VENTURA ANNOUNCES OUTCOME TO WHAT HAPPENED ON MONDAY'S RAW April 1. 1997
"Good Morning, WWF fans, as President of the World Wrestling Federation, Last Night was one of the most stressful Monday Night RAW's in my presidential career in the WWF. First, The Hart Family, Owen, Bret and Bulldog are back together and quite frankly, i'm not happy about it, but it's something that we have to deal with, in due time, I agree with Stone Cold Steve Austin, at Backlash, He will have his hands on Bret Hart. Now, let's talk about the World Wrestling Federation Championship, first of all, I will say that yes I did give Terry Funk and Sycho Sid a chance to become the #1 Contender and at Backlash, they will face off to determine who faces the WWF Champion at the Next May PPV called "Judgment Day" Now, as far as the World Wrestling Federation Championship is concerned, last night as RAW went off the air, Paul Bearer tried to bring back The Undertaker but we all knew all along that it was a ruse as Mankind had that fireball and jammed it to The Undertaker's face, The Undertaker refused medical attention, but after the show went off the air, The Undertaker was taken to a hospital in Peoria to have his eye examined, and it turns out there is permanent damage to the eye, however, it will not be enough to keep The Undertaker down, we have given The Undertaker time off to heal, and at Backlash, the WWF Championship Triple Threat Match will still be on. But the situation will be if Mankind attempts to throw another fireball in a WWF Superstar's face before Backlash. He will be fined and suspended and the match will be a one on one match between The Undertaker and Vader for the WWF Championship. Thank you very much for your time".

WCW NITRO (3/31/97 quick results) The Nasty Boys and The French Canadians fought to a no contest at 7:15 when the NWO attacked The Nasty Boys and the French Canadians, after the match. Hogan grabbed a microphone and threatened Sting saying that if Sting was in the building tonight, the NWO would rip Sting apart, then the lights went out in the arena as Sting's face appeared on the video wall in where he was standing in the grave in where he buried Ted Dibiase alive, Sting then spraypainted the grave saying "NWO, It's almost over". The Giant D. Hardbody Harrison at 2:03 with a Chokeslam, after the match. The Giant demanded that Lord Steven Regal put his TV Title on the line at Spring Stampede so that The Giant can take it from him. Rick Martel D. Hector Garza at 4:54 with the Boston Crab (Martel's WCW Debut) Featured a promo with Roddy Piper saying that he was ready to kick Dennis Rodman's ass at Spring Stampede and Rodman would have no choice but to like it and that the New World Order could not save him. Ric Flair D. Kevin Nash by DQ at 9:49 when Scott Hall interefered to attack Ric Flair, but Arn Anderson made the save for him, but he too was outnumbered. Nash then powerbombed Anderson on the concrete floor injuring Anderson's back in the process. After, the EMT's loaded up Anderson to a stretcher. Flair upset said that he would find a partner at Spring Stampede and together, he and his mystery partner would kick the hell out of Nash and Hall and take their Tag Team Titles. Lex Luger D. Finlay at 7:10. After the Match. Lex Luger grabbed a microphone and told Flair that if he needed a partner at Spring Stampede against Nash and Hall for the WCW Tag Team Titles, then Luger would do it. Luger said that he wanted to kick the NWO's ass for the hell they put him through this past year. Chris Jericho. Psicosis. Juventud Guerrera & Prince Iaukea D. Eddie Guerrero, Dean Malenko, Rey Mysterio and Ultimo Dragon in a 8-Man Tag Team Match at 11:58. Featured an interview with Diamond Dallas Page saying that he was ready to kick Randy Savage's ass at Spring Stampede, he was going to beat Savage all the way from the building at Spring Stampede and if anyone from the NWO stop him, then they'd be feeling the bang too. Chris Benoit D. Syxx by DQ at 11:43 for the WCW United States Title when Hulk Hogan and the rest of the NWO came in to attack, McMichael, Flair and Jarrett attempted to save Benoit but they too got beat down until Diamond Dallas Page made the save with a steel chair and then the lights went out and then the lights returned to reveal Sting in the ring with his baseball bat. The rest of the New World Order backed out. Then suddenly sitting behind the fans was ECW's own Raven as the crowd went nuts. Raven also stared down the New World Order as Nitro went off the air.

WRESTLING NEWS & NOTES - April 3. 1997
RAVEN'S SURPRISE DEBUT IN WCW? - On Monday Nitro, The New World Order attempted another attack against The Four Horsemen, but Sting and Diamond Dallas Page would make the save against them, and then suddenly, ECW's own Raven appeared from the crowd to confront the New World Order, Raven had his ECW Contract expired in March of 1997 when he lost a "loser leaves ECW Match" against Tommy Dreamer. Raven secretly signed a contract with WCW on Friday Afternoon and is now a part of WCW. Raven is expected to form his own group, so do not expect Raven to be a part of the New World Order, there are some plans that if Sting wins the WCW Title by the end of 1997, there may be a potential rivalry in 1998 building between Sting and Raven. Right now, take this with a grain of salt, and we will be watching this very carefully?.
MARTEL DEBUTS IN WCW - Also on that show, another debut took place as the "Model" Rick Martel made his WCW Debut by defeating Hector Garza. Martel was last seen in the wrestling scene in 1993 in the World Wrestling Federation, he had been on independent shows, but he signed a WCW Contract on March 21, 1997 and is looking to get his career back on track in the near future.
VETERANS SET TO RETURN TO THE WWF - Kama and Jim Neidhart have not been seen in the World Wrestling Federation, But they are looking to return to the WWF. Kama is rumoured to be a part of Nation of Domination, Kama's final appearance in the WWF was when he was transformed to Papa Shango in Last Year's December in where he was brought back by Paul Bearer and Mankind to feud with The Undertaker, but Undertaker would send Shango away on December's PPV. Also, Jim Neidhart has not been seen in the WWF since the Summer of 1995, there were rumours that he would sign a contract with WCW, However, he did wrestle independent shows and even reached out to Vince McMahon in late 1996 for a comeback with the World Wrestling Federation. It looks like Neidhart may have his comeback soon as he is set to return to also be a member of the Hart Foundation.
MORE SUPERSTARS LOOKING TO JUMP TO THE WWF - There are some more Superstars apparently looking to head to the World Wrestling Federation, WWF officials have been keeping an eye on some superstars like Taka Michinoku, a Japanese Professional Wrestler, Robert Maillet better known as Kurrgan, and some more stars that they are looking to keep an eye on, they want to bring Hayabusa back cause of his good performance at the Royal Rumble until he got eliminated by Bradshaw, Hayabusa did not sign a full-time deal with the WWF before the Rumble, they let him have a one-time appearance, but Hayabusa and WWF Officials have been in talks, so it will be interesting to see what will happen as WWF is right now building on some new talent to keep up their momentum against WCW Nitro.

It seems you have built up Hart Foundation as a stable...with Bret, Owen now, Bulldog and Neidhart so I wonder if Pillman will join? I mean I love that Bret is a heel now but also that Bulldog more or less turned back into a heel right along with Owen and with Neidhart there I mean the Hart Foundation can truly take over the WWF as a group. I think it is only a matter of time before Rocky Maivia the WWF Intercontinental Champion turns heel and becomes The Rock but also by doing that Rocky Maivia joins The Nation of Domination.
Bret vs Austin happening again at Backlash...I can't wait to see it again

WWF RAW IS WAR - April 7. 1997
Clips are shown of last week's show with the reuniting of The Hart Foundation and Mankind's fireball attack on The Undertaker as well.
RAW kicks off with Vince McMahon, Jerry Lawler and Jim Ross are your hosts, They talk about tonight's show, they say that Mankind and Paul Bearer will be here tonight, and also, the contract signing between Bret Hart and Stone Cold Steve Austin, and also, The Legion of Doom will battle The Public Enemy for the WWF Tag Team Championship tonight. Shawn Michaels's music then plays in the arena as he comes out to a loud ovation, we thought we weren't going to see Shawn since that brutal attack by Bret Hart two weeks ago. Shawn picks up a microphone saying when he last was on RAW is WAR. He got jumped by Bret Hart because of Shawn saying the first amendment "America, Love it or Leave It, and now temporarily Bret has left it and has gone ahead and reunited with his family, well good for him. But at this time, he wants to use his first amendment rights on live TV to tell the entire world what is going on between Shawn Michaels and Bret Hart, as far as two weeks goes, Shawn Michaels opened up his big mouth and got beat up, regularly, that would be a big deal, but if he's Shawn Michaels, it's like waking up, going to bed, eating his breakfast and dinner. It's no big deal and that's how he makes his living, What he wants to say is Bret Hart has come out time and time again telling the fans of the WWF that he wants to get stuff off his plate, but now Shawn wants to get stuff off of his chest. Everyone is saying why is Bret Hart a bad guy now, well, Shawn's not going to lie, Bret Hart and Shawn Michaels hate each other, and Bret hates Shawn's guts and Shawn feels the same way about him, now. Bret has not recently turned into a bad guy, he's always been a bad guy, he comes out here saying he gets screwed and how the WWF exploited his family, But Bret has asked his mother and father and sister and children and his wife on TV. The WWF exploits Bret's family because he allows it and the reason being is very simple, for Bret Hart's creative control card, if Bret could make a buck, he would sell his mother, Bret also has an obsession with Shawn Michaels and the WWF Championship, last year. He won the title at WrestleMania 12 fair and square, and Bret complained about it. Shawn says 4 years ago when he started his singles career as Intercontinental Champion, Bret became the WWF Champion and he supported him, he told his family that he supported Bret, he was second fiddle to Bret for years in the WWF and win or lose, he did it with a smile on his face, but when it came time for Bret to return the favor. He did it kicking and screaming, and then low and behold, Bret takes time away because he needed to relax. What he did was take time off to see if Shawn Michaels and the WWF would fall behind without him. Well, guess what they didn't fall flat and the WWF did the best that it could for the past six years even though the other wrestling organization is kicking the WWF's ass. Bret sat in Calgary and passed judgment on Shawn Michaels. Shawn says that Bret has had a trackload of events, he talked about his dancing, how can the WWF cheer for his dancing, who his long hair and pierces his navel and has tattoos how can the WWF like that. It's real simple, they loved it. Shawn goes on doing his job as WWF Champion although he lost it at Summerslam while Bret talks about his loyalty to the WWF fans and that's why he returned well that's why it's horseshit. the reason why Bret returned to the WWF is because he was using another organization up north for his creative control card. Bret did not come back to the WWF for the fans, he came back for the almighty dollar. Shawn asks why Bret was obsessed with the WWF Championship. Shawn says his dream was to win the WWF Championship when he was a kid, and at WrestleMania 12, he realized his dream and he was the best WWF Champion in Bret's absence until five months later, the belt gets snatched away from him by Vader. Shawn says that Bret is obsessed with the WWF Championship because he's a 3-time WWF Champion. When Bret goes home to Calgary, he is still Bret Hart, 3-time former WWF Champion, when Shawn Michaels goes home, he's just plain old Shawn in San Antonio, TX and Bret's the Hitman 24 hours a day, and that's why Bret can't separate the fact and he brings his family in it, Bret is obsessed with being in the limelight more than he can possibly imagine. Bret's obsession with the WWF Title has gone thus far. Shawn then talks about the fans booing for Shawn or saying "We want Bret" but he finally realized that the fans of the WWF are allowed to express their right whenever they want, if they wanted to yell for some people good and bad and people like Bret Hart and Shawn Michaels, then it's their right. Do not let some wrestler tell them not to. Because in America, they can do whatever they want. He then says a lot of WWF stars have placed themselves as a role model, he looks around and sees the new superstars like Rocky Maivia, Ken Shamrock, Everyone in the back that are new, everyone in the back that are still around in the WWF have the same passion like Shawn Michaels has. Shawn says he's not perfect but if every fan has their money down to enjoy the WWF. Then there is one guy to make that happen. Shawn says he's not here to working his ass off whether anyone likes it or not. And for Bret Hart, his obsession with Shawn and the WWF Championship will ultimately be his destruction, and his destruction will begin soon, the next time he and Bret are in the ring, because as soon as Shawn is a 100%, just like he did at WrestleMania 12, he's going to kick Bret's teeth down his throat, and if Stone Cold Steve Austin, gives Bret more problems, then rest assured Shawn Michaels will do the same to Bret. Shawn then drops the mic and leaves the ring to a thunderous ovation, Shawn apparently has laid down the gauntlet. Shawn wants a piece of Bret Hart and will it happen soon?. (break) Match 1: Non-Title Match Rocky Maivia vs Mabel w/The Nation of Domination Last week. Rocky Maivia was targeted by Faarooq, and we are now told that at Backlash, Faarooq will challenge for the Intercontinental Championship against Rocky Maivia. Maivia tries to take down Mabel with a few dropkicks but none of them stun the big man. Mabel finally gets momentum in this match over Maivia and almost gets the win at one point by hitting a leg drop but Maivia kicks out at 2. Mabel whips Maivia into the ropes and attempts a splash in the corner but Maivia rolls out of the way. Maivia heads to the top rope and hits the big man with a flying body press. Maivia then sets up the cover and he gets the 3 count over Mabel. Maivia has gotten one over on the Nation of Domination. Faarooq, Crush and The Public Enemy try to attack Maivia but Maivia is able to escape the ring. Winner: Rocky Maivia Backstage. Vince takes us to The Hart Foundation who take response to Shawn Michaels's words just moments ago. Bret says that Shawn needs to stop running his mouth and realize that this isn't all about him, it is now The Hart Foundation's time to speak, Bret says that he's given Owen and Bulldog a chance to become WWF Tag Team Champions at Backlash and whoever wins that between The Legion of Doom and Public Enemy will face the new and improved Owen and Bulldog. Bret then threatens Stone Cold saying that Stone Cold better not have a plan in this contract signing because speaking of plans, they have a big plan for Stone Cold Steve Austin, and as far as Ken Shamrock goes, Shamrock needs to stay away from The Hart Foundation as well or else. (break) Match 2: Terry Funk vs Tiger Ali Singh w/Iron Sheik and Bob Backlund Terry Funk could have a chance of becoming the #1 Contender for the World Wrestling Federation Championship when he takes on Sycho Sid at Backlash. Singh does some moves to try to take down the old lion, but Funk is able to battle back in this match but Singh regains the momentum in this match and almost hits a DDT on Funk but Funk counters it and hits him with an atomic drop followed up by a clothesline. Funk then heads to the top rope and hits Singh with the signature moonsault to get the victory. Can Funk do that to Sycho Sid at Backlash? And if he does, Funk will become the #1 Contender for the WWF Championship and face whoever the WWF Champion may be at Cold Day In Hell. Winner: Terry Funk Backstage, Vince takes us to The Legion of Doom about their WWF Tag Team Title Match against Public Enemy. Animal says that they've been the WWF Tag Team Champions two times, They've beaten all teams, The Public Enemy's time as champions are coming to an end, and the Nation of Domination's destruction is coming to an end as well. Tell em, Hawk. Hawk says that Rocco and Rock have been dominant ever since they came to the World Wrestling Federation, but there has no one more dominant than The Legion of Doom because they've been in the business and they've seen it all, and Public Enemy's time as Champions are coming to an end. OOOH What a Rush!!!!. (break) Match 3: Handicap Match Vader w/Paul Bearer vs Tony Roy, Scott Taylor and Tim McNeany It seems as if Bearer wants to get Vader ready for the Triple Threat Match at Backlash that he lets Vader have his way with all these three gentlemen. We are scheduled to hear from Mankind here tonight as well. All 3 try to gang up on the former 2-time WWF Champion but Vader throws them all down and beats the crap out of them, Vader has certainly not forgotten about WrestleMania 13 when he lost the WWF Championship to The Undertaker. But he has a chance to regain it back at Backlash. Vader gets the win by hitting Roy with a powerbomb followed up by the signature Vaderbomb to get the victory. Winner: Vader Vader continues to beat Mcneany and Taylor down, Vader military presses Taylor over the top rope and he grabs Mcneany and does The Undertaker's signature move, the Tombstone Piledriver. Bearer picks up the microphone and says that it was a grand setup for what Vader and Mankind did last week, but at Backlash, he has confidence in one of these two, whoever walks out the WWF Champion means that The Undertaker's in trouble because Undertaker won't be able to see from that eye, his eye will be permanately deformed forever when Vader and Mankind hurt Undertaker for good this time and The Undertaker will finally disappear forever. Vader says that at WrestleMania 13, The Undertaker got lucky with the WWF Championship, but at Backlash, that belt whether it's his or Mankind will be in Paul Bearer's camp and The Deadman's title reign will rest in peace. Backstage. Stone Cold Steve Austin is walking, it's the contract signing that we've all been waiting for between him and Bret Hart, and it's coming up next.
(break) In the ring. Stone Cold Steve Austin is already in the ring with Jesse Ventura and Vince McMahon, Ventura and McMahon will oversee this contract signing as Austin is awaiting the arrival of Bret Hart, Bret then comes out with the rest of the Hart Foundation. And it looks like Austin is expecting Owen and Bulldog to attack him before the contract signing so that Bret won't make it to Backlash. Bret gets in the ring with Owen and Bulldog as he tells Ventura that it's okay, Owen and Bulldog won't do any harm on Austin, not yet anyway. Bret says that before he signs this contract, he wants to address the elephant in this room, being Shawn Michaels. Bret says that Shawn comes out here with his dancing tricks, and his funtime all around the ring flaunting around with the women saying that Bret's exploited his family to the WWF and he goes on saying that Bret's obsessed with the limelight in the WWF. Well if anyone is obsessed in the limelight in the World Wrestling Federation, it's not only Shawn Michaels, it's not only Stone Cold Steve Austin, hell it's not only even The Undertaker or Vince McMahon or Jesse Ventura, it's the gullible American fans. Bret says that yes, he admits, he is obsessed with the World Wrestling Federation Championship because since he came back at Survivor Series, he has been screwed of it plain and simple, everytime he came so close, all the fans, even Stone Cold, Vince McMahon, Jesse Ventura, Shawn Michaels, Vader and The Undertaker all conspired together to screw him out of the WWF Championship. Bret says that Shawn needs to check his ego out the door, because there is only one greatest superstar of all time and Bret Hart is that. The best 3-time WWF Champion ever, 2-time Intercontinental Champion, 2-time Tag Team Champion, 1994 King of The Ring, And there will come a time that Shawn Michaels will be sorry for running his mouth, because the next time they meet in the ring one on one, What Bret did to Shawn the night after WrestleMania 13 was temporarily, but he's going to make sure Shawn is paralyzed for good and makes sure he is in a wheelchair for life, Bret then moves on to Stone Cold saying that at WrestleMania, he enjoyed making Stone Cold suffer, he enjoyed all of it. And if he could replay it over again, he would permanately injure Stone Cold's leg for good. But he didn't because he's saving it for Backlash. He's going to make Stone Cold regret all of the things Austin did to Bret. Bret says that what is Austin's track record against Bret?. Has he beaten Bret?. Let's see, Austin's 0-2. That means, Austin can never reach that brass ring when it comes to beating Bret Hart, Austin can never win the WWF Championship when it comes to beating Bret Hart, see all the superstars Bret fought when he came to the WWF in 1985. He was untouchable, and even when he was in a tag team or a singles wrestler, nobody could stop him. What makes Stone Cold think he can beat Bret Hart?. No chance, Bret says that at Backlash, he will break every bone in Austin's body, and he will expose Stone Cold for the fraud that he is. Bret then signs the contract. Austin speaks next and signs that before he signs the stupid contract because quite frankly, he's never signed any contract because he just wants to wrestle not sign on some stupid-ass dotted line. He wants Bret to know something, at WrestleMania 13, Bret may have been the better man, but the fact still remains Stone Cold Steve Austin never gave up, would Stone Cold have been permanately injured, yes. Would Stone Cold have wrestled his last match?. No, he'd keep going, and he still is, Bret may be a man of many things, but there's one thing he'll never do is make Stone Cold submit, because he's busted his ass for eight and a half years wrestling in Sportatorium's. Wrestling all around the world when he was injured, he had his ass fired by a WCW Employee who said that he couldn't make it in the business, well now he's in the WWF. And Bret comes around here talking about how American Fans don't give him any respect and that he hates the freedom of speech. Well Bret should've just not been in the WWF and could've fit better in that damn crappy organization in where Stone Cold was fired at. Austin says that Bret also talks about his family values, well hell, Austin could care less about Bret's damn family issues. Austin says for the last five months he's sat around hearing Bret get screwed time and again, hell Austin's been screwed his wrestling career and never cried about it. But he will give Bret credit, Bret is right, Bret is the greatest superstar of the WWF, Austin will give him that. But Bret's gotta remember, at the 1996 King of The Ring, he proved himself to be the greatest superstar when he won the entire tournament, now it's true. Austin has never beaten Bret Hart, all the superstars that Bret's beaten is an accomplishment, but it don't mean a damn thing to Stone Cold Steve Austin, because at Backlash, He wants Bret to realize that all the confidence that Bret seems to be happy about, it's all going to blow up in his face, because Austin is going to not only beat Bret Hart's ass, but he's going to stop a mudhole in it and walk it dry. Austin then tells Owen and Bulldog that if Owen and Bulldog do a damn thing to stop him, then he's going to do the same thing and Bret will have nobody to save him. Bret's going to have this coming. Austin then signs the contract and says that at Backlash, Bret better hope and pray to put that Sharpshooter on, because it will be the same result at WrestleMania, whether he wins or loses, he will not submit to the damn Sharpshooter. The only thing that's going to happen at Backlash is Bret Hart will be looking up at the lights and he will know that he got beaten by the toughest son of a bitch in the World Wrestling Federation, and that's the bottom line because Stone Cold said so. Austin and Bret stare each other down, but here comes Owen and Bulldog. They begin to attack Austin. Austin starts fighting them off as Bret begins to leave the ring. But wait a minute, Somebody familiar's making their way to the ring, that's Jim Neidhart!. Neidhart is back, Neidhart takes down Austin with a clothesline as Austin attempted a stunner on Owen but Owen shoved him into a clothesline by Neidhart, and look at this it's a four-on-one mugging. The Hart Foundation are all taking it to Austin, but Jim Neidhart is back, we haven't seen Neidhart in the WWF since 1995. Neidhart grabs Austin and look at this, Neidhart and Bret hit the signature Hart Attack move on Austin similar to the old days when Neidhart and Bret used to team up. Owen, Bulldog, Neidhart and Hart all begin to stomp on Austin, but wait a minute here comes Shawn Michaels. Michaels runs to the ring with a chair but The Hart Foundation begin to scatter out of here. But Neidhart is back, Bret said he was going to setup Austin and he did a good job of doing so here tonight. (break)
A clip is shown of what happened just now with Jim Neidhart making his return to the WWF saving Owen, Bulldog and Bret from an attack by Stone Cold Steve Austin with the Hart Foundation all attacking Stone Cold until Shawn Michaels ran in to make the save, then during the break, Austin and Michaels began to argue with each other with Austin giving Michaels the bird. And Michaels responding with doing the same thing, both of them were separated by referees and officials. Match 4: 6-Man Tag Team Match Hunter Hearst Helmsley and The Headbangers w/Chyna vs Goldust, Doug Furnas and Phillip Lafon w/Marlena Should be an interesting 6-Man Tag Team Match, but the fans are stunned at the return of Jim Neidhart, we should be expected to hear from The Hart Foundation right after this match. Hunter's team gets some good offense in as they do a great job of wearing down Furnas and Lafon, Furnas somehow is able to fight back by hitting Mosh with a German Suplex and Furnas makes the hot tag to Goldust. Goldust then begins to take it to Helmsley and this rivalry has been out of control ever since last year. Goldust almost gets the win for his team by hitting Helmsley with a DDT but Thrasher breaks it up. Furnas and Lafon fight with the Headbangers and Both of them hit suicide dives on The Headbangers as well. Hunter and Goldust are the two legal men in the ring. Hunter sets up for the pedigree but Goldust hits an uppercut. Goldust runs off the ropes only to receive a spinebuster by Helmsley. Helmsley grabs Goldust and sets up for the pedigree again but Goldust counters it and hits Helmsley with a powerslam. Goldust hooks the leg and gets the win for his team. Winners: Goldust, Doug Furnas and Phillip Lafon. After the Match, Vince takes us to the overjoyed Hart Foundation. Bret says that the plan worked, now that Stone Cold Steve Austin knows that he's outnumbered. Bret feels like he's going to win this whole thing at Backlash, because like he said at the contract signing he would permanately injure Stone Cold and that's what he is going to do and after he's done with Stone Cold, he will move on to the big fish and that is Shawn Michaels. Bret says that there is only room for one of the superstars here in the World Wrestling Federation, and Shawn Michaels is not involved in it. Bret says that when he's done with Stone Cold. Shawn Michaels is next on the hitlist. (break) Match 5: Sycho Sid vs Tony Johnson We saw Terry Funk earlier tonight as he took on Tiger Ali Singh, but tonight he gets Tony Johnson as Sid totally squashes Johnson in this match. Sid picks up Johnson and hits him with the chokeslam followed up by a powerbomb to get the victory. Winner: Sycho Sid Backstage. Vince McMahon is with Stone Cold Steve Austin, Austin says that Bret had a lot of nerve by playing some mind games against Stone Cold Steve Austin right before Backlash, yet another Family Member of Bret Hart's beat up on Stone Cold Steve Austin, so next week. Stone Cold wants revenge, and if Jim Neidhart wants to fight Stone Cold Steve Austin next week, don't jump him from behind, fight him in the ring so Stone Cold can gladly whip his ass, and as far as Shawn Michaels goes, Austin respects the fact that Shawn Michaels wants to put his hands on Bret Hart, all the things Shawn said earlier tonight was true, but it's Austin's time to go after Bret. Shawn needs to go in the back of the line to fight Bret Hart, so the next time, Shawn wants to stick his nose where it doesn't belong, Austin will give Shawn Michaels the stunner just like he's done to everyone in the WWF and that's the bottom line cause Stone Cold said so. (break) In the ring, Sable is in the ring promoting t-shirts as they show clips of what happened last week between Vader, Mankind and The Undertaker and we expect to hear from Mankind now. After the video clip shown of last week, Mankind and Paul Bearer make their way to the ring sans Vader as Jim Ross gets ready to interview them. Ross says that on April 20th, 1997, there will be a Triple Threat Match as not only Mankind challenges The Undertaker, but Vader will, but the question is, why did Mankind burn The Undertaker?. Why did Mankind do what he did, was it the obsession of becoming WWF Champion?. Was it revenge?. Mankind says that it all seems such a shame, they've engaged in some of the most brutal contests this industry has ever known, but when it was all said and done. The Undertaker never really knew Mankind at all, he knows him very well, he knows The Undertaker and his fancy cars and his hotel room, but does The Undertaker know pain?. Does The Undertaker know what it's like to sit in an airplane with his flesh and his nostrils charred for fourteen hours because Mankind does and it makes him sick to his stomach, Do you know what it feels like to walk at home and his wife says "What is burning and it's him. Mankind needs to introduce the world to his life, for those who find it hard to believe that somebody like Mankind would ever receive holy matrimony, he can only say to the world, turn off the damn TV set, watch another wrestling program because he is dealing with reality when his children wake up to the sound of gunfire and where people bomboard his house and throw rocks at his house screaming "Die Mankind Die" in where his 3-year old daughter says "Keep me safe Daddy". He looks at her in her eyes and says he can't do that because Daddy is working 300 nights a year, him being spit on by vile scum in an Undertaker T-Shirt, wrestling in main events for half the money to pump up pretty boys making the opening match. Asking for excuses, he has none. Ross says no matter how disfigured The Undertaker is, what kind of match can happen in the Triple Threat. Mankind says that he respects Vader more and that it's every man for himself, but just like Vader, he's coming for the WWF Championship and he's going to disfigure The Undertaker permanately, Mankind says that when Oswald shot Kennedy, it was insane, but still the reruns are watched, and they say "There goes the pieces of the President's Brain". There are no more public hangings, the only thing we have is Undertaker and Mankind, if they thought the fireball was bad, Mankind implores the families of the women and children not to order the PPV because he will not be responsible for what he does to The Undertaker, and all of the fans will smell The Undertaker's charred flesh, it will make them sick to their stomach, and he kids himself not, it could be his last match, but he's got his reservations to the emergency room and no matter what happens to him, he will be in the emergency room holding the WWF Championship around his waist and there won't be a god damn thing Vader or The Undertaker can do about it. And by the time he's done. He's got a present for The Undertaker, Mankind and Undertaker are going to look like twins, think about it when Undertaker breathes his final breath as the WWF Champion of the World, because Undertaker's championship will be buried once and for all. Mankind then says that The Undertaker will be sent to hell at Backlash, then suddenly the lights go out in the arena as Undertaker's music sounds in the arena. We hear Taker's voice on the titantron as Taker talks about fire and brimstone, eternal damnation, what do they know of this, he knows all too well. At Backlash, both Mankind, Vader and Paul Bearer will be beaten and Mankind will feel the heat to no end, and after he has sentenced Mankind to eternal damnation as the flesh burns Mankind's skin and Mankind will think it's all over, it only just begins. Taker says that he's going to keep Vader on ice, but it's Mankind he's going to let burn. Cause of all the history they have had will be put to rest after Mankind's charred body is destroyed. Taker says that Mankind is going to spend eternity and says that he will open the Vault of Souls and unleash a Demon, Taker then moves on to Paul Bearer saying that he taught Bearer everything he knew about the darkness, but he did not teach Bearer everything The Undertaker knows, and when it's all said and done, Mankind, Vader and Paul Bearer that hell hath fury like The Undertaker's. Mankind, Vader, Paul Bearer at Backlash, prepare to rest in peace. A Lightning Bolt then strikes the ring and Mankind and Paul Bearer are able to flinch, but will The Undertaker's mind games have an effect on all the two men he prepares to defend his title against at Backlash. (break) Match 6: WWF Tag Team Championship No Disqualifaction, No Countout Match The Legion of Doom vs Public Enemy The Legion of Doom have waited for this, tonight's their chance to be the 3-time WWF Tag Team Champions, Before the match starts. Jesse Ventura comes to the ring and talks with the ring announcer. The Ring Announcer announces that this Tag Team Title Match is now a No Disqualifaction, No Countout Match meaning that Anything Goes and the rest of the Nation are barred from ringside. So it looks like The Public Enemy have a disadvantage now. The LOD waste no time going right for the Public Enemy and now this is going to get ugly, remember Owen and Bulldog are also keeping an eye on this match very carefully. Weapons are used in this match, steel chains, trashcans, chairs and anything these teams can get their hands on. All four men take the fight to the crowd as well. The Public Enemy gain the momentum as Rocco hits an elbow drop on Hawk through a table right infront of the fans. The Public Enemy keep the momentum going but The Legion of Doom fight back. Rocco and Rock are busted open from the chain shots by The Legion of Doom. The LOD then pick up a table from under the ring. Rocco and Rock then fight back and attempt to put Animal through a table with a powerbomb but Hawk saves Animal and bodyslams Rocco through the table. Rocco and Rock somehow fight back in this match and attempt to put this match away but Animal and Hawk both powerslam them as they attempt their signature splash. Animal grabs Rocco so Hawk can hit the Doomsday Device. And it connects, Animal covers Rocco. Rock tries to break up the count but Hawk stops him and we've got new WWF Tag Team Champions. The Legion of Doom have become the WWF Tag Team Champions for the third time. Winners and New WWF Tag Team Champions: The Legion of Doom After The Match. The Hart Foundation come in to spoil The Legion of Doom's celebration. All four men gang up on Hawk and Animal, and it looks like they want to spoil the party for good. Bret grabs Hawk and attempts the figure-four leglock on the ringpost, but wait a minute here comes Stone Cold Steve Austin and Shawn Michaels. The odds are now even, It's a pier six between Austin, Michaels and The Legion of Doom against The Hart Foundation, RAW goes off the air with the four on four brawl continuing as officials and referees breaking it up.

BREAKING: VADER ARRESTED AFTER AN ATTACK ON REPORTER IN KUWAIT, DETAINED IN SAUDI ARABIA FOR TWO WEEKS AND WILL MISS PPV MATCH! April 13. 1997
There is breaking news in the world of Wrestling Tonight, in Kuwait as the WWF Superstars were preparing for a live tour in Kuwait from April 10 through the 13th, On April 11th, Kuwait Good Morning Reporter Al Othman spoke with Mark Callaway, who is known as the WWF Champion, The Undertaker and Leon White best known as 2-time WWF Champion Vader, Calaway and White were asked questions about wrestling, Callaway was the first to speak but not with his dark voice "Well let's it put this way, What we do if it is acting, we take a normal man and break him in half, you know that's such an unoriginal question for someone to ask, you know and it's so easy for people to pass judgment to make all these questions about what Wrestling is, Wrestling is one of the finest athletic endeavors that you will ever see, not only the best of athletics, but you get people who can actually sell tickets by just their character alone, there's several people who care whether I can wrestle or not, but the message that I bring, when i'm in the ring and the creatures of the night, they don't care what it is, let me assure you, it's the only physical thing you would ever do in your life. As Taker finished his interview, Vader would reply to Othman's question. White said "you gave him a chance to talk, i'd like to respond to the same question, my collegue, the Heavyweight Champion of the world, a diplomatic invididual, perhaps not quite so diplomatic, I find your question and your remarks insulting to what I do, physically no man can do what I do in the ring, if they could, why wouldn't they be out there making type of money we make and enjoy the fame that we enjoy, I find your remark insulting. As Othman started to reply, Vader flipped over the table and choked Othman screaming out profanities "Does that ing feel fake?, Does it?, Why don't you come down tonight and before I kick his ass (referring to The Undertaker), I'll kick your ass, wer'e not here to be insulted, i'm not here to be insulted". And with that, the interview ended abruptly. Vader was able to finish his match, but cops quickly arrested Vader on April 12, Vader is also detained in Saudi Arabia for two weeks, meaning that he will miss the PPV Match. Also WWF Owner Vince McMahon has given Vader a 30-day suspension, So it looks like Undertaker and Mankind will wrestle one on one, a storyline is scheduled for Vader's absence in the match. But it looks like Vader's push of becoming a 3-time WWF Champion has been put on hold and WWF officials are not happy about Vader's actions.

Note: Getting a Head Start to Backlash WWF RAW (4/14/97) RAW kicked off with Stone Cold Steve Austin demanding a handicap match with The Hart Foundation, but Jesse Ventura denied it for him only for Austin to have an idea, he could have some partners if the match at Backlash between him and Bret gets changed to a No Holds Barred Match with Ventura accepting the plea, followed up by The Hart Foundation saying that they had a surprise coming for Austin at the end of the show. Faarooq D. Terry Funk with a spinebuster after a distraction by Sycho Sid. After the Match. But then scolded Public Enemy for losing the WWF Tag Team Titles last week against The Legion of Doom, but had a chance to redeem theirselves to face Rocky Maivia in a Handicap Match tonight. Rocky Maivia D. The Public Enemy in a Handicap Match after a miscalculation from Faarooq, after the match. Brian Pillman returned to attack Stone Cold Steve Austin and attempted to pillmanize Austin's ankle but the referees and officials stopped him from doing so. The Hart Foundation and Pillman however went on the attack with Bret getting in Austin's face telling him that Brian is the newest member of the Hart Foundation. WCW NITRO (4/14/97) Started off with the NWO cutting a promo saying that Sting's mind games will not affect them. J.J. Dillon came down and announced that Hogan would be facing the winner of a triple threat match at Slamboree. Lord Steven Regal in a "Champion vs Champion" Match at 8:31 The Eliminators D. Alex Wright & Disco Inferno at 5:15 in a Tag Team Match. Featured a promo with Raven and Mean Gene Okerlund saying that Raven didn't come to WCW to start a war, he didn't come to WCW to lead the front line with WCW. he came to prove that both the NWO & WCW are failures, and he will be leading a flock to take down the NWO and WCW. Syxx D. Juventud at 8:31 in a "Good Cruiserweight Match". Lex Luger D. Buff Bagwell at 7:15 with a Flying Forearm The Giant D. David Taylor at 3:54 with a Chokeslam. Flair, Page and Piper stood tall as the rest of the NWO retreated with no Sting appearance.

WWF BACKLASH - April 20. 1997 2 Preshow Matches: Jim Neidhart D. Flash Funk with a powerslam. Crush and Mabel D. Public Enemy in a Tag Team Match with Mabel hitting a big splash on Rocco. Featured a promo with Brian Pillman coming out and praying to god for Bret to beat Stone Cold Steve Austin tonight, then suddenly Austin came down to chase Pillman, but Owen and Bulldog began to attack Austin but Austin escaped from the ring.
Vince McMahon, Jerry Lawler and Jim Ross are your hosts for Backlash. Lawler is esctastic and excited saying that tonight will be the end of Undertaker's title reign and the end of Stone Cold Steve Austin. Match 1: WWF Tag Team Championship Match The Legion of Doom vs Owen Hart and British Bulldog And what a way to kick off Backlash with the WWF Tag Team Championships on the line, as Owen Hart and British Bulldog are set to challenge The Legion of Doom for the WWF Tag Team Championship. Owen and Bulldog are looking to become the fourth team in history to become the 3-time WWF Tag Team Champions. Owen and Animal start the match off with Animal showing his power against Owen, The LOD dominate the match for four minutes until Bulldog and Owen have the momentum in their favor by wearing down Hawk but Hawk battles back and makes the hot tag to Animal who comes in a house of fire against Owen and Bulldog. Animal and Hawk attempt to put the match away by hitting their signature doomsday device on Bulldog but wait a minute, the referee is being distracted by Brian Pillman, And Pillman just handed Bulldog one half of the WWF Tag Team Belts and Bulldog hits Animal in the skull with it. Owen covers Animal and gets the win to become the three-time WWF Tag Team Champions with Pillman's Help. The Hart Foundation are 2-0 here tonight, counting the preshow victory in where Jim Neidhart defeated Flash Funk. Winners and New WWF Tag Team Champions: Owen Hart and British Bulldog
Backstage, Kevin Kelly catches up to Mankind and Paul Bearer who are in a dark room. Bearer says that tonight's the night The Undertaker finally departs the World Wrestling Federation for good, and not only he departs the WWF, He gives over the WWF Championship to it's rightful owner, Mankind, because Mankind has beaten The Undertaker three times last year, King of The Ring, Summerslam and Buried Alive, he sweeped The Undertaker, and now Mankind will be the World Wrestling Federation Champion tonight, Mankind says for many years he's been taking beatings but it was worth it to come to the WWF and it was worth it to fight for the WWF Championship, this is his first time competing for the WWF Championship. And The Undertaker holds the one thing Mankind wants, Mankind got The Undertaker's number when he set Undertaker on fire, but tonight, he will break the hearts of the creatures of the night and the Mankind Era will begin because that title is going to be his, his, all his and The Undertaker will not have a nice day, but he can enjoy smelling The Undertaker's flesh after he permanately disfigures him for good. Match 2: Ken Shamrock vs Tiger Ali Singh w/Bob Backlund and Iron Sheik This is the first PPV Match for Ken Shamrock here in the WWF as he displays some nice moves against Tiger Ali Singh. Singh fights back and tries to put Shamrock down for the count but Shamrock battles back and gets the win by hitting an anklelock submission hold on Singh to get the victory. What an impressive PPV Debut Victory for the World's Most Dangerous Man Ken Shamrock. Winner: Ken Shamrock A clip is shown of the rivalry between Hunter Hearst Helmsley and Goldust in where it started in the Winter of 1996 in where Helmsley made a pass at Goldust's wife Marlena and that was when we saw the debut of Chyna in December of 1996 in where Chyna attacked Marlena, this rivalry has been going on for far too long, but tonight, it may come to a head. Kevin Kelly interviews Hunter Hearst Helmsley and Chyna about the upcoming mixed tag team match against Goldust and Marlena. Helmsley says that this feud between him and Goldust has gone on for far too long, Goldust cost him the Intercontinental Championship, it's something he will not forget, but there's one thing Goldust and Marlena won't forget is the way tonight when Helmsley and Chyna put an end to this feud once and for all, Helmsley tells Marlena that she's in for a long night when Chyna gets her hands on Marlena. Match 3: Mixed Tag Team Match Hunter Hearst Helmsley and Chyna vs Goldust and Marlena Remember in this Mixed Tag Team Match rules, the men and women can't wrestle each other, but Chyna ain't no Woman, she's a mastodon, Helmsley and Goldust start the match off with Goldust gaining the advantage on Helmsley in this match. Goldust attempts to put this match away early but Helmsley battles back by hitting a spinebuster and Helmsley continues to hammer away and wear down Goldust. Helmsley eventually hammers away at Goldust and surprisingly makes the tag to Chyna. Chyna begins to hammer away at Goldust and whips him into the ropes and hits a clothesline knocking him down, look at Chyna, she is just womanhandling Goldust here. Chyna scoops Goldust up and bodyslams him to the mat but misses an elbow drop. Helmsley gets tagged back in the match and Helmsley and Chyna wear down Goldust again by hitting a double clothesline. Helmsley and Chyna continue to regain the momentum in the match, Goldust fights back and somehow hits an atomic drop on Helmsley but Goldust still hasn't tagged in Marlena and it may be because Goldust is trying to protect Marlena from Chyna. Goldust and Helmsley continue to battle back and forth. Helmsley tries to hit Goldust with a pedigree but Goldust counters it and goes for the curtain call and both men are knocked down from a double clothesline the two performed. Goldust eventually makes the tag to Marlena and here comes Chyna, Marlena begins to hammer away at Chyna, look at Marlena, she's not afraid, she's hammering away at Chyna, Chyna throws her down and attempts a military press slam but Marlena rakes the eyes and hits Chyna with a dropkick and it only staggers Chyna, Marlena tries another dropkick but Chyna catches her and Marlena runs to Chyna again only to receive a clothesline in the process. Chyna grabs Marlena and hits her with a powerbomb. Chyna then pins Marlena and gets the victory for her team. It looks like Chyna and Helmsley have finally shut the door on this feud for good. Winners: Chyna and Hunter Hearst Helmsley A clip is shown for WWF Judgment Day which will be on May 11, 1997
Todd Pettengill interviews Sycho Sid about his match against Terry Funk. Sid says that the reason why he's targeted Terry Funk is because he wants to be the next man to challenge for the WWF Championship, and he doesn't care if it's Mankind or The Undertaker, he's going to beat Funk and he's going to walk in at Judgment Day to beat either The Undertaker or Mankind to become the World Wrestling Federation Champion, because the WWF Championship is his obsession and he will not rest until he gets it because he is the master and the ruler of the world.
Kevin Kelly interviews Terry Funk about the match against Sycho Sid. Funk says that Sid can say all he wants, he may have more aging years in him, he may be 52 years old, but he's never won the big one and that is the WWF Championship, he's put his body on the line to get that championship. He's been put through thumbtacks and he's been put through hell, at WrestleMania, he was put to hell by Mankind, but he'll be damned if Sycho Sid will put his body through hell again. Match 4: #1 Contenders Match Terry Funk vs Sycho Sid The match starts off with a hard hitting brawl as these two men exchange blows with Funk getting the advantage against Sid. Funk hammers away at Sid and whips him into the buckle throwing chops and right hands at Sid. Sid fights back and hammers away at Funk and tosses Funk over the top rope to the floor. Sid grabs Funk and takes him straight into the steel steps, Sid then tosses Funk in the ring in where he continues the momentum but Funk fights back in the match and goes for a cross body but Sid powerslams Funk into the mat, Sid runs off the ropes and hits a leg drop on Funk and goes for the cover but Funk kicks out at 2. Funk tries to fight back against Sid and he does so and sends Sid over the top rope with a dropkick. Funk climbs to the top rope and hits a standing moonsault on the outside. Funk's putting his body on the line against Sid here. Funk then gets back in the ring and Sid returns to the ring in where Funk goes for the leg of Sid but Sid shoves him off and hits a big boot on Funk. Sid takes back the momentum in his favor but Sid misses a charge in the corner and Funk surprises Sid with a DDT. Funk goes for the cover but Sid kicks out at 2. Funk heads to the top rope and nails a cross body on Sid. Funk goes for the cover again but Sid once again kicks out. Funk charges at Sid once more but Sid surprises him with a sidewalk slam. Sid sets up for the cover again but Funk still kicks out at 2. Sid picks up Funk and goes for another move but Funk fights back and runs off the ropes but Sid grabs him by the throat and hits a chokeslam on Funk. Sid goes for the cover once again but Funk amazingly kicks out at 2. Sid yells at Funk telling him to stay down. Funk then battles back and hits some stinging left jabs against Sid. Funk runs off the ropes and goes for a sunset flip but Sid grabs him and tries a lifting chokehold only for Funk to rake him in the face and scoops Sid up and bodyslams him to the mat. Funk's got a chance here. He's got a big shot here, Funk heads to the top rope and attempts his signature moonsault but Sid rolls out of the way. Sid then kicks Funk in the gut and hits him with the jackknife powerbomb, and that should be all, Sid covers Funk and Sid gets the win and Sid will be going to Judgment Day to face the winner of the WWF Championship Match. Winner: Sycho Sid
Backstage, Owen and Bulldog are celebrating with Jim Neidhart, Brian Pillman and Bret Hart. Bret says that tonight has been The Hart Foundation's night, it started with Flash Funk, The Legion of Doom and now Stone Cold Steve Austin. Bret says that tonight he is going to destroy Stone Cold in the street fight match and he's going to finish what he started at WrestleMania 13.
Match 5: Tag Team Match Tajiri and Jushin Thunder Liger vs Bradshaw and Brian Christopher w/Jerry Lawler The crowd are not interested in this match, but the fans love the tandem duo of Tajiri and Jushin Thunder Liger as they are from Japan together, Bradshaw and Christopher do well in this match, but Tajiri and Liger fight back and Tajiri gets the win by hitting Bradshaw with a superkick to get the victory, and what a victory for Tajiri and Liger here in this match. It looks like we may see a new Tag Team in the works. Winners: Tajiri and Jushin Thunder Liger Backstage, Shawn Michaels is walking in the building, it looks like the Heartbreak Kid is here tonight, Todd Pettengill catches up to Shawn Michaels and asks him what he's doing. Michaels says that he's here tonight to make sure that Bret and The Hart Family don't get out of line here tonight. Match 6: WWF Intercontinental Championship Match Rocky Maivia vs Faarooq w/The Nation In 1996, Faarooq chased after the Intercontinental Championship, and tonight he's looking to chase the Intercontinental Championship, but first he's gotta beat the rookie Maivia here tonight. Maivia and Faarooq start the match off with a lockup with Faarooq gaining the upper hand against Maivia but Maivia surprises him with an armdrag. Maivia sends Faarooq out of the ring with a dropkick and Maivia hits a plancha off the top taking down Faarooq. Maivia continues to take control of the match but Faarooq battles back and hits him with a clothesline. Faarooq regains momentum in this match and grabs the Intercontinental Title at one point and raises it in Maivia's face saying that he's winning this belt here tonight. Faarooq lets go of the title and begins to hammer away at Maivia. Maivia tries to fight back but Faarooq hits a powerslam on Maivia. Faarooq goes for the cover but Maivia kicks out at 2. Maivia tries to fight back and does so by hitting a tornado DDT on Faarooq. Maivia goes for the cover again but Faarooq desperately kicks out at 2. Maivia regains control of the match and knocks Mabel and Crush off the apron but Faarooq rakes the eyes and tries for the dominator but Maivia rolls Faarooq up and goes for the cover but Faarooq once more kicks out at 2. Maivia hammers away at Faarooq and whips him into the ropes and hits a samoan drop and Maivia follows it up with a clothesline. Maivia attempts the uranage but Faarooq fights out of it and hits a spinebuster and Faarooq signifies that it's over. But just as Faarooq hits the dominator on Maivia. Ahmed Johnson's music hits and he comes out with his signature 2X4 in hand. Faarooq is distracted by Ahmed and that allows Maivia to surprise him with the modified Uranage. Maivia covers Faarooq and gets the win to retain the Intercontinental Championship. With the help of Ahmed Johnson, Rocky Maivia is still your Intercontinental Champion. Winner and Still WWF Intercontinental Champion: Rocky Maivia
Ahmed enters the ring and has a microphone in hand and tells Faarooq that he'll accept Faarooq's match, but it's going to be at Judgment Day, because either way, whether Ahmed joins the Nation of Domination or whether Ahmed has to disband all of them, Faarooq is going down. Ahmed stares down Faarooq and it looks like the match will be on at Judgment Day between the two. A video clip is shown between Stone Cold Steve Austin and Bret Hart in the history between them, it all started at Survivor Series, followed up to Bret being screwed over and over, only for Bret to snap and turn his back on the fans and join up with Owen, Bulldog, Pillman and Neidhart.
Match 7: Street Fight Match Stone Cold Steve Austin vs Bret Hart It looks like both men are going to wrestle in their street clothes here tonight. Austin and Bret start the match off by exchanging blows with one another, and the referee is just going to let these two go. Austin hammers away at Bret but Bret battles back and tries the sharpshooter early but Austin throws him down and takes Bret to the outside with a clothesline. Austin follows Bret around the ring and tries to toss him into the steel steps but Bret fights back and tosses Austin into the steel steps. Bret grabs some chords and tries to choke out Austin, Bret then lets go of the cables and begins to punch away at him. Bret grabs a toolbox and attempts to hit Austin with it but Austin kicks Bret and bounces Bret's head into the ringpost. Austin tosses Bret in the ring and whips him into the ropes in where he hits a lou thesz press on Bret. Austin looks like he's going for the cover, but then gets out of the ring and takes off the timekeeper's leather belt and Austin has the leather belt and whips Bret repeatedly with it. Bret's gotta be in pain. Austin whips Bret into the ropes and tries a clothesline but Bret dropkicks the legs of Austin. And surprisingly there hasn't been a pinfall in this match. Although both men don't care. Bret heads to the top rope and hits a double axe handle taking down Austin but instead of going for the cover, he just pummels away at Austin. Bret picks Austin up and goes for a piledriver but Austin catapults him into the buckle and hits a clothesline on Bret. Austin then picks up Bret and whips him into the buckle and nails a high back body drop on Bret taking him down. Austin grabs Bret and tosses him over the top rope to the floor. Austin then grabs a steel chair and attempts to hit Bret with it, but wait a minute here comes Jim Neidhart, Brian Pillman, British Bulldog and Owen Hart, they're all coming down to go for Stone Cold. Austin valiantly tries to fight them off but they're all over Austin. Hart tosses Austin in the ring. Austin tries another chance at them and eventually takes down Neidhart with a clothesline. Austin then tries to go after Pillman, but Owen, Bulldog and Bret take Austin down, and it is 5 on 1. They begin to rip the shirt off of Austin, but wait a minute here comes Ken Shamrock. Shamrock tries to help Austin to even the odds and eventually hits Neidhart with a Belly to Belly Suplex and nails Owen with a clothesline but the odds are too great again, The Legion of Doom rush in to help in this situation, but again the numbers are too pretty, but wait a minute here comes Shawn Michaels with chair in hand. Michaels gets in the ring and goes after Neidhart. And now the odds are even, it's five on five. Bret eventually escapes the ring and we got 8 men brawling with Austin down in the ring. The fight between the eight spills to the outside and to the arena. Bret gets back in the ring and tries to finish the job against Austin and he does so by beating him down. Bret grabs the chair Michaels tried to use and Bret hits Austin in the back with a steel chair and into Austin's ribs again. Bret then grabs Austin and hits him with a backbreaker on the chair, but still Bret is not going for the cover, Bret wants to pummel Austin some more. Bret picks Austin up and drills him with a piledriver but there is still no pinfall from Bret. Bret grabs the chair again and look at this, he's going to try to pillmanize Austin's ankle similar to what Austin did to Brian Pillman in September. Bret heads to the top rope and he looks to do it but Austin rolls out of the way and Austin makes a comeback taking Bret down and punching away at Bret. Austin grabs the steel chair Bret attempted to use on Austin's knee and Austin whacks him in the head with a steel chair and again to the ribs and to the leg and Austin is stomping away at Bret and Austin grabs Bret and punches away at him and look at this, Bret has been busted open similar to WrestleMania 13 when Austin was busted open, but this is Austin's revenge. Austin goes for the leg with the chair and hits him in the leg with it again and also in the wrist. Austin wants to pummel and humiliate Bret Hart, The referee begs Austin to stop, but Austin is not listening to reason. Bret tries to take a break but Austin with chair in hand continues to beat Bret sadistically with the chair and Austin grabs the legs of Bret and hits the sharpshooter on The Hitman, And Bret is tapping out, Austin's won it. Austin's won the match. Winner: Stone Cold Steve Austin
But Austin won't let go, Austin continues to use the sharpshooter, he wants Bret to feel the same pain he endured at WrestleMania 13, referees and officials come in to stop it, but Austin takes referees down and hits one referee with the Stone Cold Stunner. Austin goes back to use the sharpshooter on Bret, More officials and refs try to stop Austin from hurting Bret even further and this is enough, Austin's gotta let go of the sharpshooter. Bret has been stuck in the hold for two minutes, Michaels, The Legion of Doom and Ken Shamrock are surely keeping The Hart Foundation at bay and finally Austin lets go of the sharpshooter. Stone Cold may have won the battle and the war over Bret Hart here tonight, Austin leaves the ring, The Hart Foundation all return and Vince gets in the ring and here come the emergency personnel from New York, what a chaotic situation here tonight, Austin may have taken this too far, was it worth winning the match?. Yes, Austin finally beat Bret Hart, but was he satisfied with hurting Bret, yes?. Bret says that his leg is broken, Bulldog, Owen, Neidhart and Pillman and the EMT's take Bret to the stretcher, the commentators announce that there's a commotion.
Austin gets backstage as Jesse Ventura confronts Austin. Ventura asks Austin what's the matter with him and that he's out of control. Austin says that Ventura's damn right and he ain't done yet, what will Ventura do about it?. Ventura threatens Austin and tells him to take a breath of fresh air and get his ass out of here. Austin threatens Ventura telling him he will whip Ventura's ass too but he's going to cut him a break. We go back to the ring with Bret yelling at the EMT's saying that it's his god damn leg and wrist as the commentators apologize for the language.
A video clip is shown of The Undertaker and Mankind's history set to "Fade to Black" by Metallica. This rivalry has been going on for a year and tonight it may end,
Match 8: WWF Championship Match The Undertaker vs Mankind w/Paul Bearer So far we have seen what has happened with Bret Hart, we'll get an update on Bret Hart after this match, but speaking of the update, Undertaker's eye may be damaged as he has a bandage on it, but it's not permanent thank goodness. Taker wastes no time taking off his ring gear and the two square off exchanging blows with Mankind gaining the momentum, but Taker throws him into the buckle and throws hard right hands at Mankind and stomps away at him. Taker whips Mankind into the buckle and hits a back body drop. Taker whips Mankind off the ropes again but Mankind kicks him in the face and hits a right hand on The Undertaker's eye and Mankind runs off the ropes and sends Taker and himself out of the ring with a clothesline but Mankind and Undertaker land on their feet. Taker grabs Mankind and chokeslams him into the concrete, and this WWF Title Match may be over quick. Taker grabs Mankind and throws him into the guardrail in where Mankind goes into the crowd, and Taker and Mankind are both going to the crowd in where they exchange blows where Taker gains the momentum as he suplexes Mankind back to the outside. Taker gets in the ring to break the ref's count but goes back to the outside and takes Mankind back in the ring in where he nails the signature apron leg drop on Mankind. Taker gets back in the ring and nails a right hand and then he grabs Mankind by the arm and it looks like he's going for the ropewalk and he connects with it. Taker goes for the cover but Mankind kicks out at 2. Undertaker gets Mankind to his feet and goes for the tombstone piledriver, but Taker is distracted by Paul Bearer and the referee stops Taker from doing so, but Mankind gets the urn and hits The Phenom with it behind the referee's back. Mankind goes for the cover again but Undertaker kicks out at 2. And Mankind has the momentum back in his favor. Mankind scoops Undertaker up and bodyslams him to the mat and follows it up with a leg drop. Mankind goes for the cover but Undertaker kicks out at 2. Taker tries to fight back and does so, Taker whips Mankind into the ropes and goes for another backdrop but Mankind hits him with a neckbreaker. Mankind goes for the cover but Undertaker kicks out at 2. Mankind then locks in a sleeper on The Undertaker but Undertaker somehow fights out of it but Mankind locks in the camel clutch on The Undertaker. Remember Taker's first title defense in 1991 ended in disaster, can it end in disaster again tonight?. Taker fights back and hits a few body shots followed up by an uppercut and Taker hits a hard right hand again on Mankind and nails Mankind with a clothesline sending him over the top rope and both men are on the outside again with Undertaker tossing Mankind into the steel steps. Mankind then grabs a water pitcher and throws it on The Undertaker's face, and the ref never saw it. Mankind grabs the steel chair and hits Undertaker in the head with it. The referee is seeing this, but why is there not a disqualifaction in this match?. Mankind heads to the top rope and hits the elbow drop on the outside on The Undertaker. And Mankind tries to rip the bandage off the forehead of The Undertaker but the ref stops him from doing so, Mankind continues to dominate The Undertaker by trying to rip his bandage and look at The Undertaker's eye, He is hurt. Mankind stomps away at The Undertaker and sets him up for a piledriver and he connects with it. And it could be Mankind's time. Mankind goes for the cover but Undertaker kicks out at 2. Undertaker's gotta fight back. Mankind hits a headbutt on Undertaker and grabs Taker and sets up for another piledriver and hits him with it, Mankind goes for another cover again but Undertaker kicks out. Undertaker begins to fight back and stomps away at Mankind and both men are exchanging blows with one another with Undertaker making a comeback. Mankind whips Undertaker off the ropes but Undertaker surprises him with his signature jumping clothesline. Taker then hits Mankind with another clothesline and whips him into the buckle and hits the running clothesline in the corner and follows it up with snake eyes and Undertaker whips Mankind into the ropes and hits the big boot and the leg drop as well. Taker goes for the cover but Mankind kicks out at 2 again. Taker throws Mankind into the buckle and begins to choke away at him and the referee tries to reason with Taker but Undertaker scares him off. Taker whips Mankind into the buckle and goes for a clothesline but Undertaker accidentally hits the referee. And that allows Mankind to hit the Double Arm DDT on The Undertaker and Mankind signals for the Mandible Claw and he connects with it. Taker is out of it, here comes another ref, but wait. Mankind just nailed the ref with a right hand knocking him over the top rope. Paul Bearer grabs a steel chair while Mankind grabs the steel steps. Taker sits up and dropkicks Mankind into the steel steps. The Phenom grabs the steel chair and hits Mankind in the head with it. And that was a home run swing by The Undertaker. Taker tosses Mankind over the top rope but look Mankind is tangled and Undertaker grabs Mankind's mask and takes it off. Taker then picks up the steel steps and hits Mankind with it knocking Mankind off the apron through the Spanish announce table. And Mankind may have broken his neck. Taker tosses Mankind back in the ring and this has gotta be it. Mankind's ear has been busted open. Mankind gets grabbed by the throat again and Undertaker chokeslams him to the canvas, the ref gets back up and Taker covers Mankind but Mankind kicks out of the chokeslam. Mankind will not stay down. Taker grabs Mankind and nails the tombstone piledriver. Taker crosses Mankind's arms and the ref counts 3 and it's over. The Undertaker is still the WWF Champion!. Winner and Still WWF Champion: The Undertaker
But it looks like The Undertaker's not done yet, Paul Bearer tries to run away but Undertaker grabs him and takes him into the ring, ohhh no, Mankind's up and he's got that fireball. Mankind's going to do it again. Mankind tries to light it but Undertaker catches him and beats him down and tosses him over the top rope and he's got the fireball, is he going to hit Mankind or Paul Bearer with it?. Mankind tries to get up but Undertaker knocks him out of the ring with a right hand and it looks like Paul Bearer is going to be the sacrificial lamb. Is Taker going to go through with this?. Taker then lights the match and shoots the ball of fire on Bearer's face. But it ignited in Taker's hands as well. It looks like Undertaker got his revenge on Paul Bearer and Mankind, Undertaker is still the WWF Champion but at what cost?. Taker cannot believe what he has done, but he still celebrates in his first successful title defense. And the commentators take us backstage.
In the Backstage area, Bret Hart is being wheeled out upset with Owen, Bulldog, Neidhart and Pillman shouting profanities, but here comes Shawn Michaels, Ken Shamrock and The Legion of Doom, they are brawling with Owen, Bulldog, Neidhart and Pillman again, the officials eventually shut the ambulance door. Bret is shown in the ambulance, but suddenly Stone Cold is in the ambulance seat and tells Bret that Bret is going straight to hell. Austin gets out of the ambulance and begins to beat Bret in the ambulance, Bret is being beat down by Austin here, and there's no one to save him. Austin then gets out of the ambulance and sees a monster truck. Austin then gets in telling Bret that he's taking Bret straight to hell and that is where he's going. Austin revs up the monster truck and destroys the ambulance with Bret inside. Bret's in that ambulance. Bret is in that ambulance. Austin has destroyed the ambulance with Bret Hart inside and he could've permanately injured The Hitman out of the WWF forever, Paul Bearer and Bret Hart have both been destroyed here tonight, but Bret's the most importance, what is going on here in the WWF?. Austin looks back at the ambulance and throws middle fingers at Bret and the cameras end with Austin walking away to the scene of the crime as Backlash goes off the air.

Backlash will be a night to remember in the WWF. Owen and Davey rose to the occasion to put down one of the most legendary tag teams in the WWF. Mankind's leaving big threats to the Deadman, and he does have track record that says he can beat Taker. But, I think Takers going to fight 10 times harder tonight to keep the title. Shamrock comes in, controls and dominates. Solid. Triple H getting a very redeeming victory and big things are in the man's horizon. Sidd is now in line for the shot, so I got strong feeling Taker's walking out champion. Ahmend screws Farooq out of the title, and is laying it all on the line. I can only be curious as to if and when Mavia joins NOD. But, I have feeling Ahmend may be able to fight the nation off next one as his fate hangs on the line. Austin gets the victory as needed. And unleashes hell on Hart. Well written and done. Taker gets his revenge, but it's not over. Bearer will be back. Backlash 1997 was nothing but mayhem. Austin run over ambulance in monster truck. This is nothing but carnage. By far your best PPV to date imo.

WWF RAW - April 21. 1997 Clips are shown of Backlash in where the show had been chaotic, clips are shown of the street fight match between Stone Cold and Bret Hart with Stone Cold getting his long awaited victory over The Hitman and then injuring The Hitman even further by placing him in an ambulance and ramming a monster truck into it. And then the situation between The Undertaker and Mankind in where The Undertaker threw a fireball in Paul Bearer's face as Mankind attempted to use the same fireball he tried to use on The Undertaker.
Vince McMahon, Jerry Lawler and Jim Ross are your hosts as they discuss the events of what happened at Backlash, Lawler says that Ventura should fire both Stone Cold and The Undertaker at the same time for what they did to two innocent people, McMahon does not agree with Lawler's decision, but does announce that Bret Hart will not attend the show tonight, but Stone Cold is here, and also Bret's brother Owen Hart will take on Hunter Hearst Helmsley and Goldust in a Triple Threat Match to determine who faces Rocky Maivia next week for the Intercontinental Championship, and also The Undertaker is in action as he takes on Crush in a non-title match.
Stone Cold's music plays in the arena as he comes out to a big ovation. Lawler continues to yell at Austin saying he should be suspended or fired for what he did. Austin has a microphone in hand and says that last night, he promised to take Bret Hart to hell and damn it he did. He beat Bret Hart at his own game by using his own sharpshooter. Austin says that he told the world he would send Bret back to Canada and that is exactly what he did?. The thing that gets Stone Cold why are the fans so happy because he did it by himself, not the fans. They wave all the little signs, Austin 3:16. Stone Cold says so, what have you?. All of a sudden, the fans wanna jump on the Stone Cold bandwagon because they can, Bret Hart is gone, and there are four more people that are going to go down, Jim Neidhart, Owen Hart, Brian Pillman, British Bulldog, the list will be endless after he ends The Hart Foundation for good, he's going to get the World Wrestling Federation Championship, and you ask because what's going to happen with Stone Cold as the WWF Champion, if they think for one second split second that he's going to be a good role model, they've got another thing coming. Austin says that he's gotten rid of the trash and the cancer that is Bret Hart, and he will not rest until he whips the Hart Foundation's ass and he will run over everyone else to become the WWF Champion, so whoever wants a shot at Stone Cold Steve Austin, bring it on because he will not hesistate to whip everyone's ass in the WWF just like he did to Bret Hart last night. Then Jesse Ventura comes out with a microphone in hand and he does not look pretty pleased. Ventura says that as much as he respects Stone Cold more than Bret Hart, he's got to know that Austin could have crippled Bret Hart last night, the doctors have told me that Bret has flown to Canada and will not be here tonight, and as for Stone Cold Steve Austin, Ventura told him last night that Austin was out of control and that there were rules and regulations and apparently Austin did not give a damn about the rules. Ventura says that ever since he's been the WWF President, he's let things get out of hand and maybe he's to blame for all of this. Austin says that he doesn't care if Ventura is the president of the WWF or the President of the United States, he can whip anyone's ass just like he can to the President of the United States, he'll fly over to the White House and take the oval office and then Uncle Sam will have to change the National Bird and then he will force the damn President out of the White House and still wrestle in the WWF and become the World Wrestling Federation Champion while he's the president. Ventura says that he does not like Austin's tone, he wants Austin in on something, he should've called the cops on Austin, but he cut Austin a break last night. Because as much as Austin wants to get his hands on the Hart Foundation, he might allow that to happen, But as far as Austin saying that Bret's gone in the WWF for good. The doctors told Ventura that unfortunately Bret Hart will be back in the WWF, Austin says that that's all fine with him, because the next time he and Bret step in the ring one more time, he's going to really put Bret Hart down for good. But as of now, He has issues with a certain someone, last week, Brian Pillman rushed the ring and attacked him because of what Austin did to him last September, Austin says that he wants a one-on-one match tonight with Brian Pillman. Ventura says that won't be necessary because Pillman has not been cleared to wrestle, but he will say this, at Judgment Day, Austin can have Pillman all to himself. Pillman will be cleared at Judgment Day and Austin can have him one on one. Then suddenly The Hart Foundation sans Bret come out, Owen says that Ventura has lost his mind, his brother Bret is out and Ventura's giving this lunatic Stone Cold a free pass of not being fired. Tonight was supposed to be The Hart Foundation's night, Owen and Bulldog won the Tag Team Titles, but Austin ruined everything and because of Austin, his brother's in the hospital, because of Shawn Michaels, Ken Shamrock and The Legion of Doom, his brother is in the hospital. Austin had his friends beat the hell out of the Hart Foundation while he was trying to cripple Bret Hart and now Ventura is giving Austin a free pass, Ventura tells Owen to shut up and worry about his own problems like facing Hunter Hearst Helmsley and Goldust here tonight. Pillman says that last week, he returned to settle the score with Stone Cold Steve Austin, does Austin wanna know why that the night Austin broke into his house and that he really wanted to shoot Austin. He wanted to shoot Austin because he could've damaged his career permanately, but he let Austin go, he spent the past seven months in eternity thinking when he was going to get Austin back, shooting him was just not good enough. But maybe at Judgment Day, hurting him won't be enough, but sending him out of wrestling will be good enough for The Hart Foundation and he will dedicate this victory to his good friend Bret Hart, because he knows Bret will be watching. Bulldog then speaks and tells Austin that Austin is now on borrowed time, now that Bret won't be back until next week, tonight it's open season for Stone Cold Steve Austin and they will not have a problem signing up a hospital for Stone Cold so that Bret can beat the hell out of him. The four begin to walk to the ring, but Ventura stops them and says that they are not going to do a damn thing, tonight, he's giving Stone Cold the night off of wrestling, he can stay backstage and do what he wants tonight, Pillman can take the night off, Neidhart's already booked tonight, and so is Owen, but that leaves to the Bulldog, if Bulldog thinks he has the night off, he's wrong, because tonight, Bulldog's going to put the European Championship on the line tonight, and the person that Ventura has to take on The Bulldog for the European Championship, it will be Terry Funk. The fans cheer for that, Ventura says that Bulldog's match with Funk, by the way starts now. The Hart Foundation are furious as Austin has a smile on his face. Bulldog vs Funk coming up next for the European Championship. (break) Match 1: WWF European Championship Match British Bulldog vs Terry Funk Funk was close on winning the #1 Contenders Match against Sycho Sid, but came up short, tonight he can right the wrong by becoming the second man to win the WWF European Championship. Funk starts the match off by hitting some heavy jabs against The British Bulldog. Funk gets the momentum in his corner but The Bulldog fights back after Funk missed a clothesline. Bulldog does a good job on completely wearing down Funk, but Funk battles back in the match and almost gets the win at one point by hitting a DDT on The Bulldog but Bulldog kicks out at 2. Funk then heads to the top rope and hits his signature moonsault and this is it, we could have a new WWF European Champion. But wait Bulldog's feet was on the rope just before the three count. Funk gets upset and tries to win the match again, but Bulldog catches Funk in mid air and hits him with the running powerslam to get the win and retain his European Championship in his third title defense. Winner and Still WWF European Champion: British Bulldog
Lawler, McMahon and Ross replay us to clips of what happened in the WWF Championship Match between Undertaker and Mankind at Backlash in where this match was hard-hitting, but in the end it was The Deadman that retained the championship and almost brutally injured Paul Bearer with that fireball, the commentators tell us that Paul Bearer will be out of action for a month. (break) Match 2: Ken Shamrock vs Tiger Ali Singh w/Iron Sheik and Bob Backlund Singh demanded this rematch for what happened last night at Backlash, but just like last night, it's basically a squash as Shamrock puts the match away in 2 minutes by making Singh tap out to the anklelock. Winner: Ken Shamrock After the Match. Kevin Kelly gets in the ring and interviews Ken Shamrock. Kelly asks that Shamrock's been in turmoil alongside Stone Cold Steve Austin with The Hart Foundation, what's that about. Shamrock says that The Hart Foundation may be from Canada, but let's not forget that this is American Soil, he grew up in America not like the Hart Foundation, Shamrock says he's come to the WWF to do what he does, show his skills and possibly one day become the World Wrestling Federation Champion. Shamrock says that he's serving a challenge to anyone in the WWF and even Mike Tyson. Shamrock says that he knows that King of The Ring is coming up, but he's throwing his name in the hat to qualify for the 1997 King of The Ring, he wants to win the whole thing and hell even become the World Wrestling Federation Champion because that's what he wants, he's been undefeated here in the WWF and he wants to stay undefeated. Because he's the World's most Dangerous Man and no one else isn't, don't forget it. Shamrock leaves with confidence in his eyes, it looks like Shamrock is going to have a bright future in the WWF if he continues to rack up a lot of wins.
Backstage. Hunter Hearst Helmsley is with Chyna, Helmsley speaks saying that tonight, he finally gets rid of Goldust for good, but not only that, he has to fight Owen Hart as well, he has a lot of respect for the Hart Family, but it's every man for himself, Helmsley says that he is ready to become the first man in history to become a 4-time WWF Intercontinental Champion, not no one like Hunter Hearst Helmsley has been Intercontinental Champion three times, how long has Goldust been champion?. Twice, and who beat him for that title last time, it was the Royal Rumble when Hunter won it back, so now, tonight, he's going to win that Triple Threat Match and win the Intercontinental Title next week. Vince, Lawler and Ross take us to clips of Vader being detained in Saudi Arabia in where they still show more clips of what happened of Vader choking the reporter out, but we've been told that this is Vader's last week in Saudi Arabia and he will be back next week on RAW in where he can hopefully shed some light of the situation. (break) Match 3: Triple Threat #1 Contenders Match Owen Hart vs Hunter Hearst Helmsley w/Chyna vs Goldust w/Marlena This should be a good Triple Threat between these three as one of them will likely get a shot at Rocky Maivia next week for the Intercontinental Championship, Maivia is on commentary with such great intent in this match. Owen and Helmsley form an alliance to take out Goldust but Goldust fights back and hits a double clothesline on both men. Goldust nails Hunter with an atomic drop and hits Owen with one as well, but Goldust gets quickly taken out in the middle of the match and that allows Owen and Helmsley to fight each other. Helmsley almost gets Owen by hitting a spinebuster on him but Goldust breaks up the count and that allows Goldust and Helmsley to brawl with one another. Owen gets back in the match and nails Goldust with an enziguri and does the same thing to Helmsley, and it seems like Owen is taking control of the match. Owen attempts a sharpshooter on Helmsley but Helmsley rolls out of the way and tries to go for a pedigree on Owen but Goldust surprises Helmsley with a bulldog. Goldust goes for the cover but Owen breaks up the count. The match goes for a decent three minutes. Goldust attempts to get the win by hitting the curtain call but Owen surprises him by hitting a missile dropkick off the top rope and gets the win and will go on to face Rocky Maivia for the Intercontinental Championship next week. Owen gets out of the ring and looks at the Intercontinental Championship telling Maivia he's coming for it. Winner: Owen Hart (break) In the ring. Jim Ross is there with Sycho Sid. Ross speaks saying that at Judgment Day on May 11th. Sid will challenge for the WWF Championship against The Undertaker, a championship Sid has never won in the World Wrestling Federation, although he's been a threat to it. Sid says that last night he got Terry Funk and showed Terry Funk that he was the master and the ruler of the world, but now at Judgment Day, he's going to go straight to The Undertaker, Sid says that Undertaker may have got lucky last night with his broken eye because of what Mankind did to him. But now, Undertaker needs to beware because he is a dangerous man. He's dangerous to beat because Undertaker knows in his mind that Undertaker cannot beat Sycho Sid. Ross says that Sid's had history with The Undertaker before, on September 24, 1995. Sid went one on one with The Undertaker and defeated The Undertaker, at that time, Sid had help back then, but that was then and this is now. Sid says that on that night The Undertaker bowed down to the master and the ruler of the world, but now, he won't need help to defeat The Undertaker, he's got a plan. Paul Bearer tried many ways to tame The Undertaker, everyone tried many ways to tame The Undertaker, he's the only one that tamed The Undertaker, and The Undertaker won't be able to tame him at Judgment Day because Sid's taken out the best, Shawn Michaels, Bret Hart, Mankind and others that have crossed him, but now that championship The Undertaker's holding, it's his, and it would've been his had Shawn Michaels not stolen the spotlight. Sid says that at Judgment Day, Undertaker may need a lot of fireballs to save him, because it's not going to work and when it is all said and done, The Deadman is going to fall flat on his face while the ref makes the 3 count and they announce Sid as the WWF Champion, then he will really be the master and the ruler of the world. Then The lights go out in the arena as The Undertaker's face appears on the titantron. Taker tells Sid that Sid may have all the cards in the world, what happened last night to Mankind and Paul Bearer was the same example of what he's going to do to Sycho Sid, Sid claims to be the master and the ruler of the world, but he's going to have to do more than that to defeat The Undertaker and take the championship away from him, because he's not going to let Sid take The Undertaker's holy grail, and as far as he's concerned, Sid should watch first hand tonight of what The Undertaker will do to Crush and the entire Nation of Domination tonight. Undertaker rolls his eyes as the titantron cuts off and then the lights come back on with Sycho Sid still speaking. Sid says that at Judgment Day, he will not fall for Undertaker's mind games, he will not fall for Undertaker's intimidation, he's not like the others, he beat The Undertaker 2 years ago and he can do it again because he is the master and the ruler of the world. Sid then stares down the camera as RAW takes another break. (break)
Match 4: Tajiri and Jushin Thunder Liger vs Public Enemy Apparently Tajiri and Jushin Thunder Liger have formed an alliance as they teamed up well at Backlash to defeat Bradshaw and Brian Christopher, but they are going to take on the former members of the Nation of Domination, Public Enemy. Public Enemy start the match off by hitting some big moves, but Tajiri and Liger fight back and Tajiri and Liger in another tag team herculean effort pick up another win with Tajiri hitting Rocco with a Buzzsaw Kick followed up by Liger hitting a diving moonsault on Rocco to get the victory. It looks like Tajiri and Jushin Thunder Liger could be future WWF Tag Team Champions in the near future if they continue to team up. Winners: Tajiri and Jushin Thunder Liger (break) Before the next match, Sunny and Sable are out in the crowd promoting wrestling t-shirts with Sunny wearing an Undertaker T-Shirt and Sable wearing an Austin 3:16 T-Shirt Match 5: Faarooq w/The NOD vs Bart Gunn Faarooq desperately wants Ahmed to join the Nation of Domination and it might happen at Judgment Day if Ahmed loses, Gunn gets a little offense against Faarooq but Faarooq battles back and nails Gunn with the Dominator to get the win. Winner: Faarooq The Commentators talk about what happened with Stone Cold and Bret Hart at Backlash, but then suddenly a voice appears as it's Mankind's voice. Mankind talks about Paul Bearer's flesh hanging from his handsome face as he appears on the titantron. Mankind says that Bearer's face was melted by his own hands, as they made their way to the hospital, he could smell the flesh and his face melted, later on at the burn unit, when the procedure began, he never cried, he was so brave, but now, thanks to The Undertaker, he is disfigured like him, Mankind tells Uncle Paul that Paul will come back soon and that he misses him and he will get The Undertaker back for Uncle Paul.
(break) Match 6: Non-Title Match The Undertaker vs Crush w/The Nation of Domination And this should be a good way to end the show with two big bulls fighting with one another as The Undertaker and Crush face off, but this is not for the WWF Championship. Taker starts off by hitting right hands on Crush and sends Crush out of the ring with a clothesline. Undertaker gets the momentum by taking Crush into the steel steps and hitting his signature leg drop on the apron. Taker then grabs Crush and hits him with his signature ropewalk but D' Lo pulls the ropes down giving Crush some momentum. Crush battles back and hits Undertaker with a few right hands and nails him with a powerslam and follows it up by trying to rip The Undertaker's bandage, Ross says that there are rumours that Mankind has not been seen and that he may be making his way to the ring. Crush continues to wear down Undertaker but Undertaker fights back and makes a comeback nailing his snake eyes/boot/leg drop combination on Crush and gives Mabel a right hand on the apron. Taker grabs Crush and goes for the chokeslam but Crush counters it and nails the champion with a superkick. Crush goes for the cover but Undertaker kicks out at 2. Crush whips Undertaker into the ropes and goes for a clothesline but Undertaker counters it and hits a flying clothesline of his own. And wait a minute, here comes Mankind, And what's that in his hand?. A Blowtorch, Mankind's got a blowtorch, a god damned blowtorch. Taker is able to hit the chokeslam on Crush, but somebody has to stop them, and wait a minute here comes Mabel and Faarooq. They get in the ring to attack The Undertaker. Taker is able to fight Mabel, D' Lo and Faarooq off. Taker eventually gets a bodyslam in on Mabel and tosses Faarooq over the top rope. But Mankind hits Undertaker with an iron bottle to the face and that's a Disqualifaction. Winner by DQ: The Undertaker
Crush. Mabel, D' Lo and Faarooq all help Mankind attack The Undertaker. Faarooq gets his leather belt and starts to whip Undertaker with it but Mankind stops him from doing so, then suddenly Ahmed Johnson comes out with his 2X4 and chases the Nation of Domination off, but Mankind wants to finish the job. Mankind attempts to ignite the blowtorch and he does so but Undertaker grabs him by the throat and the blowtorch has been put out. Taker gets to his feet and fights off Mankind and Taker sends Mankind over the top rope with a clothesline and Mankind starts to run away but Taker picks up the microphone and says that if Mankind wants another shot at the WWF Championship, next week, Undertaker will be more than happy to send Mankind straight to hell again, Sycho Sid can wait at Judgment Day, but Mankind needs to pay for what he almost tried to do again, So next week, It will be Undertaker vs Mankind for the WWF Championship, no disqualifactions, no countouts, no excuses, and Mankind will rest in peace. Taker raises the title up and stares down Mankind as RAW goes off the air.

Clips are shown of last week between The Undertaker and Mankind with Mankind attempted to light a fireball on The Undertaker but Undertaker avoided it and challenged Mankind to another championship match with No Disqualifactions and No Countouts, can Mankind win the WWF Championship here tonight or will it be too little too late?. Plus, Bret Hart is set to return about his future after that injury by Stone Cold, and Bret's brother Owen will take on Rocky Maivia for the Intercontinental Championship, and also the return of Vader.
Vince McMahon, Jerry Lawler and Jim Ross are your hosts for Tonight's Show.
Bret Hart's music plays to kick off the show as he is in crutches alongside Jim Neidhart, Owen Hart, The British Bulldog and Brian Pillman. Bret gets in the ring with the rest of the Hart Family. Bret says that at Backlash, he was humiliated and destroyed by Stone Cold Steve Austin. And the rest of the americans didn't even help Bret Hart, they watched as Bret Hart got completely suffered by Stone Cold Steve Austin, the only thing Stone Cold could've done was show Bret Hart an instant amount of mercy. Hart says that when he came to the WWF, He admits that he was an ass, he admits that he complained about being screwed out of the World Wrestling Federation Title, because he knew there was an injustice, but he wants to right the wrong, But he's decided that there will be no match between him and Stone Cold, because all of this is not only on Stone Cold Steve Austin's hands, It's not even on Ken Shamrock's hands, it's not even on The Legion of Doom's hands, but on someone else's hands, Shawn Michaels. Bret tells Shawn that Shawn's the reason for his downfall last year. Shawn's the reason he was injured at Backlash, Shawn's the reason why he is not the WWF Champion, instead it's The Undertaker that is walking around with his title. Bret says that this whole problem between him and Shawn hasn't been put to rest, and they need to put it aside, so at Judgment Day, Shawn Michaels and Bret Hart, the rematch from WrestleMania 12, but it won't be an ironman match, he wants this match to be a King of The Ring Qualifying Match, Bret says that he made a deal with Jesse Ventura to make this match a King of The Ring Qualifying Match, because Bret's won the 1994 King of The Ring and earned the right to face the champion at Summerslam. Bret tells Shawn that if he has any of his legs left, Shawn will accept Bret's challenge because at Judgment Day. Bret is not going to have any mercy on Shawn Michaels, because he wants Shawn to think about what happened to Bret last year when Shawn paraded around with the World Wrestling Federation Championship and he had to watch him in Calgary with it. But after Bret beats Shawn, he is going to win the 1997 King of The Ring and become a 2-time King of The Ring winner and then go to Summerslam to become a 4-time WWF Champion. Because he is the best there is, the best there was and the best there ever will be, then suddenly Stone Cold's music plays as he runs to the ring with a steel chair in hand chasing off the members of the Hart Foundation. Austin then picks up Bret's mic and says that Bret can go ahead and have his fight with Shawn Michaels at Judgment Day and try to become the 1997 King of The Ring, but the bottom line is, it ain't over between Bret and Austin by a long damn shot. But speaking of Judgment Day, Brian Pillman will have his Judgment Day because of what he did to Pillman last September will be considered Humane because he is going to rip Pillman's damn ankle. Pillman will have to wear prosthetics for the rest of his life, because he is going to stomp a mudhole in Pillman's ass and that's the bottom line cause Stone Cold said so. Austin stares down the rest of the Hart Foundation as RAW takes a commercial break.
(break) Match 1: Ken Shamrock vs Brian Christopher The World's Most Dangerous Man has been on a dominant roll since his debut and tonight he is going to go one on one with Brian Christopher. Christopher gets some offense in against Shamrock and that makes Shamrock very angry that he just goes after Christopher. Christopher fights back and attempts to win the match by hitting a diving leg drop on Shamrock but Shamrock catches him with a belly-to-belly suplex and locks in the anklelock to get the victory. What a victory for Ken Shamrock. The World's Most Dangerous Man. Winner: Ken Shamrock As Shamrock celebrates his victory and leaves, McMahon, Ross and Lawler take us to Mankind who is secluded in the boiler room. Mankind says that last week he tried to permanately disfigure The Undertaker, but he failed, at Backlash, he failed to capture the World Wrestling Federation Heavyweight Championship, but tonight, he will not fail Uncle Paul. He will not fail anybody when he puts his body to hell and takes the WWF Championship away and then he'll be the one to defend the title against Sycho Sid. And Sycho Sid or The Undertaker both of them won't have a nice day, but Mankind will when that title is his, his, all his.
(break) Match 2: Flash Funk vs Bob Holly Before this match starts, suddenly Vader's music hits in the arena and look at this, he is back. Vader has returned to RAW after 2 weeks of being detained in Saudi Arabia. Vader gets in the ring and Funk and Holly act naturally to try to go after Vader but Vader goes after them both and chokeslams Funk to the mat and also hits Holly with a powerbomb, Vader grabs Holly and tosses him over the top rope to the floor and does the same thing to Funk. Winner: Draw Vince McMahon gets in the ring to interview Vader as Vader waits for Vince to interview him. Vince tells Vader that everyone knows the incident between what he did at Saudi Arabia, and Vader has some questions on why he did that. Vader then gets on the mic and tells Vince that he suggests that Vince leaves the ring right now because of what he did to Flash Funk and Bob Holly, he can do the same thing to Vince McMahon. Vader says that two weeks ago he and Mark Callaway, who is The Undertaker and the WWF Champion were at a Saudi Arabia interview and this reporter talked crapabout if wrestling's fake. And it's where things got a little too real. Vader says that he should've thrown that reporter through the table with the words he said. Vader says he does not give a damn if fans boo or cheer for him, that's their opinion. But no matter what people think of wrestling, it's one of the best sports entertainment in this industry, He's wrestled his heart out for 12 years, since 1985. He's been through it all, he's fought guys like Ric Flair, Hulk Hogan, Randy Savage, Antonio Inoki, Shawn Michaels, The Undertaker, Bret Hart, Terry Funk and all of the others combined. He's a 2-time World Wrestling Federation Champion and he wants that gold again. Vader says that Saudi Arabia was hell for him because he was detained for two weeks, well he has a message for the people that detained him, Kiss my ass. He is going to shoot with this promo until he's done. The fact is the people that sit their ass down on the seats every night, and the people that watch the shows on their TV, kids that watch the show before they go to bed to wake up for school in the morning, husbands and wives that watch the tv before they go to bed and go to work. Let Vader tell you this, wrestling is the greatest sport in the industry, and he will preach for everyone in this industry that's busted their ass for the sport. So if that interviewer is watching, Then he don't care if he's fined by them again, he's telling the truth, the World Wrestling Federation is the place to be. The fans cheer for Vader despite his heel tactics. Vader says that wrestling is in his passion, he's bled and sweat for all the fans, even though he's a bad guy, the fans do not deserve for somebody to say that wrestling is fake. Because if somebody says wrestling is fake, that's where he draws the line. Wrestling to Vader will always be his hometurf and can't nobody tell him otherwise because the WWF is his home, not WCW, not ECW, not NJPW, not all of the other bullshit. He's loyal to the World Wrestling Federation and he'll always be loyal, and now it's time for Vader to get back to do what he does best and that is to destroy everybody in the WWF and become a 3-time WWF Champion. And that's all he has to say. Vader drops the mic as the commentators say that you might not like Vader, but you have to respect for what he said here tonight.
(break) Back from Break, the commentators talk about Vader's speech, but then they take us to Sycho Sid. Vince asks about the match between Mankind and Undertaker tonight for the title. Sid says that it doesn't really matter to him who wins the WWF Championship tonight, all they have to count on is for their Judgment Day to begin, the clock is ticking and in thirteen days, he is going to get that championship he's wanted. The World Wrestling Federation Championship. He doesn't care if Mankind and Undertaker kill each other to do it. Match 3: WWF Intercontinental Championship Match Owen Hart vs Rocky Maivia Owen Hart has not won a singles title here in the WWF, He is one half of the WWF Tag Team Champions and perhaps a win over Rocky Maivia could give him a singles title reign. Owen and Maivia start off with a headlock and a tieup in this match with Maivia taking control of the tieup. Owen battles back though and slaps Maivia in the face. But Maivia retaliates with a slap of his own. Both men wrestle around with Maivia getting the momentum and Maivia hits Owen with a plancha, Maivia tosses Owen in the ring and continues to gain the momentum but Owen nails him with a spinning heel kick and takes control of the match, Owen keeps Maivia down for three minutes in the match but Maivia battles back and hits a suplex on Owen. Maivia gets control of the match and hits a crossbody on Owen but Owen kicks out at 2. Owen battles back and hits a German Suplex on Maivia but Maivia somehow kicks out at 2. Maivia and Owen continue to fight for a few minutes but the ref gets bumped by Owen. Maivia grabs Owen and hits him with the Rock Bottom. Maivia nails The Rock Bottom, Maivia can still win the match here. But wait a minute here comes Bret Hart with the crutches and Hart hits Maivia with his crutch. And Bulldog begins to wake the referee up and Owen gets to his feet and nails the sharpshooter on Maivia, Owen says that this is for Bret. Maivia tries to fight out of it but instead he taps out and we have a new Intercontinental Champion. Owen Hart has finally won a singles title here in the WWF. He is a Double Champion just like his brother-in-law The British Bulldog. Winner and New WWF Intercontinental Champion: Owen Hart After the Match. Owen runs around celebrating like he just won the WWF Championship, Owen grabs the Intercontinental Title and raises it up in celebration, just as The Hart Foundation begin to celebrate and put Owen up on their shoulders. Shawn Michaels's music hits as he appears through the entryway. Shawn sarcastically tells Owen and the Hart Foundation first off congratulations, that Intercontinental Championship is now in good hands of the Hart Foundation although he wouldn't say this because they cheated, but let's get down to business, Bret Hart issued a challenge to him at Judgment Day for the 1997 King of The Ring Qualifying Match, Well you know what, It got Shawn to thinking, Bret won the 1994 King of The Ring, but Shawn never won the King of The Ring although he was the runner-up in 1995. Although Shawn would like to be in the 1997 King of The Ring and another WWF Championship run would be good around his waist, so doctors have told Shawn that he's medically cleared to wrestle, and if Bret's medically cleared to wrestle, then at Judgment Day, they have the rematch once and for all, because the last time the two stepped one on one in the ring. Shawn kicked Bret's ass at WrestleMania 12 and took the title with him. But it's going to be another embarassment for Bret "The Hitman" Hart. Shawn leaves the ring, and it looks like the match has been set for Judgment Day, one of these two will have a spot in the 1997 King of The Ring, will it be Bret or Shawn Michaels? (break) Match 4: Ahmed Johnson vs Hunter Hearst Helmsley w/Chyna What a battle this is going to be as we have two former Intercontinental Champions square it off here, Ahmed starts the match off by rocking Helmsley with right hands but Helmsley somehow battles back and Ahmed does not want to have it as he tosses Helmsley right over the top rope to the floor. Ahmed grabs Helmsley and sends him square into the steel steps. Chyna then sees Ahmed and Ahmed starts to stare her down and that gives Helmsley an advantage to fight back and toss Ahmed back in the ring. Helmsley continues to wear down Ahmed but Ahmed somehow battles back and is almost set to win the match until he hears The Nation's music play in the arena and here they come. They stare down Ahmed and that distraction is long enough for Helmsley to hit the pedigree on Ahmed to get the victory. What a huge win for Hunter Hearst Helmsley with the help of the Nation. Winner: Hunter Hearst Helmsley Just as Helmsley begins to celebrate. Faarooq picks up the microphone and tells Ahmed that at Judgment Day, he needs to get used to that because when Ahmed loses and joins The Nation, they're going to help Ahmed get back to where he once was and Ahmed will have to answer to Faarooq when Faarooq beats his ass at Judgment Day and makes him the bitch that he is like his father did when he beat him as a child. Ahmed begins to get angry with such disdain as RAW takes a commercial break. But wait, The Undertaker is surrounded in a dark room with the WWF Title over his shoulder. Taker says for far too long Mankind and him have had wars in the past and yes, it's been a prison riot, for what he did to Paul Bearer at Backlash was a small sample of what he can do to Mankind, if Mankind thinks he can take the holy grail away from him, he has another thing coming. He is going to destroy Mankind and make sure that the championship stays where it belongs, and then at Judgment Day, Sycho Sid is going to have his Judgment Day, yes, Taker admits, Sid is truly the master and the ruler of the world. But the master and the ruler will come crumbling down at Judgment Day when Sid goes tumbling down. Mankind, Sycho Sid, and everyone who wants to take the WWF Championship away from him will rest in peace. (break) Match 5: The Legion of Doom vs Doug Furnas and Phillip Lafon Should be a one of a kind tag team matchup as The Legion of Doom takes on Furnas and Lafon, it's a pretty good tag team match with Furnas and Lafon gaining momentum against the legendary tag team of The Legion of Doom, but LOD are somehow able to fight back and get the win by hitting the Doomsday Device. The Legion of Doom are looking to get the Tag Team Titles back, but right after the victory. JR announces that The Legion of Doom and Ken Shamrock will take on Owen Hart, British Bulldog and Jim Neidhart in a six-man tag team match at Judgment Day. Winners: The Legion of Doom (break)
Match 6: WWF Championship Match The Undertaker vs Mankind This could be the second time on RAW that the WWF Championship changed hands, the last time RAW had a WWF Title Change was in September of 1993 when Yokozuna defeated Lex Luger. Taker doesn't have his entrance jacket as he marches down the ring and throws the title down and here we go. Taker and Mankind are exchanging blows and remember this is anything goes, and the last time the two did anything legal was at Saturday Night's Main Event was when we saw Thumbtacks, Skewers, Barbedwire and others, will we see that tonight?. Taker gets the momentum by hitting Mankind with a clothesline and hitting the signature ropewalk on him. Mankind takes a little breather but just as Undertaker tries to grab him by the hair. Mankind surprises him with a kendo stick shot he got out from under the ring. Mankind uses the stick on The Undertaker several times to the back and Mankind grabs more weapons including a trashcan and a steel chair. Mankind hits Undertaker with a stop sign and goes for the cover but Undertaker kicks out at 2. Mankind gains the advantage in this match and tries to whack Undertaker with a chair shot but Undertaker surprises him with a kendo stick shot to the face. Taker grabs Mankind and hits a Russian leg sweep while using the Kendo Stick. Taker runs off the ropes and attempts an elbow drop but Mankind rolls out of the way and Undertaker gets to his feet only for Mankind to send Undertaker and himself over the top rope with a clothesline. But Undertaker lands on his feet and he grabs Mankind by the throat and throws him straight into the barrier. Mankind gets up only to be kicked into the crowd. Undertaker follows Mankind and both men are fighting right infront of the WWF fans. Mankind gets the advantage though and attempts to piledrive Undertaker through the fans but Undertaker counters it into a back body drop. Taker then hits Mankind with a few right hands and attempts a charge but Mankind hits him with a drop toe hold sending Undertaker's face into the guardrail. Mankind then puts Undertaker's head into the anvilcase and both of these men are in the warzone here tonight. Anything is definitely going in this matchup. The referee is just letting them go, The commentators are informed that Ventura made this match a Falls Count Anywhere that means Taker and Mankind can make a pinfall anywhere in this building. Undertaker fights back and attempts a suplex on a table but Mankind fights out of it and hits a snap suplex. Mankind goes for the cover but Undertaker kicks out at 2. Mankind and Taker are just putting their bodies through hell tonight just like they have, Mankind and Taker fight back towards the ring with Undertaker shoving Mankind into the steel steps. Taker then picks up the steel steps and rams it in Mankind's head like a battering ram. Undertaker is showing no mercy here tonight. Taker goes for the cover but Mankind kicks out at 2 again. Taker then gets in the ring and goes for Mankind but Mankind uses a stungun to stun Undertaker. Mankind then grabs a fire extinguisher and sprays it in the face of Undertaker. But at least it wasn't a fireball. Mankind then hits Taker with the fire extingshiuer and that could be it. Mankind could become the new WWF Champion. Mankind goes for the cover but again Undertaker kicks out. Mankind and Taker continue to exchange blows with one another but it's Undertaker that gets the advantage by hitting him with his signature diving clothesline. Taker makes a comeback and nails Mankind with a few right hands and hits him with snake eyes followed by a big boot. Taker goes for the leg drop and he connects with it. Taker could be signaling for the end but Mankind surprises Taker by throwing a trashcan in his face. Mankind gets out of the ring and looks for something and he has the barbedwire board and also the 2X4 wrapped in Barbedwire, we all saw what happened at Saturday Night's Main Event last January. Mankind then places the Barbedwire Board but he gets the 2X4 and whacks Undertaker in the head with the barbedwire bat and that might finish off Undertaker here. Mankind goes for the cover again but Undertaker once again kicks out at 2. Mankind is in disbelief. Mankind tries to put Undertaker into the barbedwire board but Undertaker counters and rams Mankind's head into the barbedwire board. Taker then places Mankind on the barbedwire board and Taker attempts a running splash onto it but Mankind flapjacks him into the barbedwire board and that had to cut Undertaker there as he's busted open from it. Mankind and Taker have put theirselves to hell. But wait a minute here comes Sycho Sid, what is he doing here. Sid is probably scouting this matchup as everyone. Mankind then grabs Undertaker and hits him with the Double Arm DDT on a steel chair. And that's gotta be it for The Undertaker. Mankind then sets up for the mandible claw but Undertaker surprises him with a thunderous chokeslam. And here comes Sycho Sid. Sid gets in the ring and Undertaker spots him and throws right hands at Sid, remember this match is all legal. Taker grabs Sid by the throat and attempts a chokeslam but Sid has Undertaker by the throat as well and Sid breaks out of Undertaker's grasp and hits him with the chokeslam. Sid then sees Mankind up and look is Sid actually helping Mankind here?. Mankind sees what's happening and looks at Sid and Sid tells Mankind to pin him. Mankind tells Sid not like this, he wants to finish Undertaker off. Sid then slaps Mankind in the face telling him to do it and that makes Mankind angry and look at Mankind, Mankind is hammering away at Sid and Mankind knocks Sid over the top rope to the floor but Undertaker sits up and Mankind tries for the mandible claw again but Undertaker counters it and goes for the tombstone but Mankind escapes the tombstone and hits Undertaker with a piledriver. Mankind and Undertaker are both down and who is going to go down in this match. Mankind picks up the steel steps as he gets to his feet and tries to hit a piledriver on the steps but Undertaker counters it and backdrops Mankind on the steps. Taker then waits for Mankind to get up and scoops him up for the Tombstone Piledriver in which it connects. Taker covers Mankind and gets the 3 count to retain the WWF Championship, What a physical match. Winner and still WWF Champion: The Undertaker
Sid gets back in the ring and tries to take advantage of a weakened Undertaker but Undertaker fights back and both men brawl on the aisleway but wait a minute here comes Vader, Vader gets in the ring while Sid and Undertaker are fighting backstage. Vader then looks at Mankind and begins to help him up but Vader grabs him by the hair and hits him with a headbutt, what?. Vader just took out his own buddy. Vader begins to attack Mankind furiously, what has gotten into Vader?. Vader has snapped on Mankind, Vader grabs the steel steps and hits Mankind in the skull with them. Vader screams at Mankind saying they were never friends. Vader then rips off the protective padding when he gets out of the ring. Vader grabs Mankind and powerbombs him straight through the protective padding, Vader stares down Mankind and spits at him, why did Vader turn on Mankind like that, the fans begin to grow a little sympathy towards Mankind, but why did Vader do that?. Vader grabs Mankind again and powerbombs him to the protective padding again, Vader is proud and pleased of his work. Vader then walks away while EMT's and officials check on Mankind as RAW goes off the air.
