Thanks, everyone!
To reiterate, it's a soft plastic flannel from an old Jakks Cactus Jack (Titan Tron Live 4). It was among the very first RealScan figures back in 2000 or so. The flannel mold is a different, smaller one than the more recent Impact Foley mold. It fits snuggly, but since it's sleeveless, it doesn't restrict movement at all. They released a very similar (if not the same) pattern with the Famous Scenes Cactus Jack, if anyone was hunting one of these down and wanted more options. I also have the short-haired commissioner Foley from the Back in the Ring boxset, but the flannel on that one doesn't look right (it has blue squares and overall just doesn't "look" Cactus Jack).

The back in the ring set...was the the Target ring set like the Piper, Jericho and Angle rings? If so that doesn't have any pattern on the back of it and the front is molded together like it is buttoned.

No back in the ring was a kmart exclusive and came with the undertaker and steve austin in it. Foley was in his comissioner foley gear with his short shaved hair scan.

Looks much much better with the flannel added. May have considered buying it if it came with that. Nice additions/

is the TTL Flannel the same as the one on the IMPACT Mick Foley Fig? No I posted pics of him wearing both in my thread a couple days ago. The impact one is much larger. Do you have a picture of Cactus in the TNA jacket? I kinda feel like the titan tron one is kinda small, much more like a perfect fit

I don't think about Cactus wearing flannel since that was a late addition to the Cactus attire. I can't think of any instance of him regularly wearing flannel until 2001, except his last in ring appearance as Cactus in 1998. That having been said, I came into this thread expecting to say that and to say that this figure doesn't need it but now I see that it really works well. Nice fix up! If anyone else is going for an accurate 2001 Rumble style Jack you should go with an ECW 2x4 and a piece of barbed wire (like the WCW Powerslam Hak had) like this.

Yes, I've been wanting to add one to mine, but I can't find my extra Hacksaw's 2X4.
