun game, especially for those of you that like a challenge when it comes to wrestling games and likes intense matches.
The amount of saves that are out for this game is amazing, too. Completely changes the amount of fun I had once I loaded up a save with a bunch of updated wrestlers/arenas.
Grabbed the PS3 version a week or so ago but didn't really do much on it until a couple days ago. I just simmed a tournament in it this morning, check it out!
Skip to about 15 minutes in to get past all of the tournament planning and other shenanigans, if you want!
