but seriously, if you paid a low price for it, have ALL the accessories, NOT broken, and can't find it anywhere else, then who cares if there is a little bit of paint on the legs

I see it as if you pay your hard earned money in a tough time where buying figures isn't easy, then you should expect to get a good product that is not compromised. Surely if you opened a package from Wal Mart and got those paint blotches, you would want to have something worth your money without having to put in extra work to fix it.
