When I was at my local Target yesterday they had one Basic Cena (Sig. Series) and two Flex Force two packs on the shelf and that was it. This Target typically stocks the WWE section about 3 times a year and after that stuff is gone (usually less than a week later), the shelves sit bare for months at a time.

I'm at Target right now, all that's on the shelves are Rumblers rampage and Power Slammers, plus empty space where something good should be.

My Target had two cases of B28 and no BPs.
They did a good job stocking non sale items: three cases of E20 and a case of E21.

I wish my Targets would stock some elite - they have one E20 Cody Rhodes on the shelf and that is it. I have yet to see a Jericho in stores.

Non of the storms around me have stocked for ever like sense feb. well in march we got a ton of sig series ew

I guess I've gotta change my answer to Yes now. I finally found some (but not all) of B28 at the one Target around me that seems to sometimes restock - the other 3 are currently proving worthless.
I hadn't bought any WWE fig in over a month, and it wasn't for a lack of hunting. It felt good to finally be able to add something to my collection, and the 8.99 price was nice - 9 bucks for Tensai and Sandow is a lot cheaper than 25 bucks at RSC!
