I have to admit that watching the Spurs dismantle the Heat like this has been extremely enjoyable. I'm glad I stayed up until half 3ish to see it. I've been watching Basketball for less than a year and I already hate the Heat... is that bad? Perfectly normal Damn that game was an ass whooping. I honestly didn't think the spurs were that good.

I love all the sports talk shows the day after games though... *Lebron has a triple double, scores 75 points, Heat win* -Move over Jordan, LeBron is the greatest of all time!! *Lebron cramps up, scores 14 points, Heat lose* -Its not fair to compare Lebron to Jordan, its a different era. Lebanon James! Ill take Jordan, Magic, Kobe & Bird all day long.

I think 'The Decision' is a big part of the reason I dislike The Heat - it has to be one of the most self-aggrandizing arrogant things I've ever seen in sport. Jordan was marketed to the public to perfection and LeBron just comes across awfully in comparison.
My low-knowledge prediction is Spurs in 6. Heat put everything into game 5 and win but are drained by game 6.

Right now the Heat hasn't been doing well defensively, the pass around Spurs offense is breaking them apart. But after this loss they should already have figured out San Antonio's offense, and without the passing game they can't do relatively anything against the Heat. The Heat are going to adapt and tear them apart in the coming games. It's literally a flashback from last year.

I really want to know how many people will still be fans of the Heat once (or if) LeBron leaves. I actually feel bad for the actual team because their own home crowd was booing them. That's just pathetic right there. I mean yeah they got smacked but you never boo your own team. Some fanbase huh...boo your own team and leave the game early.

Well it's Miami and the Heat is part of the Miami attraction. So many people go to the games just to see the Heat stomp, many richer folk along with foreign people visiting. Miami does have it's hardcore fanbase though, but we aren't depicted well considering the location of the team.

The Spurs are to basketball what Bret Hart was to wrestling. "The excellence of execution." I'd say stick a fork in the Heat, they're done.

I love this Spurs team. I am so glad the Hawks hired Coach Bud from their organization as their influence can already be seen in how he is trying to run and build the team. The Spurs remind me of the old Jerry Sloan Malone/Stockton Jazz. Just an absolute joy to watch them execute the fundamentals of the game instead of just constantly running that iso crap.

Heat win in 7. Bet my god damn balls on it. Start pickin out dresses . I HATE the Cheat. THey whine, cheat, flop, get away with everything. It's amazing how poorly they play when they dont get help from the refs. Their whole persona is one of me myslef and I and a sense of entitlement. Total contrast form the Spurs who play as a team.

It might just be me but it feels like the Spurs fly under the radar when the word "dynasty" is discussed. Hopefully this will put the Spurs in the same category as the Bulls, Lakers & Celtics. They truly deserve it.
