Why does wrestling always get the bad rap? Its not like UFC doesn't punch and kick which is what this kid was doing from what i read. Its clear this kid had problems especially b/c he was smiling while doing it.

His name is Devalon. Anyone with a name that stupid is going to do stupid things. Because, y'know, he totally chose that name himself. On-topic, obviously they weren't told the wrestlers aren't hitting eachother for real. A 13-year old should know by that age that these things are dangerous, especially to a 5-year old.

just the fact the kid was 13 and had a smile on his face sickens me. another HUGE gripe, is everytime something like this takes place, WWE is singled out. no matter how many times they play a don't try this at home vignete, WWE will be under fire for such occurances. hell, my step son is 11, my step daughter is 9, and my biological daughter is 3, and they know not to try wrestling, and they've been raised on watching it. same thing goes for no toy guns, or making gun jestures with their hands. it all boils down to how these kids are raised IMHO.

It's always the wrestling company's fault.
It's not like the kid has parents that could tell him not to do it or watch it or anything...

This isn't the first or last time something like this will happen but in every case it is not the WWE's fault and blame should go elsewhere, they have made "Please don't try this at home" a famous saying.

I was expecting Lightning Logan jokes, what's wrong with you guys?
The media will find anything to make wrestling appear horrible. This kid is 13 years old, I think it would be his own fault that he killed his sister. What about his parent's? Shouldn't they have told them not to try that, or that it wasn't real fighting?

The WWE stated, "The death of Viloude Louis is a tragedy, and our condolences go out to her family.
WWE urges restraint in reporting this unfortunate incident as if it were the result of a WWE wrestling move. As in similar cases, criminal intent to harm and a lack of parental supervision have been the factors resulting in a tragic death.
Authorities have already charged the accused with second degree murder and determined that this was not an accidental death due to a wrestling move."

So a simple name thats been used a million times makes you smart?? or maybe a simple person...... I have never heard the name Devalon. Ever. Sorry if I'm not as worldly as you. And this piece of crap kills his sister and you're upset I'm making fun of his name? You might have your priorities wrong.

What stable 13 year old can be so stupid and intellectually- disabled at the same time unless he's mentally ill? 13 year old's nearly have the same mindset and knowledge as adults. The kid is finishing school in under three years time and yet he pulls off something so stupid and to make it worse it was on a 5 year old girl and he was smiling while doing so... Obviously hes mentally ill so WWE is not to blame and even if he wasn't mentally ill its still not WWE's fault because a 13 year (Even anyone who is over the age of 5-7) should know what their doing.
Seriously, What 13 year old still has time to be doing wrestling moves on his little sister? at least with an older brother/cousin but c'mon at their age the kid should be living life, having fun etc not acting some a foolish child. The parents are going to have a rough time.
