Saw the midnight premier of Thor...all I can say is Marvel have done it again.
For those of you concerned by some of the more negative reviews, don't be. Absolutely incredible movie and probably my favourite yet. I won't spoil it for anybody but if you do want to know anything, ask away and I'll hide the spoilers. When I read the movie ends on a cliffhanger...they weren't freakin' wrong. Wow.

If I had one complaint about the movie, it would be to portrayal of Malekith, I felt the character could have been so much more and at times you could really tell where pieces of his story or scenes had been cut. The same goes for Algrim.

Am I allowed to be excited now? You can indeed my friend. Like I said, I've already saw this trailer as it was the one leaked from the Con. If you like it, fair dues & all the power to you, but personally, the only thing I like from this trailer is the music they chose to go over it. Nothing from it looks at all inspiring & not a movie I have high hopes for. Will I go see it, Yes, absolutely, will I enjoy it, well, that's down to Singer to surprise me somehow with this movie. But what does it tell you when a Director doesn't let his cast read comic books on set to help them get into character, you know, the things these movies are based on, Hugh Jackman admitted to having to sneak comic books on set of the first X-Men movie just so he had a little insight behind the character. Fox annoys me, Singer annoys me & the less said about Super Man Returns the better, LOL. I was unaware of that. That's not cool at all.

Just got back from Thor 2, better than I thought it would be, loved the cameos in the movie. Called a major thing in the movie months ago, nice cliffhanger even though it wont get any resolution for atleast 3 years by my count. Very nice mid credit scene, thought the end credits scene was not needed.

Although how awesome would it be during Age of Ultron if Loki blind sided Thor during a major a battle? I know he's not set to be in it, but things could change. Also, I'm sure word will have spread to Thor about Loki before Age of Ultron. My guess is he will close the bifrost, not allowing Thor home.

I am curious to know how they bring back professer X for this movie? From what I understand this is a sequel to X-Men 3, Wolverine and First Class and Wolverine was a sequel to X-Men 3. Sucks no Cyclops which I still hate about X-Men 3.

Days of Future Past looks like the best X film yet.. And with X-Force being the next X film to go into production I am expecting an Apocalypse teaser to set up something big, similar to the way Thanos was teased..

X-Force?what iteration of X-force is it?
Cable and the former New Mutants?
or
Wolverines Black Ops team?
DOFP will have a hell of a stretch to go to beat X2 in my book.

Apocalypse making his MCU debut in a similar fashion to Thanos would be too much for me to handle, lol.

X-Force?what iteration of X-force is it? Cable and the former New Mutants? or Wolverines Black Ops team? DOFP will have a hell of a stretch to go to beat X2 in my book. From what I've read about it and from what the writer/director Jeff Wadlow is saying, it's most definitely going to be Cable.. They already did Wolverine: Black Ops, it was Origins. IMO anyways.. With the right casting, Cable is marketable. In agreement about X2 though. I have a wait and see attitude.. But my excitement for an X Men movie hasn't been this big since X2. Days of Future Past looks like the best X film yet.. And with X-Force being the next X film to go into production I am expecting an Apocalypse teaser to set up something big, similar to the way Thanos was teased.. That would be ing sick. They have to be building towards Apocalypse. It's only logical, right Fox..?

To anyone who has seen Thor, is there an after credit scene? Yes, there are two. Highlight the text below if you wish to know what they are... MID CREDITS Volstagg and Sif take the red infinity gem or the 'Aether' to the vaults beneath Asgard. Once there they are met by the Collector who is played by Benicio del Torro and is accompanied by some weird alien creatures. He goes by his real name and is introduced as Taneleer Tivan. Volstagg says that Asgard attracts danger by housing the tesseract so they need to put the Aether to safe keeping somewhere else. The Collector accepts the red gem and once Sif and Volstagg leave, he smiles and says 'One down...five to go.' POST CREDITS *MAY SPOIL END OF MOVIE* Jane is sitting in her kitchen eating cereal. There is a loud crash of thunder, she goes outside onto her balcony and Thor is waiting for her to begin his new life on earth. After that, the beast from Jotunheim from the first movie (and also the second) appears in a car park in London chasing birds.I have to say, the final battle in this movie between Thor and Malekith is probably my favorite out of all of the Marvel movies with the exception of the Avengers.

Hey thanks a lot man! I can't wait to see this movie. I've already bought Thor marathon tickets. Thursday can't come soon enough.
