I actually listened to Steve Austin's radio show podcast this morning where he interviews Michaels. Shawn admits being upset (at the time) about the shirt being put over him, and of course acknowledging both his health problems and attitude at the time of WMXIV. Doesn't mention the Undertaker fist-taping incident, but that's not surprising at all.

I actually listened to Steve Austin's radio show podcast this morning where he interviews Michaels. Shawn admits being upset (at the time) about the shirt being put over him, and of course acknowledging both his health problems and attitude at the time of WMXIV. Doesn't mention the Undertaker fist-taping incident, but that's not surprising at all. Yeah he felt that the shirt thing was a bit disrespectful after he did the deed so to speak. I find it hilarious that he would be so offended over such a small thing after all he's pulled. |

It's pretty ridiculous to be offended at that, but be ok with what he pulled on Bret, Owen (and other guys) over the 5 or so years leading up to that. |

Austins podcasts are great aren't they? They really are. I only today listened to them for the first time after seeing Lance Storm mention being a guest on his Facebook page. Really interesting listens, I'll definitely be checking them out as they are released. |

During the one with Michaels, they went into how frustrating everything was around the time of WMXIV and didn't seem to pull any punches about Shawn's attitude. I haven't listened to the JR ones yet, but I will. I also listened to the one about how he nearly died in the shower, and all the renovations he intended to do to make his shower more manly...hilarious stuff. |

There was some altercation between Ken Shamrock & The Nasty Boys IIRC. Sags and Shamrock had a tussle in a bar.....Shamrock went up to their room to apologise and pieces of crap that they were....invited him in & glassed him with an ashtray.I believe he still hammered the f*ck outta one of them. years later in late 97 when WCW & WWF were both in the same airport they were mouthing off at him again....only for Shamrock to corner Knobbs and and make him squirm in front of everybody.apparently the Nastys didn't have anbody in WCW to stick up for them The Nastys were true pieces of crap.Hawk & Animal had mega fun knocking 7 shades out of them in front of MSG at SSlam 91. your account of the hotel brawl is very innacurate. shamrock had an issue with knobbs at the bar. went to the hotel and when he got to their room and went inside,NOT to apologize....he went to fight. knobbs was actually passed out. him and sags got into it and sags hit him in the head with a phone and beat the crap out of him. it was just a one on one thing. and shamrock got trashed. apparently the phone shot was from behind though. |
