Yes, I really think he's good and I see him being a key player in the main event within a few years. I believe he'll be face though.

Anyone who hasn't seen a personality from Big E should really check his Twitter, the guy is hilarious. I know everyone sees a big muscular guy and thinks they should be a monster heel, but I seriously see him as a huge face. He kinda reminds me of The Rock, and if the guy can start to show some of his humour while still being a tough character, I think the fans will eat him up.

This whole "no charisma" thing is blowing my mind. He's shown lots of charisma on NXT. Playing the bodyguard role on Raw doesn't really allow for much in the way of character expression. But he's got talent. He gets around the ring better than any big man since Big Show imo.
I think he's got a very bright future if WWE is willing to invest the time and effort into him. Kinda reminds me of beast from X-Men. Huge and intimidating in stature but speaks very intelligible. Not every big man needs to be a "monster". There's different angles you can put on a character and still have him be a wrecking machine.

For a few years I reckon he'll be midcard, before making that step up. Hopefully if he ever turns face they'll use his Five gimmick, as that will go over massively.

I think he is just okay.
As for his career I could maybe see a world title run but I hope he is US/IC champ at best until I start to like him a lot more [if that even happens].

I swear this exact topic has come up 5 or 6 times in the past month.
My answer remains the same...no.
He comes across as uncomfortable or nervous on tv too. Its weird. He doesn't have the charisma or "it" factor to go much further. He's a novelty for now but it'll wear off. He will be lost in the shuffle by Survivor Series.

I've actually enjoyed all of Big E's matches with ADR? Anyone see the way he bumped those German's? Absolutely brutal!

I see him as a future WHC, though perhaps not any time soon.
The guy is a beast. He has charisma and reasonably good mic skills. Not to mention that he is crazy quick and agile of a guy his size. Considering the fact that he's only been a pro four years and the quality of match he is having with guys like Del Rio, I think that as long as he can stay healthy he has a bright future with the company.

Nope. He's boring, lacks personality and charisma, and has a horrible finisher. Personality out of the ring or inside? If you're talking outside, watch AJ's WM29 diary where a fan gave him a little pony or something. That was funny.

He's a great worker especially for his size. He's got a pretty unique moveset and a good amount of speed and agility. I'd like to see him be a WHC contender in a couple years but due to his physique, he seems like the type of guy who would get an extremely rushed push like Ryback. I say keep him in the midcard for the next 2 or so years and give him a big break summer of 2015-ish.

I didn't see much of his work in NXT, which people seem to praise a bit. He gets an "OK" from what I've seen of him so far, I'd really like to see AJ become more manager like with Big E, instead of them being on the verge of ripping eachothers eyeballs out, but AJ's got more things going for on the other side of things.
I feel though he needs to be booked as a monster, not Henry like, but when I see him getting his ass kicked by the likes of Del Rio in a non David Vs Golliath situation I just don't take him as seriously.

I chose "he's ok" because either he's going to have a bright future or nothing I wouldn't happy or sad which means I don't care that much but I would like to watch him shine for a while.
