Honestly I'd say contacting Mattel through Twitter or something like that would be more effective. Target Managers couldn't probably care less, it effects them so minimally. It's Quality Control at Mattel that needs to be called out on it.
I'm curious though does this drive up the value of the card screw-ups since they are pretty rare?

Plus when I’ve done it in the past, they only ended up back on the shelf. |

Plus when I’ve done it in the past, they only ended up back on the shelf. And thats why it keeps happening. If the stores do nothing about it, call corporate and force their hands. Or...talk to the guards that are there. they have a room / office in the front of the stores. (atleast most of the target stores Ive been to) Since its considered theft, something will get done. |

Found the new Basic series 78 with Natayla Strowman Owens Rock Styles and Shane. They had all but Shane. I bought the last AJ. The 2 Rock figures came with the MITB Briefcase. These were at the Target in Saugus.
Also Walmart Saugus put out what was supposed to be the Christmas display. They have battle packs of Bellas, HHH +Steph, E + C, Adam Rose and Bunny, Sin Cara and Kalisto. They also had all of Elite 42. Bunch of Cena's and Sami. Couple of Nevilles and Woods. And they had Elite Enzo and Orton from that series.

Chicopee Wal Mart has a fresh case of Elite 54, the basic series with Nia Jax, and the tough talkers with AJ and Sting.
And for anyone who collects marvel legends they also have the new black panther wave on top of the shelf. I grabbed killmonger and BP but there’s one each still left

Went to Walmart in North Reading today. Nothing. They had one basic Cesaro and one Basic Balor on the shelves. Ton of Zombies.
Target in Woburn had 1 Retro AJ Styles and the new Battle Packs series. 2 Cesaro Sheamus and 4 Miz and Bryan. They also had the kids sized Smackdown Womens title.

Fairhaven, MA Wal-Mart just re-stocked with a bunch of Basic 78's and a bunch of Battle-Packs.
Also, I grabbed the lone Chase/Variant MITB Kevin Owens. Any idea if that holds any value?

I found the baf fink set in north reading minus bob Orton.
Also there was a ultimate warrior from the elite set but someone got the others. I left warrior, that’s the only one I don’t want
