I love that this movie is being shot in San Fransisco, to those who have ever been there will know that its a beautiful city.
It'll be nice to get some MCU action from the West Coast for a change, too.

They low-balled him repeatedly (coming right off the heels of him winning the Golden Globe and being nominated for an Oscar) and cut close to half of his scenes. Not to mention that Iron Man 2 is, in my opinion, one of the worst recent summer blockbuster movies not to feature Roland Emmerich or Michael Bay, and by far the weakest movie Marvel Studios has released to date. If he's asked, why in the world would he have anything positive to say about them? By all accounts, he had a miserable experience with the studio. Marvel, as a studio, has kind of a long history of mistreating its actors.

She's a bad actress with "comically" bad bolt-ons... what's not to like? I don't understand the appeal of her as Wonder Woman either... what is it, other than the fact that she was in a reportedly terrible TV pilot for the character?

Pretty sure The Wrestler was the biggest movie he was in given all the awards and nominations he received after the fact. His role as Whiplash is forgettable and that's not solely on him.

Yeah, Rourke is in the right here.. Marvel did him dirty, and 'Iron Man 2' is the worst Marvel movie of all the Marvel movies..

And Mickey Rourke is a chump, I don't like him at all.. The same can be said about you springing to Marvel's defense tho.. They have a tendency and a history of royally screwing over people that work for them.. In this case it was Mickey Rourke. Do you not remember the scene when Stark visits him in jail? I was SO strapped in for them to have a few more exchanges and a big battle.. It did not happen.. It was probably one of the most disappointing movies I've ever seen. Honest to God. Marvel is great Joker bro, we all get that.. But they're not flawless.. And they ain't all sunshine and rainbows. The further they go with their MCU the more clearer it becomes that it's still very much a DISNEY studio.. Run the way Disney has always run.

To be honest if it hadn't been for The Wrestler, I highly doubt Marvel would have cast Rourke. He should stop complaining and be thankful that he was part of the MCU because they kept his career revival going just a little longer. I can't say that I can recall a movie with him that was any good after IM2.

To be fair outside of the Iron Man series and TIH its been pretty flawless in my opinion. Also, I don't know if I'll get in trouble for this so if I will can someone please warn me. I stumbled upon a stack of discs sitting on my entertainment center about 20 mins ago.........and well by god there it was. Cap 2 in its full glory. I have no idea who's it is as neither my cousin or her boyfriend who I live with are into comics or movies like Cap. But I have yet to see the film, and its the only MCU film I haven't seen. And while I feel guilty that it is a bootleg I cannot wait to watch it tomorrow. I was going to pick up the Blu-Ray anyway but I can't not watch it....it has made my god damn week finding that stack of discs.

I had no idea it was released on any format yet? I was curious as to how the hell someone got a straight up copy rather then some cam-corder ridiculousness straight from the 90's. I may have to buy the iTunes version Friday when I get my first check.

My flawless comment wasn't directed towards the movies, but towards the studio and its 'Disney tactics' during pre production and production.. Contracts for actors and directors.. Also the firing of actors, and directors.. The cutting of scenes, late script re-writes.. Iron Man 2 I dislike.. The only other movie where production issues were as clear to me as IM2 was Thor: The Dark World.. But I still really liked it. I too, think they're pretty flawless with their movie record.. But they're notorious for doing what I mentioned above.. And the only Marvel movies that are home runs, are movies that have directors they trust, and have locked in with contract trust. The first person they did that with was Jon Favreau, but because of the problems on Iron Man 2, he walked.. The first Iron Man was brilliant.. But Iron Man 2 wasn't? Because Marvel got hands on.. That's my only point. EDIT: When you receive a free copy of Captain America: The Winter Soldier... You don't ask questions! YOU STOP WHAT YOU'RE DOING AND WATCH IT DUDE! GO! GO! GO!

And believe me man it is going on the first chance I get today.....I never expected to see "Captain America 2" after looking through movies like "A Million Ways to Die in the West", "Bad Grandpa" etc.....it makes ![](http://www.wrestlingfigs.com/images/wfcensored.gif) all sense but I'll take it.

Ya see I wasn't leaping to Marvels defence.....I was having a pop at Rourke because I hate the sight of him. My dislike of him has ZERO to do with his relationship with Marvel/Disney. It has to do with a comment he made about "his people"(my people too) that was so incredibly ignorant it was unforgivable. It belied how little he knew about the situation here in the 80s. I know Terrance Howard was mistreated but I agree with them about Norton. Rourke I know little and care less about but because I dislike him I posted this. when they mistreat somebody I like again Ill complain.....until then? I see no point in getting excited over actors and actresses I care little for. Portman etc. and sorry to anybody who thinks otherwise but IM2 was the biggest deal Rourke was ever involved with....and hell yes he was criminally underused especially in that final battle. IM2 is a strange one for me.....It gives me a feelgood buzz to be honest......It seems to get more and more hate as the years go by.....

Badass Digest have clearly been privy to Edgar Wright and Joe Cornish's Ant-Man script as they reveal more details about the upcoming movie in a report on Evangeline Lilly's Wasp-like haircut seen earlier today for the first time. Though the site cautions that they have not seen the most recent draft since Peyton Reed joined as director and Adam McKay and a number of other writers did some rewrites, the original version did not have Hope getting involved in any sort of superheroing dutues, adding that any recent changes likely wouldn't have altered that as: "I suspect that the large adjustments to VFX would make that unlikely." Of course, Ant-Man could end with Lilly deciding to (presumably) follow in her mother's footsteps by becoming The Wasp and fighting crime alongside Hank Pym's predecessor, Scott Lang. Talking of Janet Van Dyne, the site claims that the previous drafts of the movie say only that she is "gone" and not dead. Intriguing, wouldn't you say? Keeping the focus on Lang makes sense for now, but it seems like a missed opportunity if Marvel Studios don't bring one of their best female sueprheroes to the big screen! www.comicbookmovie.com/fansites/JoshWildingNewsAndReviews/news/?a=106385
