So with people receiving elite 21 and seeing pics of elite 22, we're aware of more wrong choices on arms. For a year or two now, we've been seeing Mattel make some average guys super-muscular and muscular guys average.
So who are the figures you've noticed with the wrong arms, and any simple fixups? Elite 20 Cody Rhodes is an easy fixup with his Basic 28 figure, but for guys like The Rock, it's not an easy fix. Unless his basics have the right sized arms and it's just his elites that are screwed up?
I'll update this tally as more people post their opinions.
Arms too skinny The Rock Brodus Clay Stone Cold elites Randy Orton Drew McIntyre
Arms too big E19 Dolph Ziggler E19 Cody Rhodes Del Rio Elite 10 John Morrison R-Truth (Elite 15, possibly all his other figures too)

Del Rio has huge muscular arms. I think the only fix would be a chavo??? Which cost wise...isn't worth it.
Ortons arms are all too skinny. Can't do anything about that because of tats.
elite 19 Dolphs arms are too large/ripped.
there's a ton more...but thats just off the top of my head

I think elite Austin's arms are too small. The basics always seem to have larger arms.

I remember liking how lean the Orton figures were back around the time of elite 2... Do they all still have those same arms? They never even made one with bigger arms? Yeah, his arms are huge on that figure. But he has quite a few basics with the right arms, doesn't he? I think elite Austin's arms are too small. The basics always seem to have larger arms. That's one I forgot! And it annoys me. Austin's basics arms are too big and elite arms are too small. How did they manage to get both extremes wrong?

I always thought Brodus Clays arms were too skinny.

Right on the money with Del Rio, those arms are way too muscular for him. Another, less expensive option for swapping them out could be Primo and Epico who I believe match the same skintone. Orton's arms, and entire upper body is really bad. The skinny and short arms on Orton are dreadful. Drew McIntyre suffers this same problem as I think he uses the same exact parts. It looks so out of proportion with the longer legs that they have. Also, I think it was the BOPPV Bret that had overly-big muscular arms also.

E19 Ziggler, E10 Morrison, E15 Truth, and E20 Rhodes all have bigger arms than Ryback and way bigger arms than the Rock. It's getting pretty stupid on the Elite end of things.
