What paint is the absloute BEST to use on figures?
For example, I have an RA Scott Steiner that only has one wristband painted black for some reason. I'm wanting to pain the other one. That's not my only figure I'm wanting to paint, but that's the only example I can thing of right now though.
Also ... what can I use to make these things playable?
And I've I got internet exclusive Val Venis, is there any way to make him bald and still look good?

val: use a medium grit sandpaper, and sand off hair, then use fine grit to smoothen. after this, apply a coat of acrylic sealer to get origional colour.
painting: use acrylic paint only, then seal with acrylic sealer to make playable, and for it to look better. use a nice small, soft brush, and take your time.
karma is appreciated.
