I agree completely. I really hope the Avengers face more than one Super Villain in at least one of the movies. Would be pretty sweet if they don't it up.

Also, something that's probably worth noting with the recent news that RDJ has signed on for A2 and 3, Marvel have confirmed that Chris Hemsworth, Chris Evans, Jeremy Renner, ScarJo, Ruffalo and Jackson have all reached agreements about their contracts, if you remember a couple months back, there was a dispute over pay.

The only guy who WON'T be back for A2 is Tom Hiddleston, but he's not done with Marvel yet. He has 3 more movies in his contract.

Vin Diesel is currently in talks with Kevin Feige to join the Marvel family and also reported rumours going around are that Whedon recently passed comment that a small part of A2 will take place in Wakanda, which we all know what that means.

Things seem to be really running smootly over at Marvel which is great news all around!

The following is allegedly a description of the new Thor trailer that is due to appear online anytime now. The trailer was shown before a preview screening of The Lone Ranger. Since this was originally posted, it seems to have been removed from the site, but I saved it just in time. Again, I have no proof of this, it comes from a woman who claims to have seen it.

Usual Marvel logo followed by ariel shots of Asgard. Much of the world has been destroyed and smoke and fire rises from many grand looking buildings. In the palace, Odin snarls at Thor 'You believe that the answer to everything is war! You would happily have your own men die just to...' Thor slams his fist onto a table, cracking it. 'Enough!' Odin looks shocked.

Moving through Asgard, warriors battle, some pull people from their homes. Thor's voiceover booms 'When will you open your eyes, we are at war.'

A shot of Thor walking through a heavily damaged area of the palace. Frigga beside him 'If we do nothing, they'll destroy us'.

Quick cut to Jane, Darcy and Selvig. They're in London with a large group of Children. Jane tells them of another world. 'A world of mystery, a great power'. Selvig looks concerned 'A power I have felt.' One of the children, a young girls asks Darcy 'What about you?' and she refers to her iPod 'They took my iPod'.

Storm clouds roll over London.

Cut to what looks to be the inside of Malekith's ship/shuttle. The walls of his ship look organic, almost like a shell. They move around slowly. Malekith is shown staring out into space. The ship is moving fast and passes alot of space junk and wreckage (Chitauri's damaged ship?). He turns and speaks to an unrevealed character. 'We desire power...and we shall take it. For light years now, we have stood in the shadows.' It should be noted that his voice is different to that in the teaser, it almost sounds as if he's speaking under water.

Back to Earth and the ship enters the atmosphere, it hangs above Big Ben. Malekith voiceover. 'We will not emerge from the darkness...we will simply take it with us.'

On Asgard, Thor battles in a large field, similar shots to those in the teaser. He fights alongside Sif. Thor suddenly looks to the sky, there is a large thundering sound. He bolts out of the field.

Back on Earth, Thor arrives. Malekith is commanding his 'race' as he calls them. The Dark Elves capture Jane and drag her to Malekith. Two more guard Darcy and Selvig. Malekith raises his arms and a large storm quickly follows. Dust flies around and debris is scattered everywhere. Thor hits Malekith with his hammer, but it has no effect. Malekith walks towards Thor snarling he says 'Where are your allies now? No monster, no time traveller. Only you'.

Various shots of the two fighting. Thor is losing. In slow motion, he raises his hammer to the sky, it turns almost jet black. Malekith's eyes widen and turn bright blue. Almost glowing. A familiar voice can be heard 'It's about time...'.

Loki appears, he begins to do battle with Malekith. Loki looks incredible, he is wearing a similar robe to the one in the Avengers, but there's alot more black. All sorts of magic is happening, Loki looks powerful.

Shot of Odin looking angry, Frigga, Jane looking happy on Asgard, Darcy is there, she has trouble adjusting to some armour she is wearing. A scene that looks like a wedding, fighting in the streets, we see a brief glimpse of Algrim the Strong talking to Heimdall and Loki striding through the throne room in a fantastic looking armour. He has his helmet but there's alot of black on it, the two horns are huge and his hair is in a ponytail ala the comics.

All of the above takes place with Malekith speaking 'You think you're safe, you are not. All of your glory and riches will soon be over, we will streak your skies with blood and the earth upon wich you stand shall be scorched. You will fall. You will all fall.'

A clip of Malekith addressing Thor before a crowd of possibly Asgardians, he gives the 'Ask yourself speech' from the first teaser.

Stormy clouds. THOR: THE DARK WORLD.

Usual trailer credits and then a quick cut to a scene with Odin once again dressing down Thor.

'You intend to place the future of our world in the hands of three mortals and a war criminal?'

Thor bites back 'Yes!'

Loki comes into view and smiles 'I like the plan.'

I agree completely.I also found this to be true of Thor.

I think more of him being used as a voice in an upcoming film. I like the idea of Vision but i'm leaning towards Groot. I always "pictured" him having a big booming voice in my head and Vin fits.

I have a feeling that Marvel wants to get a full cast to either announce or debut at this years SDCC like they had the Avengers cast.

I would love it they got Jason Statham for Rocket.

And last year during the announcement of the next 4 movies at the time (IM3, Thor2, Cap2, GotG) they said that they would have a first look at footage for Cap 2. I think they have enought footage to give a pretty good teaser trailer.

Really looking forward to this years panel.
