My buddy from work found the Superstars Warrior & Undertaker figures on clearance already for $10 each at the store in Fond du Lac. Still no sign of the rest of series 2 or 3 but you guys might want to check the clearance sections if you see them show up at your store on Brickseek.
I've seen tons of Legends 15 (only a handful of Lugers however) & UE Batistas, Hogans & Mr. Ts at pretty much every Target in the Appleton, Oshkosh, Green Bay, Stevens Point areas. Finally found the Ruthless Aggression figures at Walmart in Wausau when I was up there over the weekend. They also had the Top Picks Hardy on clearance for $5 and Goldberg for $10. Brickseek says the Ruthless Aggression figs have been in stock at pretty much every Walmart in the area for weeks now however none have been shelved to my knowledge as of yet. Also found Elite 93 at both Walmart in Appleton last week and a lone Elite 93 Raquel at Target in Oshkosh yesterday, so for those looking for Elite 93 they are starting to hit both stores.

legends 15 , hulk hogan and mr t ultimates out at the Lake Geneva Target. they only had Luminaries Jericho and Cody from unmatched 4; i bought the jericho. rest of the aew and wwe figures were a mish mash of recent waves. nothing exciting beyond that.
also stopped off at the lake geneva wal mart and they didnt have anything worth talking about on the pegs at all. i saw a Trent figure that looked new but i wasnt interested in. last weekend i picked up the ruthless aggression wave there, but there was relatively nothing new in wwe this week.

Walmart in Stevens Point has the exclusive CM Punk in stock online, but none on the shelves; was able to order for pickup and grabbed my son and self one

Nothing too exciting but Target in Oshkosh had 2 chase elite 93 Steamboats today when I was there if anyone in the area is looking for one. Walmart in Oshkosh also had the new top pick elite Cena and Drew as well as one AEW Hangman exclusive.

I picked up 4 aew exclusive punks in onalaska 2 days ago, and 4 more in rochester yesterday.
I was not planning on buying 4 more but i did not snag much else over there so why not.

Stumbled upon the new Survivor Series elites at the mall Target in Appleton today. They had 2 Becky's and 1 Drew. Was going to snag Drew but the box was a little beat up so I'll wait until I stumble upon them again someday. Had one of the employees scan Drew to see if they had more in back but they only had the 3. Was hoping to grab Warrior since he's going to be the tough one of the set to find seeing as how he had both the Rude heads, plus it's Warrior. But nice to see these are hitting already anyway.
The Ultimate Batista's were also marked down to $15 now but they didn't have any. The Ultimate Hogan was down to $23ish and they still had a good 6-8 of him.

Not much new around the Fox Cities lately but I did find the Target Jimmy Hart BAF wave at both the Oshkosh and Appleton mall stores in the past few days. Besides Big E this series was extremely difficult for me to find, so I'm glad to have the opportunity to find them again so I could complete my set.
According to popfindr all Targets in the area have the new Legends & Ultimates but I haven't seen any on the shelves yet.
*****UPDATE 10/3*****
Just grabbed the new Ultimate Jeff at Target on the east side of Appleton. I got the last one. They also had 2 Legends 16 Reys and I think 4 Bradshaws on the pegs. No sign of Faarooq or Molly. Target at the mall in Appleton didn't have anything new out yet, but did overhear one of the employees telling the manager/supervisor she planned on starting on toys tomorrow.
I also found 4 fresh cases of Elite 95 at Walmart on the west side of Appleton. They were still on the cart to be shelved but I had one of the workers open a case for me. The case she opened had the chase Eddie so I opened another and grabbed the regular version as well. Left everything else.

Target on the east side of Appleton had Legends 15 on clearance for $10.49 when I was there earlier today. They had 3-4 X-Pacs & Stacys and plenty of Kanes. Only 1 Luger though from what I recall. They also had all of Legends 16 except Molly, UE Reigns, Hardy & T and 1 lone UE Savage. Walmart's around the valley are pretty bare except Walmart on the west side of Appleton & Neenah both had a couple Elite 95 Cena's left the other day. Big Lots in Appleton had Basic 132 I think it was...everyone but Riddle on Tuesday. Tamina was the blue version, not sure if that's the norm or the chase.

The Mr. T Ultimate figure is now on clearance at Target. Both Green Bay stores had them 50% off yesterday and both stores had a good 6-8 on the shelves. Wasn't sure if I was going to get one for the loose collection but for $17 I figured why not. I also came across the Superstars series 3 figs at the west side Walmart by the mall in Appleton today. They had 2 of each Mankind, DiBiase & Shango. I grabbed 1 of each.

Snagged a series 8 Orange Cassidy from GameStop for ten bucks in their clearance area at one of the Madison locations. Might be worth a look for others at their local gamestops.

Just found the entire set of the new Survivor Series BAF wave at Target at the mall in Appleton. They had 3 Styles, 3 Beckys, 2 Drew & 2 Warriors. Grabbled a set for myself but the still a set and a few extras available. The extra AJ's are on the pegs while the rest will be in the elite display endcap a few aisles down.
Walmart on the west side of Appleton had 4-6 of each of the Superstars Warrior & Undertaker and some leftovers from Elite 95 including a chase Eddie when I was there yesterday. They also had 3-4 of the AEW Punks if you're on the lookout for him.

Snagged a series 5 Unmatched Danielson and Red Velvet as well as Series 4 Punk and MJF from Target for 40% off at West Madison earlier this week.

Target at the mall in Appleton had the new reset done but only had 4 Ultimate 15 Brock, which I grabbed one of, and 4 of the Raw 3 pack shelved as of this morning. Talked to one of the girls working the reset cause I was looking for the Ultimate 15 Warrior. She scanned the tag and said they got them yesterday, so she went to the back to check but couldn't find them. But she said everything should be out by the end of the week. So I'll stop after work tomorrow to check again. I have the Raw pack coming from Target.com Friday so I didn't bother with that.
Target on the east side of Appleton hasn't done anything yet with the reset. Still tons of Legends 16 and Ultimate Jeff's at full price, except for Faarooq who's on clearance for $10 or so.
Walmart's in the Fox Valley haven't restocked in what seems like months. Tons of Superstars Warriors, Undertakers, Brays & Flairs. Every once in a while I'll come across Superstars 3. Also lots of the top talent elites. Haven't seen any new main line elites since Elite 95 hit in November.
