So, we were bored stiff at work the other day and one of my co-workers introduced us to a lovely game that I'd never heard of called "Six clicks to Hitler." The theory is that if you're on Wikipedia, you are never more than six clicks from their Hitler article. The game works like this:
Go to Wikipedia and click the link to a random article. Whatever that article is you can only click on links embedded in the article to other Wikipedia pages. If it says Hitler, but doesn't link to him, it doesn't count. You must get from whatever this random page is to Hitler in six clicks or less.
For instance, I clicked Random and got a page on the Nebraska Highway system. Then I went Lincoln county >> North Platte (county seat) >> United States >> WWII. Of course you can get to Hitler from WWII so it took me 4 clicks to link the Nebraska Highway System to Hitler. Anyone else play this game?

So, basically, everything leads to WWII, which sort of makes sense. WWII obviously links to Hitler. How many more clicks is it to get to Kevin Bacon?

Don't count the starting point or the end point. Only count how many in between.

This is probably going to be locked or sent to banter or evidence room due to the Hitler mention. Anyway I never played the game or heard of it before

I used to do this all the time at school but same as what Noir describes. I think we said no clicking on countries as it was too easy to get to things. Was a fun game when your bored.

Yeah this was fun in school during lessons of 'nothing'.
We choose the target page (had to be something not too obscure) and then both would click random, the first to get to the target wins.
If you get to a 'dead-end' page you get 2 'back page' options.
