I just created the first episode for my pic fed and created a forum to upload the pictures to, I put the photos on flickr, and whenever I go to post them, the pictures don't come up just a little icon (if you open it in a new tab they do come up but people aren't going to open 112 new tabs just to see everything. Any help would be appreciated, sorry if this is a noob question.

When you have the full size picture, get the direct link. It should end in a filetype. Put that link inbetween the img tags as followed without spaces:
[ img] linkhere.jpg [ /img]
You can find direct links by right clicking --> properties/view image info or whatever depending on the OS --> Location/link.
