Alright, so it's definitely been a while since I gave this diary a read. Looking through what I've missed, you're still consistently putting out great shows. TNA70 could potentially be your best event yet. Funny as I believe that I say that often. AJ Styles vs. CM Punk has been built up extremely well and the video package on the latest show was ace. I genuinely have no idea who will win, nor do I know who I would prefer to see go over. Styles is the face of the company and all, but Punk is the hottest thing going at the moment. It will be very interesting to see which direction you go in. I enjoy the ECW throwback feel that the Tag Team Championship match has going for it, but I have no interest in seeing Danny Doring and Roadkill as the title holders. I'll go out on a limb and say that Alpha Male Enterprise will retain the championships and drop them to the Top Contenders match winners, who I predict will be Zero Gravity. Gauntlet for the Gold is something else to look forward to. You're building Sting as the favorite in the match, as you should, though I'm unsure if he will come out victorious. I won't be able to give a legitimate prediction for that match until I know who the TNA Champion is after next week. Can't wait for TNA70.

TNA TOTAL NON-STOP ACTION WRESTLING…
Fireworks went off around the arena and shots of the crowd in attendance were shown as Mike Tenay’s voice welcomed everyone watching live on Pay per View to TNA70| Make or Break…
Video package aired hyping tonight’s card which will be ‘Make or Break’ for a number of competitors 6 teams (Bad Street Boys, Briscoe Brothers, GREATNESS, RATS, The Naturals and Zero Gravity) are all fighting for the right to be next in line for a shot at the TNA tag team championship. TNA tag team titles will be defended tonight when champions, Alpha Male Enterprise (Elix Skipper & Monty Brown) defend against the last ever ECW tag team champions, Danny Doring & Roadkill. Then in tonight’s Main Event the TNA championship will be on the line when TNA champion, AJ Styles defends against CM Punk who will get the happy ending to their respective story!
Mike Tenay, Don Callis & Jeremy Borash were shown standing at ringside and after again welcoming everyone to the show they began talking about tonight’s Main Event where the TNA championship will be on the line. AJ Styles defends against CM Punk. Don Callis predicts that tonight we would be crowning a new TNA champion Callis agrees with Punk that it is Punk’s destiny to go down in history as the greatest of all time. Borash genuinely believes it is too tight to call but one thing Borash believes is a guarantee is that AJ Styles and CM Punk tonight could have a classic.
Footage was shown from earlier today first of TNA champion, AJ Styles arriving at the arena followed a little while later by top contender, CM Punk.
GRAPHIC| TONIGHT’S MAIN EVENT| TNA CHAMPIONSHIP| © AJ STYLES V CM PUNK!! GRAPHIC| UP NEXT| TNA TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP| © ALPHA MALE ENTERPRISE (ELIX SKIPPER & MONTY BROWN) V DANNY DORING & ROADKILL… Alpha Male Enterprise (TNA tag team champions, Elix Skipper & Monty Brown and Antonio Banks & Ekmo Fatu) surrounded by AME Security were backstage with TNA Interviewer, Shawn Daivari ahead of tonight’s opening match for the TNA tag team championship all members of AME were wearing some sort of AME Worldwide merchandise. Brown spoke telling Shawn Daivari that people were upset when AME questioned what Danny Doring & Roadkill had done to justify being given a shot at the best tag team in the world for the most prestigious tag team titles of all time but AME 100% believe it was a fair question. Danny Doring & Roadkill once upon a time were tag team champions in a company which was on its last legs and have spent the last couple of years wrestling on even smaller shows for peanuts. Brown said in that time AME have been dominating TNA Total Non-Stop Action wrestling they have been the TNA tag team champions for 7 months with no end in sight. AME one step at a time is taking over the world and tonight they will prove it again with complete DOMINATION!!
Danny Doring & Roadkill were shown making their way from their locker room as the announcers questioned whether Doring & Roadkill could shock the world and become the new TNA tag team champions.
TIME LIMITS| TNA CHAMPIONSHIP MATCHES & MAIN EVENTS – 30 MINUTES| ALL OTHER MATCHES – 20 MINUTES UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED
MATCH 1| TNA TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP| © ALPHA MALE ENTERPRISE (ELIX SKIPPER & MONTY BROWN) V DANNY DORING & ROADKILL Alpha Male Enterprise (Elix Skipper & Monty Brown) made their way out with AME Security only for the match official to order AME Security away from the ring Brown & Skipper tried to protest but AME Security had to leave.
Good match Danny Doring & Roadkill more than proved that they did deserve a shot at the TNA tag team titles. TNA management wanted to test AME and Doring & Roadkill did just that and they almost got what they came for the TNA tag team titles after they dropped Skipper with their Buggy Bang only for Monty Brown to save his partner at the last second but in the end AME retained their TNA titles maintaining their 7 month reign as champions after Brown ran through Doring with his Pounce side tackle.
RESULT| ALPHA MALE ENTERPRISE (ELIX SKIPPER & MONTY BROWN) VIA PIN FALL TO RETAIN THE TNA TAG TEAM TITLES Elix Skipper & Monty Brown were handed their TNA title belts and they had their hands raised in victory as the announcers praised AME on retaining the TNA tag team titles tonight and said people may not like AME but there is no denying that they are the Alpha Males of the best tag team division in wrestling today. Up next we would determine the next top contenders to the TNA tag team titles.
Elix Skipper & Monty Brown were celebrating with their TNA tag team titles on the stage when Antonio Banks walked out behind them and then finally showing his full loyalty Banks raised the arms of both Elix Skipper & Monty Brown which brought huge smiles to their faces especially Monty Brown’s who plans on building the future of AME around Antonio Banks.
GRAPHIC| TONIGHT’S MAIN EVENT| TNA CHAMPIONSHIP| © AJ STYLES V CM PUNK!! Video package aired next combining the video’s and interviews last week from AJ Styles and CM Punk showing where they have both came from and how hard they have both worked to earn their position at the top of TNA Total Non-Stop Action wrestling. CM Punk truly believes that he is destined to go down in history as the greatest off all time and this is CM Punk’s story and everyone else is just apart of it while AJ Styles believes tonight is the culmination of the story of a boy who was beaten by his Father, came from nothing was saved by God and tonight AJ Styles believes after he has successfully defended his TNA title against CM Punk it will be the making of him.
TNA Interviewer, Scott Hudson was standing by backstage with the top contender to the TNA championship, CM Punk. Hudson asked Punk how he was feeling heading into the biggest match of his life tonight against AJ Styles for the TNA championship. Punk smiled and asked Hudson how often he has seen Punk smile, Hudson answered not often. Punk said tonight he can afford to smile because he is so full of confidence that he will be leaving here tonight as the new TNA champion. Punk mentioned how he watched AJ’s piece from last week and listened to AJ’s strong words and how AJ mentioned God – CM Punk does not believe in God and God can not help AJ now, God will not be in the ring helping AJ out nothing or no one can help AJ now it’s too late he’s signed the contract his fate is sealed tonight AJ Styles loses the TNA championship! Punk finished by telling AJ that he doesn’t believe in God but he does believe in destiny and CM Punk’s destiny in life is to go down in history as the greatest wrestler off all time and Punk reminded AJ that this is his world everyone else is just living in it!
Borash, Callis and Tenay at ringside reacted to CM Punk’s words, tonight’s Main Event can not get here quick enough. Following the next match we would hear a response from the TNA champion, AJ Styles but up next it was time to determine the top contenders to the TNA tag team titles still held by Alpha Male Enterprise (Elix Skipper & Monty Brown)…
Tag Team Turmoil Rules| 2 teams face off under standard tag team match rules and the winner advances to face the next team and the next team until all 6 teams have entered. Order of entry was determined by elimination from a recent Battle Royal. All individual tag team matches have a 15 minute time limit if the match goes to a time limit draw both teams will be eliminated the last team standing will go on to challenge for the TNA tag team titles at a date to be determined.
MATCH 2| TOP CONTENDERS MATCH| TAG TEAM TURMOIL| BAD STREET BOIYS (CHRISTIAN YORK & JOEY MATTHEWS) V BRISCOE BROTHERS (JAY & MARK BRISCOE) V GREATNESS (AUSTIN ARIES & RODERICK STRONG) V RATS (KID KASH & YANG) V THE NATURALS (ANDY DOUGLAS & CHASE STEVENS) V ZERO GRAVITY (MATT SYDAL & PAUL LONDON)
FALL 1| GREATNESS V THE NATURALS Really exciting start to the tag team turmoil match, both teams started fast trying to get the other out of there as quickly as possible knowing that they would have to wrestle 4 more matches if they want to become the next contenders to the TNA tag team titles. GREATNESS finally managed to put The Naturals away after Aries clocked Stevens with a running drop kick in the corner before taking Douglas out with tope as Strong finished Stevens off with his Gibson Driver.
RESULT| GREATNESS VIA PIN FALL
FALL 2| GREATNESS V RATS RATS were straight in the ring and all over Aries & Strong, trying to get an early advantage over their already disadvantaged opponents until the match official ordered Kash & YANG back to their corners. RATS may have had the advantage and they may have controlled the match but they failed to put away Aries & Strong and it came back to haunt them after Kash attempted a brain buster on Aries only for Aries to twist out it and nail Kash with a roaring elbow before spiking Kash with a Brain buster of his own for the victory as Strong just about managed to stop YANG from breaking up the pin fall. GREATNESS was exhausted after the bell.
RESULT| GREATNESS VIA PIN FALL
FALL 3| GREATNESS V BRISCOE BROTHERS Great fall with their backs against the wall GREATNESS came out fighting which caught Briscoe’s off guard both teams exchanging near falls. Strong almost did the unthinkable and lead GREATNESS to a third straight victory after catching Mark with his uranage into a backbreaker but Mark kicked out at the last second. Later Aries missed a 450 splash but somehow still managed to get a shoulder up at the last second. Aries also trapped Mark Briscoe in his Last Chancery submission but that too was broken up by Jay, eventually all hell broke loose but it ended with Aries spiking Mark with his Brain buster as the match official was getting Strong out of the ring which allowed Jay Briscoe time to catch Aries with his Jay-Driller before placing Mark on top of Aries for the 3 count finally eliminating GREATNESS. GREATNESS got a standing ovation as they were escorted from ringside afterwards.
RESULT| BRISCOE BROTHERS VIA PIN FALL
FALL 4| BRISCOE BROTHERS V ZERO GRAVITY Briscoe Brothers attacked Zero Gravity at ringside as they made their way out to the ring taking Sydal out by throwing him into the ring steps before rolling Paul London into the ring to start the match. Immediately the Briscoe’s wanted their Doomsday Device but London got behind Jay and pushed him into the ropes knocking Mark off the top rope before pinning Jay with a hurricane rona.
RESULT| ZERO GRAVITY VIA PIN FALL Jay Briscoe jumped Paul London straight after being pinned by him, taking London with a low blow before the Briscoe’s planted London with their Briscoe Bottom before going outside of the ring and doing the same to Matt Sydal but this time on the ringside floor. A number of match officials came out and ordered the Briscoe Brothers away from ringside.
FINAL FALL| ZERO GRAVITY V BAD STREET BOYS Bad Street Boys came out to boo’s from the crowd because they didn’t want to see Zero Gravity lose like this after being attacked by the Briscoe Brothers.
Christian York and Joey Matthews looked hesitant not wanting to be handed the match. Don Callis asked whether Bad Street Boys were going to take the easy way again and profit from all of Zero Gravity’s hard work like they did in the Battle Royal a few weeks back. BSB were confused as to what was happening. London and Sydal were checked over by match officials and paramedics even TNA managements onscreen representative Dusty Rhodes made his way to ringside to check on Zero Gravity who were determined despite their beating to carry on with the match and after thinking about it Dusty Rhodes agree and allowed the match to continue…
Zero Gravity were hurting and like sharks smelling water Bad Street Boys were all over London & Sydal and while it was not popular with the crowd there was a tag team title shot at stake for the winners. London and Sydal wouldn’t give up and kept catching Matthews & York at times. Sydal almost pinned York after his Double Knee Driver while London almost scored a pin fall on Matthews following a running Shooting Star press but in the end London and Sydal didn’t have enough left and Bad Street Boys earned another shot at the TNA tag team titles after pinning Paul London following their Hangman DDT.
RESULT| BAD STREET BOYS (CHRISTIAN YORK & JOEY MATTHEWS) VIA PIN FALL TO BECOME THE TOP CONTENDERS TO THE TNA TAG TEAM TITLES Following the bell some fans were still booing Bad Street Boys as they had their hands raised by the match official. There was not too much celebrating from Matthews & York they seemed more focused on checking on the condition of Matt Sydal and Paul London who were hurt following the attack by the Briscoe Brothers.
Just like in the Battle Royal to determine the entry order in tonight’s match Bad Street Boys have profited from the hard work of Zero Gravity but this time the reward was much sweeter for Christian York & Joey Matthews because they will have another chance to face Alpha Male Enterprise (Elix Skipper & Monty Brown) for the TNA tag team championship. Bad Street Boys watched and listened to the fans as Zero Gravity were helped from ringside by officials.
GRAPHIC| NEXT WEEK| TNA71| GAUNTLET FOR THE GOLD| MAIN EVENT| TOP CONTENDERS MATCH| GAUNTLET FOR THE GOLD MATCH!! Video package aired hyping the Gauntlet for the Gold match set for TNA71 where the winner of the match will challenge for the TNA championship on the first Pay per View of 2004. Video went over the rules of the match before showing highlights from the first Gauntlet last year which Christopher Daniels won to become the first ever TNA champion, included was Abyss eliminating 7 men, Jerry Lynn’s impressive 40 minute stint in the match and then the controversy between AJ Styles and Christopher Daniels which led to AJ’s elimination Low Ki’s injury and Christopher Daniels making history and becoming the first TNA champion. Video finished by looking towards the second Gauntlet for the Gold match and taking a look at some of the favourites to win the match including… Christopher Daniels, James Storm, Abyss, Chris Sabin, Frankie Kazarian, Doug Williams, Jerry Lynn, Chris Harris and Sting!
Announcers were shown at ringside and Mike Tenay had some breaking news a huge tag team match has been signed for next week as a result of what’s happened tonight as a graphic appeared on the screen…
GRAPHIC| NEXT WEEK| TNA71| GAUNTLET FOR THE GOLD| BAD STREET BOYS (CHRISTIAN YORK & JOEY MATTHEWS) V DANNY DORING & ROADKILL!! GRAPHIC| UP NEXT| TONIGHT’S MAIN EVENT| TNA CHAMPIONSHIP| © AJ STYLES V CM PUNK… TNA champion, AJ Styles was standing by backstage with TNA Interviewer, Shawn Daivari moments before tonight’s gigantic Main Event for the TNA championship. Daivari asked AJ for any last minute comments. AJ told Daivari he and CM Punk have said a lot over the last few weeks and even tonight Punk has continued to run his mouth bringing up AJ’s faith. AJ said Punk thinks this is his story while AJ has even mentioned that it was about him but the reality is its all about the TNA championship. AJ continued by saying that when its all said and done people will be talking about the TNA title long after AJ Styles or CM Punk is done but what AJ wants when they talk about his reign is for them to talk about 5th November 2003 as the night AJ Styles proved to the world he would eventually go down in history as one of the greatest TNA champions of all time…
CM Punk was shown making his way from his locker room ahead of tonight’s Main Event for the TNA championship, Don Callis again repeated that we were looking at the next TNA champion…
MATCH 3| MAIN EVENT| TNA CHAMPIONSHIP| © AJ STYLES V CM PUNK Reminder the loser of tonight’s match would be entered into next weeks Gauntlet for the Gold match.
Big fight atmosphere in the arena and after the Main Event ring introductions took place AJ Styles and CM Punk met in the middle of the ring and stood face to face. Neither man backing down not taking their eyes of one another as they were told to get back into their corners CM Punk motioned for the TNA championship.
Best match of the year and arguably the greatest match in TNA history when it comes to drama. Fans were 100% invested in the match and split down the middle some fans wanted AJ to retain the title while others more surprisingly wanted to see a new TNA champion crowned. Match ended up going 27 minutes of the 30 allocated.
AJ hit a Styles Clash about 15 minutes into the match and fans thought it was over then but CM Punk unbelievably kicked out. Punk later power bombed AJ into the turnbuckle followed that up with a running high knee before planting AJ with a bulldog the 3 high impact moves in a row was not enough to keep AJ down. Punk later came close after catching AJ with a Shining wizard but again AJ kicked out. AJ knocked Punk out with his Pele kick but instead of going for the cover went up top but AJ missed his Spiral tap after Punk rolled out of the way. Punk just seemed one step ahead of AJ the longer the match went on.
Punk levelled AJ with his Pepsi twist clothesline outside of the ring before placing AJ on the ring apron. Punk joined AJ on the ring apron looking for the Even flow DDT on the hardest part of the ring but at the last second AJ surprised Punk with a jumping kick around the back of the head, Punk was out on his feet resting against the top rope AJ then yanked Punk backwards by the head sending Punk crashing hard on the ringside floor. CM Punk could be seriously hurt. AJ was to hurt and tired to get back into the ring and while he could have taken the count out victory AJ went out after Punk but AJ could not pick up the dead weight of CM Punk. AJ climbed back up on to the ring apron slowly but as AJ was back to his feet so was Punk and Punk swept AJ’s legs from underneath him causing AJ to land hard, back of the head first on the hardest part of the ring. AJ looked out cold before CM Punk rolled AJ Styles back into the ring.
CM Punk dropped at ringside before slowly rolling in after AJ who was now in the corner struggling back to his feet, Punk mounted AJ in the corner and nailed AJ with a couple of right hands before AJ shocked everyone by carrying Punk out of the corner on his shoulders before power bombing Punk in the middle of the ring but instead of going for the cover AJ kept hold of Punk’s legs and lifted CM Punk into position for a second Styles Clash and AJ hit it and this time it was enough to give AJ Styles the victory over CM Punk.
RESULT| AJ STYLES VIA PIN FALL TO RETAIN THE TNA CHAMPIONSHIP Fans were on their feet as AJ Styles and CM Punk both were on their backs beaten and exhausted from a match that will live on for ever. Mike Tenay congratulated AJ Styles on his victory and on retaining the TNA championship but also praised the efforts of both men who put everything on the line tonight for the TNA championship.
Officials and paramedics were in the ring checking on both AJ Styles and CM Punk neither man was in the best shape; both were still on the mat. Mike Tenay reminded everyone that when AJ Styles first became the TNA champion, Tenay said AJ’s reign would either be the making or the breaking of him and it’s fair to say without question that it has been the making of AJ Styles.
AJ Styles was helped to his feet but AJ was not really with it the match official quickly raised AJ’s hand in victory but AJ was in no condition to celebrate and needed to be checked out for any serious injuries as did CM Punk who was still down in the ring being checked over. AJ Styles was handed his TNA title at ringside and AJ hugged his title as Mike Tenay wondered who would be the next challenger to AJ Styles TNA title, we will know by the end of next week because who ever wins the Gauntlet for the Gold match next week will challenge AJ Styles for the TNA championship on the first Pay per View of 2004.
AJ Styles was clutching his TNA title to his chest as he was escorted up the aisle by paramedics and officials as Mike Tenay said tonight the story of the poor boy from Gainesville, Georgia who was beaten by Father as a child has a happy ending tonight because AJ Styles stands tall as the TNA champion the greatest wrestler in the world today. TNA70| Make or Break then went off the air as AJ Styles kissed the TNA title belt.

Alright! The big show! No, not Paul Wight, TNA 70! Quite big matches here tonight. A good choice of opener to the show with The Alpha Male Express defeating Danny Doring and Roadkill to retain the TNA Tag Team Championships. Best choice, in my mind, as I don't view Doring and Roadkill as championship worthy out of ECW. A good CM Punk interview and some nice shots thrown in there. Up next, a huge tag team turmoil and a lot of good showcasing for all the teams involved in the match and I like that the Bad Street Boys walked out the winners. This is a team that I can get behind possibly beating The Alpha Male Express. Finally, a fantastic main event in a grueling match between CM Punk and AJ Styles and at this stage of building CM Punk it is grand to see him getting this opportunity. I am fine with Styles remaining the champion, however, as I see Punk being able to continue to be big without the belt for now. Although I could see him win the Gauntlet for the Gold. Anyway, a great main event with both men beaten down and a very good TNA 70 event.

wow what a great TNA70 let me tell you. Obviously 2 great matches, but the main event was definitely an awesome one with Styles vs Punk for the championship. That was kind of an awesome contest. Punk and Styles definitely showed that they deserve their place in NWA-TNA. Styles and Punk definitely deserve a big hand in this match.
Note: WWF 1993-1995 is up, RAW from February 6. 1995.

Bad Street Boys (Christian York & Joey Matthews) the top contenders to the TNA tag team titles were backstage with TNA Interviewer, Scott Hudson ahead of their match against former ECW tag team champions, Danny Doring & Roadkill who took the TNA tag team champions, Alpha Male Enterprise (Elix Skipper & Monty Brown) to the limit last week. Hudson brought up the fact that over the last few weeks Matthews & York have benefited from Zero Gravity’s bad fortune and some have even questioned whether Bad Street Boys deserve a shot at the TNA titles after already failing to beat AME and losing to The Naturals a few weeks ago. Joey Matthews said he and Christian York have heard the critics and are out to prove that they deserve another shot at the TNA tag team titles by beating the last ever ECW tag team champions. BSB were about to walk of when Hudson told Matthews & York they could prove they deserve another shot at the TNA tag team titles by beating Zero Gravity which stopped BSB in their tracks until Christian York said they had a match to get ready for…
MATCH 1| BAD STREET BOYS (CHRISTIAN YORK & JOEY MATTHEWS) V DANNY DORING & ROADKILL Good match with both teams having a point to prove, Danny Doring & Roadkill would like nothing more than to earn another shot at the TNA tag team titles while Bad Street Boys dream of becoming the TNA tag team champions but before challenging for the TNA tag team titles Matthews & York are out to prove that they and not Zero Gravity (Matt Sydal & Paul London) deserve the opportunity.
Christian York went up top only to get cut off by Roadkill as Joey Matthews sup flexed Danny Doring outside of the ring from the ring apron as Roadkill was setting York up for a fallaway slam from the turnbuckle only for Matthews to save York at the last second. Matthews slammed Roadkill from the middle rope as York pushed Roadkill backwards. Roadkill hit hard then York came off the top rope catching Roadkill with an elbow drop. Matthews knocked Doring back of the ring apron as York covered Roadkill for the victory. RESULT| BAD STREET BOYS (CHRISTIAN YORK & JOEY MATTHEWS) VIA PIN FALL
Bad Street Boys were ecstatic, Christian York & Joey Matthews were over the moon with their victory. An impressive victory over the former ECW tag team champions, Don Callis said tonight Bad Street Boys proved tonight that they didn’t need to benefit from Zero Gravity’s hard work like they did in the Battle Royal a few weeks ago and the Tag team turmoil match last week. Mike Tenay argued that no one is denying the talents of Bad Street Boys just whether they deserve to be the top contenders to the TNA tag team titles or not with their recent losses to AME and The Naturals plus until tonight the controversy over their victories. Borash claimed one way for Bad Street Boys could prove they deserve the next TNA tag team title shot is by facing and beating Matt Sydal & Paul London – Zero Gravity!
GRAPHIC| UP NEXT| GAUNTLET FOR THE GOLD MATCH… Video package aired looking at the Gauntlet for the Gold match where the winner will go on and challenge for the TNA championship at TNA77 on the first Pay per View of 2004 looking at some of the favourites to win the match including Christopher Daniels, Jerry Lynn, Chris Harris, Frankie Kazarian, Doug Williams, James Storm, Chris Harris, CM Punk, Abyss and Sting!

Christopher Daniels the man who became the first ever TNA champion after winning the first ever Gauntlet for the Gold match back at TNA10 said tonight history would repeat itself and he would once again make history and go on to become the TNA champion. Daniels reminded everyone that before the first Gauntlet for the Gold match everyone ignored his claims and Daniels advised people not to doubt him again because as everyone has learned Daniels is a man of his word, God’s gift to professional wrestling and that is gospel according to the ‘Fallen Angel’ Christopher Daniels…
Jim Mitchell spoke on behalf of his monster, Abyss. Mitchell declared Abyss the winner of the 2nd Gauntlet for the Gold match and vowed at TNA77, Abyss would beat AJ Styles again and become the new TNA champion. Mitchell turned to Abyss and said Abyss will not win the Gauntlet because he is big, tougher and more sadistic than everybody else but because everyone else in the Gauntlet match fears ‘The Monster’ Abyss!
‘Tennessee Cowboy’ James Storm whose left arm is still heavily taped up after being injured at the hands of ‘The Monster’ Abyss and reports are Storm is delaying surgery. Storm who looked focused said tonight words don’t mean to much it’s all about what happens in the middle of the ring and what will happen in the middle of the ring tonight is James Storm will give his all to win the Gauntlet for the Gold and will accept nothing less… No Excuses!
Chris Harris said the eyes of the world are on tonight’s match it is the most important match of his career. Tonight finally Chris Harris will win the big one and not Christopher Daniels or Abyss, Sting or anybody else. Harris said no one wants to become the TNA champion more than he does and Harris will not allow any man to stop him from achieving his dream of becoming the TNA champion.

Chris Harris the new top contender to the TNA Championship made his way out to the ring to address winning the 2003 Gauntlet for the Gold match last week. Harris was now looking like a champion according to Don Callis wearing a blazer with jeans. Harris wanted to start things of by addressing the controversy from the end of the Gauntlet for the Gold match last week where some people are debating whether Harris heard the ring bell before spearing Raven. Harris gave his word that he did not hear the ring bell before spearing Raven last week and Harris doesn’t want to have to defend his character again.
Moving on Harris said he has had a lot to get over the last year the passing of his friend Curt Hennig, failing twice to beat Christopher Daniels to become the TNA Champion and losing to Sting as well as having people question his character and whether he can win the big one. Harris said last week he proved he can win a big one and on the first Pay per View of 2004 – Chris Harris will win THE big one and become the new TNA Champion as Harris was claiming to be the most dedicated wrestler in the business he was interrupted by the music of the ‘Tennessee Cowboy’ James Storm!
Storm came out with his left arm in a sling. Storm stood in the ring opposite Harris who did not look happy to see Storm. It was mentioned by the announcers that Harris and Storm aren’t the biggest fans of one another but they were unsure as to why Storm was out here tonight. Storm congratulated Harris on winning the Gauntlet for the Gold match and apologised for interrupting Harris’ big moment but Storm needs to get something of his chest.
Storm said last week he was stupid entering the Gauntlet for the Gold match with an injury but by entering and lasting over 45 minutes and eliminating 5 men Storm sent a clear message to every man in the match and every man backstage that Storm is ready to become the TNA Champion! Storm told Harris that if AJ Styles was here tonight he would have told AJ the same thing to his face.
Storm said there is 3 things that gets him by in life, drinking, hunting and fighting. Storm said while he’s healing up over the next couple of weeks Storm is going to be doing a fair bit of drinking then when Storm’s ready to return he’s coming back hunting down whoever is the TNA Champion and then Storm is going to fight and beat whoever is the TNA Champion be it AJ Styles or Chris Harris. Storm and Harris were almost right in each others face as Storm warned Harris if Harris was finally champion when Storm get’s his shot “Sorry about your, damn luck!” Storm then rolled out of the ring as Chris Harris who is the new top contender to the TNA Championship looked livid at being not only interrupted but called out by James Storm. Don Callis accused James Storm of stealing Chris Harris’ moment. Storm backed up the ramp motioning for the TNA title as Chris Harris paced around the ring as TNA72 went off the air.

Mike Tenay welcomed everyone to TNA73 which would be headlined with ‘The Icon’ Sting’s last match of 2003 when he takes on Michael Shane. Also tonight Bad Street Boys (Christian York & Joey Matthews) look to continue to prove that they should be the top contenders to the TNA Tag Team titles when they take on The Naturals (Andy Douglas & Chase Stevens). Footage was shown from TNA72 last week where Chris Harris victory speech was interrupted by James Storm. Storm warned Harris and TNA Champion, AJ Styles that he was coming for the TNA Championship.
Harris again dressed in a blazer with jeans keeping to his changed look out of the ring had a microphone in hand. Harris admitted that what he was about to say may not be popular but as someone who prides himself on being professional, last week James Storm interrupting his moment was not professional. Harris understands where James Storm is coming from but Storm is not the only man who wants to be the TNA Champion everyone wants to be TNA Champion Raven, CM Punk, Christopher Daniels, Abyss, Doug Williams, Jerry Lynn and Sting and others all want to be the TNA Champion but only man can be the top contender to the TNA title and Chris Harris is the top contender. Harris said he deserves to be the top contender also and not just because he won the Gauntlet for the Gold match and not because he has the highest win rate of all active TNA wrestlers but because Harris is the most dedicated wrestler in the business today. Harris revealed that next week he would be in the Main Event against Frankie Kazarian but also next week Harris has learned that current TNA Champion, AJ Styles will return so Harris is inviting AJ to ringside next week to watch his match and next week Chris Harris will show everyone why not only is he the top contender but the next TNA Champion and not anybody else. Curtis & Eckos were both again wearing suites with a shirt underneath like something out of Miami Vice. Eckos said he is not a loser like BG James, Delirious and Shark Boy and should not be forced into fighting for his job. Curtis took over and said like himself Robbie Eckos is not a loser, they are winners they are money they are Main Event they are future TNA Tag Team Champions and they are Box Office. Curtis said if anyone else had any other questions they need to speak to their agent.
Match 2| Briscoe Brothers (Jay & Mark Briscoe) beat Danny Doring & Roadkill via disqualification Footage aired before the match of the Briscoe Brothers attacking Zero Gravity (Matt Sydal & Paul London) during their Tag Team Turmoil match at TNA70 after Zero Gravity had eliminated the Briscoe Brothers. The attack from the Briscoe Brothers would be what cost Zero Gravity from becoming the top contenders to the TNA Tag Team titles according to most experts…
Zero Gravity came looking for revenge, Briscoe Brothers seemed to be walking out on the match but as they got to the stage they were jumped by Matt Sydal & Paul London. Officials quickly were on the scene getting in between the two teams. The officials escorted the Briscoe’s down from the stage and led them towards a different exit only for both London and Sydal run and dive off the stage on top of both the Briscoe Brothers. Zero Gravity was not letting the Briscoe Brothers get away easy after costing them a shot at the TNA Tag Team titles. Zero Gravity were on their feet afterwards motioning for the TNA Tag Team titles while the Briscoe’s were eventually escorted backstage.
Highlights| TNA72| Main Event| 2 out of 3 Falls match| Frankie Kazarian w. Traci Brooks beat Doug Williams 2-1 following interference from Chris Hero. Announcers at ringside discussed last weeks Main Event which saw Chris Hero cost Doug Williams his 2 out of 3 Falls match against Frankie Kazarian, they were still confused as to why Hero got involved, hopefully we would get answers next week when both Doug Williams and Chris Hero are scheduled to appear. Due to his victory next week Frankie Kazarian will now face the top contender to the TNA Championship, Chris Harris.
Highlights| TNA70| Make of Break| TNA Tag Team Championship| © Alpha Male Enterprise (Elix Skipper & Monty Brown) beat Danny Doring & Roadkill to retain the TNA Tag Team Championship! Match 3| Ekmo Fatu w. Alpha Male Enterprise beat Ken Anderson Alpha Male Enterprise (Antonio Banks, Elix Skipper & Monty Brown) along with AME Security were all at ringside to watch Ekmo Fatu dominate Ken Anderson before pinning Anderson following a top rope splash. Match 4| Antonio Banks w. Alpha Male Enterprise beat Roderick Strong w. Austin Aries Good match – Strong and Aries down the road could be a major threat to the TNA Tag Team Championship but tonight Banks came away with the victory after Banks caught Strong with an exploder supflex.
Following the match AME quickly entered the ring and started to surround Roderick Strong but Austin Aries quickly saved his partner by dragging Strong to safety. Aries checked on Strong outside of the ring but still told AME that they would be coming for the TNA Tag Team titles. Monty Brown laughed off Aries threat before demanding a microphone as GREATNESS made their way back up the aisle.
Monty Brown with AME around him in the ring said that at TNA70| Make or Break, Alpha Male Enterprise showed once again that not only are they the greatest tag team in the world today but also the biggest brand in the world. Brown thanked Antonio Banks for fully embracing AME and told Banks that now Banks has secured his future. Brown and Banks then bumped fists. Brown continued and said they have been the TNA Tag Team Champions for 7 months and as good as the TNA Tag Team Division is not one team in the Division has a realistic chance of ending the dominance of the AME Brand especially not Christian York & Joey Matthews! Brown told Bad Street Boys that they have beaten them once, next time they will make sure Bad Street Boys learn their lesson and do not come back for any more! Monty Brown finished up by saying AME will out live everyone and they will not rest until they have complete domination. Up next the top contenders, Bad Street Boys will be in action against The Naturals (Andy Douglas & Chase Stevens) but up first we would hear from the returning Raven…
Video package aired looking at Raven’s return at Gauntlet for the Gold match at TNA71 where Raven made it down to the final stage of the Gauntlet before being beaten by Chris Harris…
Raven was joined in a dark boiler room somewhere in the arena. Raven was still completely bald due to the attack at the hands of CM Punk. Raven rubbed his hands over his bald head and mentioned how many would have thought by now Raven’s hair would have started to grow back but Raven wears his bald head as a reminder that Raven had become complacent. Raven used to pride himself on taking things to the extreme to levels no other man would dare but thanks to CM Punk, Raven was on the receiving end of one of the most horrific and disturbing beatings this business has ever seen and while Raven promises that one day he will have his revenge on CM Punk for now Raven wants to thank CM Punk because CM Punk has woken Raven up! Raven vowed that from here on out he will once again be the measuring stick the standard when it comes to disturbing, sadistic levels one is prepared to go to and the justification of Raven’s actions is it will result in Raven accomplishing his one remaining dream in life of becoming the TNA Champion, because even the evil have dreams! Quote the Raven, nevermore!
Announcers reacted to Raven’s comments before turning their attention to TNA74 next week and they reminded everyone that TNA Champion, ‘The Phenomenal’ AJ Styles will return and we would hear from AJ for the first time since retaining his TNA title against CM Punk in their hard hitting classic back at TNA70| Make or Break. Tenay then revealed that CM Punk would also return to action next week also when he faces one of half GREATNESS – Austin Aries. Another match signed for next week is Delirious & Shark Boy taking on the TNA Tag Team Champions, Alpha Male Enterprise (Elix Skipper & Monty Brown) in a Non-Title match and if Delirious & Shark Boy loses, they will be released from their TNA contracts.
Match 5| Bad Street Boys (Christian York & Joey Matthews) beat The Naturals (Andy Douglas & Chase Stevens)
Highlights| TNA64| The Naturals (Andy Douglas & Chase Stevens) beat Bad Street Boys (Christian York & Joey Matthews) Bad Street Boys won a very good match going some way in proving some of their doubters wrong that they don’t deserve the next shot at the TNA Tag Team titles after York pinned Stevens following BSB’s Hangman DDT. Following the match TNA Interviewer, Shawn Daivari entered the ring to speak with Bad Street Boys…
Daivari congratulated Bad Street Boys on their victory tonight, their victory over Danny Doring & Roadkill at TNA71 and on becoming the top contenders to the TNA Tag Team titles after winning the Tag Team Turmoil match at TNA70| Make or Break. Daivari asked Bad Street Boys for their comments on that they do not deserve the next shot at the TNA Tag Team titles with some saying that Zero Gravity deserve the next shot and the only reason BSB have another shot is because they have profited from Zero Gravity’s misfortune. Christian York said their recent record proves they deserve their shot at the TNA Tag Team titles and when they get in Alpha Male Enterprise back in the ring they will become the new TNA Tag Team Champions. Daivari pushed Bad Street Boys with more questions about the fact most people believe that Zero Gravity are the true top contenders to the TNA Tag Team titles. Daivari asked Matthews & York would they willing to face Zero Gravity like they have The Naturals and Danny Doring & Roadkill to prove without question they are rightful top contenders to the TNA Tag Team titles. Bad Street Boys seemed apprehensive to the thought of facing Zero Gravity but then to a huge ovation Joey Matthews said if the fans want to see them face Zero Gravity then they will face Zero Gravity and prove that they are the top contenders to the TNA Tag Team titles.
Michael Shane w. Alexis Laree spoke with TNA Interviewer, Scott Hudson ahead of tonight’s Main Event the biggest match of Michael Shane’s career against the legendary former multi times World Champion, ‘The Icon’ Sting. Shane told Hudson that tonight was the night that would define the career of Michael Shane, after tonight people won’t call Michael Shane, Shawn Michaels’ cousin anymore they will call Shawn Michaels the cousin of Michael Shane the greatest wrestler on God’s green earth…
Match 6| Main Event| Sting beat Michael Shane w. Alexis Laree Sting was on fire tonight in his last match of the year, Sting has looked better and better with every match he has had in TNA this year and next year Sting should stop looking at testing himself and look towards becoming the TNA Champion. Sting added to Shane’s woes of being the first man eliminated from the Gauntlet for the Gold match after Sting made Shane tap out to his Scorpion Death Lock.
Following the match Sting took a lap of honour around the ring slapping hands with the fans before entering the ring one more time to continue his celebration but as Sting celebrated. ‘The Monster’ Abyss and Jim Mitchell appeared on the big screen. Jim Mitchell congratulated Sting on his victory before wishing Sting a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Mitchell told Sting to saviour this moment with the fans and to enjoy the holidays with his family because next year would be Sting’s last year in the business because Mitchell and Abyss have decided that next year they are going to end the legendary career of ‘The Icon’ Sting! TNA73 then went off the air with Sting looking worried as the camera zoomed in on Abyss’ face as Jim Mitchell laughed menacingly in the background.

I don't really care for your monthly format, as it is so much to go through at once - it is really overwhelming. However, if it keeps you active it isn't the worst thing in the world. Chris Harris winning Gauntlet for the Gold was surprising, but I dig it. You've been pushing him and giving him a title opportunity is nice for him. I like the involvement of James Storm as well, makes for some added stuff between them although without there being Americas Most Wanted - yet, anyway - it seems kind of odd. I could see them form that team the road, potentially. But, a feud between them while Harris is also getting a title shot is alright, especially since you don't utilize everybody every single show. I could see Storm costing Harris his match at TNA 77. Lastly, worth noting, I like the idea of Abyss targeting Sting at this stage as it is early in his career and could really establish him - especially with the monster he appeared to be at this point. A solid editions of shows, looking forward to what comes of the major storylines and the bundled up tag team division.

Over the last few weeks Chris Harris has told everyone he deserves his shot at the TNA Championship and at TNA77, Harris has vowed to win THE big one, up next we hear from TNA Champion, ‘The Phenomenal’ AJ Styles…
Graphic| 07.01.04| TNA77| 2004| Main Event| TNA Championship| © AJ Styles V Chris Harris! TNA Champion, AJ Styles was introduced to a huge ovation AJ was still walking a little gingerly from his match against CM Punk a month ago. AJ carrying his TNA title over his shoulder was wearing an AJ shirt with jeans and cap. AJ thanked the fans for their ovation before turning his attention to his war against CM Punk saying Punk took AJ to a place he has never been before and is hurting like he has never hurt before but in the end AJ showed once again why he is the TNA Champion and AJ actually looks forward to facing CM Punk again…
AJ then congratulated Chris Harris on winning the Gauntlet for the Gold match and becoming the top contender to the TNA Championship and looks forward to facing Harris on the first Pay per View of 2004. AJ also revealed that later tonight he would come back out to ringside to watch Harris’ match against Frankie Kazarian. AJ told Harris that Harris does deserve his shot he has earned another shot at the TNA title but as someone who was labelled a failure by some at the start of the year AJ understands the pressure Chris Harris is currently feeling. AJ told Harris the question now is not can Chris Harris win the big one but is Chris Harris a failure or not! Chris Harris was shown watching backstage on a monitor while getting ready for tonight’s Main Event. Harris would respond to AJ’s comments ahead of tonight’s Main Event…
AJ Styles was about to leave the ring when officials started making their way out, AJ Styles looked confused by then the reason became clear as CM Punk’s music hit in the arena. The ‘Second City Saint’ made his way down the aisle as officials were asking AJ Styles to leave the ring. Punk was in action next against Austin Aries. Punk was shouting at AJ telling AJ to step up and give him another shot at the TNA Championship. Punk continued by shouting at AJ that he was the real TNA Champion. Punk continued to shout fight me at AJ as AJ was escorted on to the aisle way. AJ raised his TNA title high above his head as CM Punk paced around the ring.
Match 3| CM Punk beat Austin Aries Really good match, Aries and his partner Roderick Strong over the last 2 weeks have shown just how potential both have they truly could be greatness. Tonight Aries impressed against Punk but in the end Punk put Aries away after spiking Aries with an Even flow DDT. Following the match CM Punk stood on the ropes again shouting that he was the real TNA Champion.
Announcers spoke at ringside about how everyone wants to be the TNA Champion not just CM Punk, last week Raven mentioned how it’s his dream of becoming the TNA Champion also a couple of weeks ago James Storm confronted Chris Harris and warned Harris that he was coming for the TNA title, the announcers then spoke about other possible contenders to the TNA title like Abyss, Christopher Daniels and Sting…
Video package aired looking back at James Storm’s performance in the Gauntlet for the Gold match where Storm lasted over 45 minutes and eliminated 5 men including previous winner and former TNA Champion, Christopher Daniels. Video finished up with James Storm coming out of the doctor’s room and telling the cameraman that he has been given the all clear and now it was time to get back in the ring and prove why James Storm deserves the next shot at the TNA Championship.
Back at ringside with the announcers as they discussed Storm, Tenay has his doubts that Storm is 100% already however Storm has been cleared to return to the ring and next week James Storm will be in action against Alpha Male Enterprises’ Antonio Banks plus Storm will be viable to compete in the 2nd annual Xmas Bonus Tournament in two weeks the same tournament Storm won last year winning $25k in the process…
Graphic| TNA76| 17.12.03| TNA 2nd Annual Xmas Bonus Tournament – Winner receives $25k! Match 4| Non-Title match| TNA Tag Team Champions| Alpha Male Enterprise (Elix Skipper & Monty Brown) beat Delirious & Shark Boy Delirious & Shark Boy tried but the TNA Tag Team Champions were just too much for the masked cult favourites and AME scored the victory after Brown pinned Shark Boy following his Pounce meaning that Delirious and Shark Boy had lost their jobs. Brown & Elix Skipper celebrated at ringside and mocked Delirious & Shark Boy in the process showing no class…
Delirious & Shark Boy were distraught and the fans gave the two a respectful ovation as they consoled one another. Tenay said maybe down the road after Delirious & Shark Boy has got a bit more experience they can return to TNA. BG James came out and gave words of encouragement to both men before raising their arms. BG James looked worried himself because BG knows in 2 weeks he could find himself in the same position because BG will team up with Ron Killings to take on Box Office (Johnny Curtis & Robbie Eckos) and if BG’s team loses BG James will also be out of a job.
It was then announced also that next week Smooth Stallions (Mamaluke & Romeo) would be fighting for their jobs when they face the Briscoe Brothers (Jay & Mark Briscoe). Smooth Stallions V Briscoe Brothers was the first ever tag team match in TNA history and next week it could also be Smooth Stallions last.
Jeremy Borash entered the ring and invited Bad Street Boys (Christian York & Joey Matthews) and Zero Gravity (Matt Sydal & Paul London) to join him in the ring. Both teams came out, Zero Gravity first. Once both teams were in the ring they showed respect to one another with handshakes. Borash asked both teams out here tonight to discuss a hot topic of conversation within the TNA Tag Team Division. Bad Street Boys are the current top contenders to the TNA Tag Team titles but many people believe that Zero Gravity should be the top contenders and Bad Street Boys are only the top contenders because they have benefited from Zero Gravity’s misfortune. Borash revealed that both teams have agreed to face one another and on the first Pay per View of 2004 – TNA77|2004 that match will take place. Borash asked Zero Gravity bluntly do they believe that Bad Street Boys should be the next in line for a shot at the TNA tag team titles…
Paul London spoke and said there is no denying that Bad Street Boys are a great team, among the best in the business today and they have nothing but respect for Matthews & York but if they were being honest and them going after the Briscoe’s last week backed this up they don’t believe Bad Street Boys should be next in line for a title shot. Sydal said Bad Street Boys had their shot and they lost and they have done nothing to prove since that they can beat Alpha Male Enterprise next time and the only reason BSB are the top contenders to the Tag Team titles is because of the Briscoe’s.
Bad Street Boys seemed a little taken back by Zero Gravity’s opinion. Joey Matthews told Zero Gravity that they are running before they can walk and despite all the praise and hype they are receiving it doesn’t mean anything yet. Matthews and York have worked from the bottom to being one match away from becoming the TNA Tag Team Champions and at TNA77 they will prove all the doubters wrong and show that their time is now and when the time comes they will beat AME and become the new TNA Tag Team Champions. Bad Street Boys and Zero Gravity had an intense stare down before BSB left Zero Gravity in the ring alone.
Highlights| TNA72| Main Event| 2 out of 3 Falls match| Frankie Kazarian w. Traci Brooks beat Doug Williams 2-1 following interference from Chris Hero. Match 5| Doug Williams beat Jimmy Rave w. ODB Doug Williams completely destroyed Jimmy Rave who is too fighting to keep his job Rave is now 3 matches away from losing his job with TNA Wrestling. Williams pinned Rave following a number of knees to the head and his Chaos Theory. Doug Williams straight after the bell called out Chris Hero. Williams stomped around the ring waiting on Chris Hero’s arrival. Hero appeared on the big screen chewing on gum and not showing much more of a reaction…
Hero told Doug Williams he would not be coming out on Williams’ terms but Hero wanted Williams to know the reason he is not coming out is not because he is scared or intimidated because nothing scares Chris Hero just ask Sting, Roddy Piper or Shane Douglas. Williams was fuming in the ring but Hero told Williams to calm down because they would both get what they wanted very soon, just not tonight.
Video Package aired looking at the destruction ‘The Monster’ Abyss has caused in his time here in TNA Total Non-Stop Action wrestling. Abyss forced Norman Smiley into retirement, destroyed the hardcore legend Sabu to the point we have not seen Sabu since plus Abyss broke the back of former TNA Champion, Low Ki. Also Abyss holds victories over the likes of Doug Williams, James Storm, CM Punk and TNA Champion, AJ Styles. Now Abyss has vowed to end the career of ‘The Icon’ Sting!
Match 6| Main Event| Chris Harris beat Frankie Kazarian w. Traci Brooks Chris Harris spoke with TNA Interviewer, Shawn Daivari before the match and said tonight AJ Styles showed his was worried about facing him at TNA77 because resulted to trying to play mind games with him by questioning whether Harris was a failure or not. Harris proved by winning the Gauntlet for the Gold match by having the best win rate in TNA today which includes AJ Styles and will prove it again tonight with AJ Styles watching from ringside when he beats Frankie Kazarian in the middle of the ring.
TNA Champion, AJ Styles watched from ringside as Harris and Kazarian had a very good match. Kazarian the man who needs no hype according to Traci Brooks is not too far away from being regarded in the same class as the likes of AJ and Chris Harris. Harris came away with the victory after managing to make Kazarian tap out to his Texas Clover leaf.
CM Punk was shown watching backstage as TNA Champion, AJ Styles stood at ringside as Chris Harris exited the ring and got in AJ’s face at ringside; Harris poked the TNA title belt over AJ’s shoulder and told AJ that nothing would stop him from becoming the next TNA Champion. Punk is clearly not happy that he is now out of the TNA title picture. TNA74 then went off the air with Harris now back in the ring motioning for the TNA title on the turnbuckle as AJ Styles continued to watch from ringside.

TNA: Total Non-Stop Action Wrestling: Wednesday 3rd December 2003…Let’s see what I’ve missed out on. Chris Sabin with a win against Jimmy Yang made for a solid opening contest, and I like that you are intersecting Michael Shane and Sabin, as in real life. They had some dynamite matches. I’m still not sure what to make of Shane and Alexis Laree as a pairing, though. Just strikes me as odd. Hopefully you have women wrestle then – Laree must be bored in this managerial role. ECW nostalgia~ it’s Danny Doring and Roadkill. Ode to joy. A decent win against the Smooth Stallions, but honestly speaking neither of these teams excite me exactly. Wow, AJ Styles sounds really beaten up after not wrestling for a month. CM Punk must have really put a beating on him. Chris Harris being the number one contender to the TNA World Heavweight Championship makes me remember how TNA valued him in 2004: I can’t really see him winning the title next month, however. Punk however getting in Styles’ face was nice, followed up with a great win for Punk against Austin Aries. I love that Punk still uses the Evenflow DDT of Raven’s. The Alpha Male Enterprise with a win against Delirious and Shark Boy was expected, the TNA World Tag Team Champions now look malicious after costing Delirious and Shark Boy their jobs here. BG James and Ron Killings as opposers to the titles sounds interesting to me. I’m not a fan of Johnny Curtis being a TNA star in 2004: just strikes me as a little too early for him. Enhancement talent at best, on this stage in this time. A lot of focus on the tag team division tonight, with Christian York, Joey Matthews, Matt Sydal and Paul London in the ring. Interesting discussion here with a tense show of respect theme playing throughout. Doug Williams with a win against Jimmy Rave was fine, and I like that Chris Hero is still making his way up the ladder in stepping in Williams’ way. Now Abyss and Sting: that’s a money match that people will actually pay to see. Not that a lot of these pay-per-views aren’t, but particular filler episodes like this one seems to be, I don’t think would draw much money. Lastly, Chris Harris continues to establish himself as the number one contender by beating Frankie Kazarian. Not a bad show, but like I mentioned before, the best is yet to come in the following few weeks.

TNA Total Non-Stop Action Wrestling open
Video package opened TNA75 looking at the upcoming TNA Championship at TNA77 where TNA Champion, AJ Styles will defend against top contender the winner of the 2003 Gauntlet for the Gold match, Chris Harris. Last week TNA74 ended with Harris and AJ standing face to face at ringside with Harris telling AJ Styles he was coming for the TNA Championship…
Mike Tenay welcomed everyone to TNA75 and promised a huge show before introducing his broadcast partners Jeremy Borash & Don Callis. Tonight - TNA Champion, AJ Styles will be in action when he takes on Bobby Roode while Chris Harris has been invited to appear on Piper’s Pit! Also tonight CM Punk would also be in action when he takes on Jerry Lynn plus James Storm returns to the ring when he takes on Antonio Banks, while the announcers hyped tonight’s card CM Punk unexpectedly was making his way down the aisle into the ring demanding a microphone…
CM Punk was not happy. Punk demanded that the AJ Styles/Chris Harris TNA title match be cancelled. Punk again claimed that he is the real TNA Champion and if anyone deserves a shot at AJ Styles it is him. Punk couldn’t care less if Chris Harris won the Gauntlet for the Gold match because Punk was the rightful top contender to the TNA Championship. Punk reminded everyone that it is his mission in life to go down in history as the greatest wrestler of all time. Chris Harris and TNA Champion, AJ Styles were shown separately watching backstage as Punk was telling everyone that this is CM Punk’s story/journey and it is CM Punk’s world and everyone else is just living in it. Officials finally made their way out and escorted Punk from the ring as TNA managements onscreen representative Dusty Rhodes walked out on to the stage as Punk passed Rhodes, Punk screamed at Rhodes to stop protecting AJ and to give Punk what he deserves.
Announcers at ringside reacted to CM Punk demanding a TNA title shot, Tenay said Punk had his shot and lost and coming out here demanding title shots is not going to get Punk anywhere fast. Borash advised that Punk concentrate on his match with former World Champion, Jerry Lynn later tonight.
All Main Event and TNA Championship matches have a 30 minute time limit while other matches unless otherwise stated have a 20 minute time limit…
Graphic| TNA76| 17.12.03| TNA 2nd Annual Xmas Bonus Tournament – Winner receives $25k! Match 1| Ekmo Fatu w. Alpha Male Enterprise beat Amazing Red Ekmo Fatu is almost twice the size of Amazing Red and despite Red giving everything he had in the end the size difference was too much and Fatu scored the victory following a Samoan drop. Alpha Male Enterprise (TNA Tag Team Champions, Elix Skipper & Monty Brown and Antonio Banks & Ekmo Fatu) stood tall in the middle of the ring. AME are the biggest brand in the world and this year have dominated the TNA Tag Team Division holding the TNA Tag Team titles since April, next year Monty Brown has said AME want complete domination!
Tonight Smooth Stallions (Mamaluke & Romeo) fight to keep their jobs when they take on the Briscoe Brothers (Jay & Mark Briscoe) while Zero Gravity 2 weeks away from facing the top contenders to the TNA Tag Team titles, Bad Street Boys (Christian York & Joey Matthews) will be in action. Plus Chris Hero explains why he attacked Doug Williams at TNA72 costing Williams his match against Frankie Kazarian.
Rowdy Roddy Piper was shown backstage later tonight Piper would speak with the top contender to the TNA Championship, Chris Harris.
Match 2| Zero Gravity (Matt Sydal & Paul London) beat RATS (Kid Kash & YANG)
Graphic| 07.01.04| TNA77| 2004| Bad Street Boys (Christian York & Joey Matthews) V Zero Gravity (Matt Sydal & Paul London)! Zero Gravity showed why many teams regard them as the true top contenders to the TNA Tag Team titles after beating the tough veterans Kid Kash & YANG. Afterwards as London and Sydal celebrated, Jeremy Borash reminded everyone that as well as going after the TNA Tag Team titles Zero Gravity are still after revenge on the Briscoe Brothers who arguably cost Zero Gravity the chance to become the actual top contenders to the TNA Tag Team titles by attacking London & Sydal before the last stage of the Tag Team Turmoil match.
Video Package looked back at TNA74 last week showing TNA Tag Team Champions, Alpha Male Enterprise (Elix Skipper & Monty Brown) beat Delirious & Shark Boy costing the masked cult favourites their jobs in TNA Wrestling. Doug Williams took his anger out on Jimmy Rave before Chris Hero appeared on the big screen to tell Williams that he would reveal why he attacked Williams when he was ready. Chris Sabin was victorious again over Jimmy Yang afterwards Michael Shane blamed Sabin for his recent bad luck because it was Sabin who eliminated Shane from the Gauntlet for the Gold match and both CM Punk and Chris Harris were victorious over Austin Aries and Frankie Kazarian respectively proving in each man’s mind that they are the rightful top contender to the TNA Championship…
Match 3| CM Punk beat Jerry Lynn It was announced during the match that at TNA77 the first Pay per View of 2004 on the same night AJ Styles would defend his TNA title against Chris Harris; Jerry Lynn would get his chance at revenge when he faces Bobby Roode.
Strong match between two of TNA’s best and Punk took the victory after he managed to sit down on a attempted victory roll from Lynn. CM Punk again after the match claimed to be the true top contender to the TNA Championship. Announcers believe it is now time for Dusty Rhodes to get CM Punk in line because now Punk is starting to cast a shadow over the highly anticipated TNA Championship match at TNA77.
Backstage Bobby Roode finished watching Jerry Lynn getting beat by CM Punk before speaking with TNA Interviewer, Shawn Daivari. Roode said tonight he gets his reward for being the most calculated and dangerous man in TNA, everything he has put Jerry Lynn through has now been worth it because tonight Roode gets to face TNA Champion, AJ Styles in the middle of the ring and Roode will do something that CM Punk failed to do and something that Chris Harris will more than likely fail to do and that is beat the ‘Phenomenal One’.
Match 4| Briscoe Brothers (Jay & Mark Briscoe) beat Smooth Stallions Really exciting match which saw the fans fully in support of Mamaluke & Romeo but it wasn’t enough and the Briscoe’s scored the victory after catching Mamaluke with their springboard Doomsday Device. Following the match Romeo checked on his partner only for the Briscoe’s to jump Romeo to before leaving Romeo lying following their Briscoe Bottom. Smooth Stallions like Delirious & Shark Boy have failed to keep their jobs in TNA Wrestling and next week if BG James & Ron Killings lose to Box Office (Johnny Curtis & Robbie Eckos) BG James will also be out of a job.
Briscoe Brothers again showing tonight how heartless they can be, Don Callis said they were sending a message to Zero Gravity with that after match attack.
Rowdy Roddy Piper was standing in the middle of the ring the one time interim onscreen representative of TNA management thanked Dusty Rhodes for having him here tonight, Piper said he enjoys his little visits and tonight Piper is going to enjoy getting inside the head of the top contender to the TNA Championship – Chris Harris. First Piper asked for footage of Harris winning the Gauntlet for the Gold match to be shown which it was following the footage Piper invited Harris down to the ring. As Harris made his way down the aisle TNA Champion, AJ Styles was shown watching backstage…
Harris again wearing his blazer and jeans entered the ring and he and Piper quickly shook hands. Harris went to grab a microphone but Piper told Harris he wouldn’t need that tonight because Harris was not out here to talk but to listen to Piper which surprised everyone and caught Harris off guard. Piper started off by saying that something needs to be cleared up and that is that Chris Harris and not CM Punk is the top contender to the TNA title and Punk would not be sneaking in the back door to get Harris’ shot. Piper asked Harris if he was ready for the biggest match of his life, Harris smiled and nodded confidently but Piper told Harris he thinks he’s ready but Harris is about to step into the unknown.
Piper admitted that Harris has a had a bad year with everything that has happened with Curt Hennig, Christopher Daniels and Sting but now because Harris has finally won the big one the Gauntlet for the Gold match and because Harris has the highest win rate of all active TNA wrestlers and because the announcers are saying there is now no stopping Chris Harris, Harris is taking confidence from all them things again Harris nodded but Piper reminded Harris that when Harris tried to swim in the big boy pool before Harris almost sunk and now Harris is going into even deeper water when he takes on the TNA Champion, AJ Styles. Piper said AJ wasn’t playing mind games last week by questioning whether Harris was a failure or not AJ was letting Harris know that it’s even tougher at the top. Piper asked Harris does he have the balls to be TNA Champion. Piper grabbed Chris Harris by the face and told Harris to ask himself honestly is his time now because there will not be a next time for Chris Harris if he fails again. Piper advised Harris to watch, really watch AJ Styles tonight and Harris will see what separates AJ Styles from everybody else. Piper finished by telling Chris Harris that AJ Styles doesn’t talk about how great he is every body else talks about how great AJ Styles is. Piper warned Harris that he has done a lot of talking since Gauntlet for the Gold. Piper then left the ring leaving Chris Harris to think over the words of advice from the legendary Roddy Piper. Chris Harris is heading into the biggest match of his life at TNA77.
Match 5| James Storm beat Antonio Banks w. Alpha Male Enterprise James Storm returned to the ring with a impressive victory over the MVP of AME and put a hold in AME’s recent momentum. Storm whose left arm was still slightly strapped scored the victory after connecting with his Super kick. Storm has made his intentions clear James Storm is coming for the TNA Championship and he doesn’t care who he has to go through to get his hands on the TNA title.
Announcers spoke at ringside about the men lining up for a shot at AJ Styles’ TNA Championship. Chris Harris is next in line; CM Punk believes he deserves a rematch. James Storm has made his intentions clear that he’s coming for the TNA title then you also have the likes of Abyss, Raven, Christopher Daniels and Sting among others also after the TNA Championship.
Footage was shown of Chris Hero costing Doug Williams his match against Frankie Kazarian at TNA72 after dropping Williams with his Roaring Elbow a recorded interview with Hero then aired. Hero mentioned that he was not allowed in the arena tonight because Roddy Piper had been invited to the show and Piper was still nervous about being in the same building as him. Hero takes that as a compliment and Doug Williams should take the reason he cost him his match against Frankie Kazarian as a compliment, the reason is simple Hero enjoyed the exchanges he and Williams had during the Gauntlet for the Gold match. Hero said they beat the hell out of each other but Hero wants to live no doubt that he is the better/tougher man plus the selfish reason is beating Doug Williams a man who has beaten the likes of Jerry Lynn, Eddie Guerrero and Christopher Daniels would further his own career. Hero told Williams it was as simple as that and he expects to see Doug very soon in the middle of the ring.
Graphic| TNA76| 17.12.03| TNA 2nd Annual Xmas Bonus Tournament – Winner receives $25k! Graphic| 07.01.04| TNA77| 2004| Main Event| TNA Championship| © AJ Styles V Chris Harris! Match 6| Main Event| Non-Title match| TNA Champion| AJ Styles beat Bobby Roode It was announced during the match that next week we would witness the contract signing for the TNA Championship match between AJ Styles and Chris Harris at TNA77| 2004.
Chris Harris made his way to ringside during the match and joined the announce table but didn’t say a word throughout the match Harris just took Roddy Piper’s advice and watched AJ Styles closely.
AJ and Roode had a really good match with Roode proving a test for the TNA Champion but AJ ended up having to much for Roode and beat Roode following a brain buster and his Spiral Tap. After applauding AJ’s victory Harris started to leave only for AJ to roll out of the ring and spin Harris around where AJ held the TNA title towards Harris face and asked Harris if he was ready for the fight of his life. Harris and AJ stood in each others face for a few seconds before Harris turned and made his way back up the aisle as TNA75 went off the air with AJ Styles watching as Chris Harris walked away from him.

This diary is so underrated, imo. I know I haven't replied in awhile but I see you've been pumping out show after show so kudos for sticking at it. Loved CM Punk coming out unannounced demanding a shot at AJ Styles, claiming that he should be the one getting the title shot and not Chris Harris. I like the slow build to their eventual match which I can see Punk winning. You've done a phenomenal job booking Punk from the moment you brought him into the diary. Fatu going over Red isn't a surprise. What I am surprised about is Alpha Male Enterprises still being the tag champs. Not that it's a bad thing because they are good champs, I just thought they would have dropped them by now. Obvious win for Punk there. The Smooth Stallions losing their jobs isn't bad, tbh. I like the mean streak you've got going on with the Briscoe's. The Piper's Pit segment with Harris was superbly written. Piper telling Harris to closely watch AJ's match tonight and how AJ doesn't always talk about how great he is was a great touch. Decent win for James Storm over Banks. Just seeing the announcers talk about the TNA Championship title picture makes you realise just how stacked that division really is. Out of all those guys though, like I said I think it will be Punk who will be the next champ. Styles/Roode is a stellar main event with AJ winning obviously being the right call. The post-match interaction between Harris/Styles was cool. As usual, this was another great show. My only complaint is that the size of text you use for the show results is too small. It's a combination of the font you use plus the size. It may just be my own computer screen as I don't think anyone else has picked up on it but I need to zoom in on the page a few times to read it properly.

Roderick Strong is one match away from winning $25k. Austin Aries came out to celebrate with his partner afterwards.
Video package aired looking back at TNA75 last week. ‘Tennessee Cowboy’ James Storm returned to the ring and beat the ‘MVP of AME’ Antonio Banks. Smooth Stallions (Mamaluke & Romeo) lost their fifth match in a row and their jobs after losing to the Briscoe Brothers (Jay & Mark Briscoe). Zero Gravity (Matt Sydal & Paul London) again proved why they are considered by most the true top contenders to the TNA Tag Team titles after beating RATS (Kid Kash & YANG). CM Punk opened the show unexpectedly opened the show demanding that the AJ Styles-Chris Harris TNA title match be cancelled calling himself the real TNA Champion. Punk later in the night scored a big victory over Jerry Lynn. Top contender to the TNA title appeared on Piper’s Pit with the legendary Rowdy Roddy Piper. Piper told Harris not to speak just to listen. Piper then made Chris Harris realise if he didn’t already how big his match against AJ Styles would be at TNA77| 2004. Harris came out to watch the Main Event of the evening where AJ Styles beat Bobby Roode after the match AJ confronted Harris similar to how Harris confronted AJ the week before and held the TNA title in Harris’ face while asking Harris if he was ready for the fight of his life.
TNA Champion, AJ Styles and top contender, Chris Harris were shown arriving at the arena separately earlier today while Mike Tenay revealed that Dusty Rhodes the onscreen representative of TNA management has banned CM Punk from the arena tonight.
Match 2| Xmas Bonus Tournament| First Round| Ekmo Fatu beat Roadkill After Ekmo had won the battle of the big men, Alpha Male Enterprise (Antonio Banks and TNA Tag Team Champions, Elix Skipper & Monty Brown) with AME Security walked out on stage to applaud another impressive victory for Ekmo Fatu.
Graphic| Tonight| BG James & Ron Killings V Box Office (Johnny Curtis & Robbie Eckos)!
Match 3| Xmas Bonus Tournament| First Round| Eric Young beat Danny Doring The short tempered aggressive Young won his second match in succession and with his recent victory alongside his best friend Bobby Roode over the first TNA Tag Team Champions, Amazing Red & Jerry Lynn; Eric Young is starting to make a name for him self. After the bell Young put a few more boots to Doring before being ordered out of the ring by the match official.
Graphic| 07.01.04| TNA77| 2004| Jerry Lynn V Bobby Roode! Match 4| Xmas Bonus Tournament| First Round| Chris Sabin beat TNA Tag Team Champion, Elix Skipper Footage was shown from last week where Michael Shane blamed Chris Sabin for his recent bad form because it was Sabin who eliminated Shane from the Gauntlet for the Gold match.
Sabin and Skipper had a very good competitive match. Fans have grown to love Sabin over the last 6 months, the care free Sabin has really raised his game in that period also and tonight was more proof to that after Sabin pinned one half of the TNA Tag Team Champions following a roll up. Sabin bailed straight after the bell as AME Security came sliding into the ring. Elix Skipper through a fit in the ring as Sabin celebrated his victory. There will still be one Alpha Male Enterprise representative in tonight’s $25K match when Ekmo Fatu takes on Roderick Strong, Eric Young and Chris Sabin.
Graphic| Tonight’s Main Event| Xmas Bonus Tournament Finals| Four Way Elimination Match| Chris Sabin V Roderick Strong V Ekmo Fatu V Eric Young! Footage was shown from TNA73 where Raven spoke for the first time since returning at TNA71| Gauntlet for the Gold. Raven revealed that he would wear his scalped head as a reminder to never get complacent again and vowed to take things to a new extreme to accomplish his last dream of becoming the TNA Champion.
TNA Interviewer, Shawn Daivari was backstage with BG James & Ron Killings ahead of the biggest match of BG James’ career because if BG & Killings lose then BG James will be out of a job. Daivari asked BG how he was feeling heading into tonight’s match against Box Office (Johnny Curtis & Robbie Eckos). BG mentioned how he has headlined Madison Square Garden how he has wrestled for a number of titles but up next was the biggest match of his life because BG is not ready for this to end before BG could continue Killings cut BG off and told him tonight wasn’t the end tonight was a new beginning because after they’ve beaten Box Office they can start looking towards the future and becoming the TNA Tag Team Champions…
Match 5| BG James & Ron Killings beat Box Office (Johnny Curtis & Robbie Eckos) BG James & Ron Killings were victorious on their return as team over the debuting and promising team of Johnny Curtis & Robbie Eckos. BG lives to fight another day but still has to win four more matches before losing one more match to keep his job. Killings scored the victory for his team after pinning Eckos following his Axe kick. Box Office was not happy with the defeat and argued the decision with the official afterwards.
Announcers at ringside ran through what was scheduled for the first Pay per View of 2004 – TNA77|2004. Main Event will see AJ Styles defend his TNA Championship against top contender, Chris Harris. Top contenders to the TNA Tag Team titles, Bad Street Boys (Christian York & Joey Matthews) will take on Zero Gravity (Matt Sydal & Paul London) looking to prove without question that they and not Zero Gravity are the true top contenders to the TNA Tag Team titles plus Jerry Lynn will face Bobby Roode in a grudge match and in a match just signed the winner of tonight’s $25k Xmas Bonus Tournament will face the winner of last years Xmas Bonus Tournament… James Storm!
Highlights were shown from last week where Chris Hero revealed why he cost Doug Williams his match against Frankie Kazarian at TNA72. Hero revealed it was because he enjoyed his exchanges with Williams during the Gauntlet for the Gold match they excited Hero but also because Hero is looking to further his career with a victory over Doug Williams.
Backstage Roderick Strong was shown speaking with his tag team partner Austin Aries ahead of tonight’s Main Event while Eric Young was shown leaving his locker room…
Chris Sabin spoke with TNA Interviewer, Shawn Daivari. Sabin told Daivari that over the last 6 months Sabin has made a name for himself and had fun doing so. Sabin has worked from the TNA Wrestling Academy to the Main Events competing against the best from Christopher Daniels to CM Punk and working alongside the likes of TNA Champion, AJ Styles. Tonight Sabin takes his career to the next step when he shows everyone his run of form isn’t just a phase or a run and Sabin is for real and after tonight $25k richer…
Ekmo Fatu was also standing by backstage with TNA Interviewer, Scott Hudson and the rest of Alpha Male Enterprise (Antonio Banks and TNA Tag Team Champions, Elix Skipper & Monty Brown). Brown did the talking. Elix Skipper still looked annoyed with the loss to Sabin earlier tonight. Brown told Hudson that tonight AME gave everyone a glimpse into the future a future which sees complete domination of TNA Total Non-Stop Action wrestling. Brown joked that AME don’t even need the money but tonight they take it anyway and use the opportunity to send a message to everyone else in TNA especially Bad Street Boys & Zero Gravity. Brown finished by saying 2004 and every year there after will be dominated by Alpha Male Enterprise!
Match 6| Main Event| Xmas Bonus Tournament| Finals| Four Way Elimination match| Ekmo Fatu beat Chris Sabin, Eric Young and Roderick Strong Strong was eliminated first following a Samoan drop from Ekmo Fatu. Sabin then eliminated Young following a DDT out of the corner bringing it down to Sabin and Fatu.
Sabin gave everything he had against the much bigger Fatu but Fatu whose only defeat came in the Gauntlet for the Gold match which seems to have only made Fatu stronger but it was not enough. Fatu blocked Sabin’s DDT out of the corner before squashing Sabin in the same corner which Fatu quickly followed up with a running hip attack before putting the game Sabin away with another Samoan drop.
Officials checked on Chris Sabin afterwards as AME Security surrounded the ring as Alpha Male Enterprise (Antonio Banks & TNA Tag Team Champions, Elix Skipper &Monty Brown) joined Ekmo Fatu in the ring congratulating Fatu on his victory. Alpha Male Enterprise has promised complete domination of TNA Total Non-Stop Action wrestling they already have the TNA Tag Team titles and now they have won the 2003 Xmas Bonus Tournament who can stop the AME Brand asked Mike Tenay before reminding everyone that due to his victory tonight also Ekmo Fatu would now face James Storm at TNA77| 2004!
Graphic| 07.01.04| TNA77| 2004| Main Event| TNA Championship| © AJ Styles V Chris Harris! Graphic| Tonight| Contract Signing| TNA77| 2004| Main Event| TNA Championship| © AJ Styles V Chris Harris! Dusty Rhodes the onscreen representative of TNA management was standing in the middle of the ring which was now set up for the contract signing for the TNA Championship match between TNA Champion, AJ Styles and top contender, Chris Harris. Rhodes introduced both men first the challenger the winner of the 2003 Gauntlet for the Gold match, Chris Harris. Harris who has the highest win rate of any active TNA wrestler made his way out again wearing a blazer with jeans. Once Harris was in the ring Rhodes introduced the TNA Champion, AJ Styles. ‘The Phenomenal One’ who has been champion since beating Low Ki at TNA50| Coming of Age in June. AJ joined Harris in the ring and held up his TNA title…
Rhodes started of by telling both men that tonight’s contract signing would not be interrupted by CM Punk as Punk was banned from the arena tonight and said without question Chris Harris was the deserving top contender to the TNA Championship. Rhodes asked both men to sign the contract and then they could address their opponent if they wished.
Harris signed the contract first followed by AJ. AJ picked up the microphone first. AJ told Harris there match was not based on any bad blood it was simply a case of the two best at this time the TNA Champion and the top contender to the title meeting in the middle of the ring see who is the better man. AJ told Harris he is looking forward to the challenge but AJ hopes that Harris understands that he will be in for the fight of his life and in the end Harris is going to have to deal with failing when it matters most once again because AJ would start next year as this year ends still the TNA Champion. Harris told AJ that he has had to listen to AJ, Piper, James Storm and others talk now it was his turn. Harris knows it is the biggest match of his life, Harris knows the pressure he is under he can already feel it but the last year has made him stronger and nothing will stop Harris from becoming the new TNA Champion. Harris claimed that no one is as dedicated to this company as he is plus nobody wants to replace AJ Styles not only as the TNA Champion but as the focal point of this company as much as Chris Harris. Harris sleeps and breaths TNA Wrestling and while Harris admits he may rub some people up the wrong way people are going to have to get used to the idea of Chris Harris as the TNA Champion because one way or another he is leaving TNA77 as the new TNA Champion. AJ told Harris may the best man win and offered his hand to Harris. Harris shook AJ Styles hand and TNA76 the last Pay per View of 2003 went of the air with TNA Champion, AJ Styles and top contender, Chris Harris stood face to face in the middle of the ring.
TNA Total Non-Stop Action Wrestling – News • Delirious, Shark Boy, Mamaluke & Romeo have all been released from their TNA contracts.

Okay, here we go with TNA76! Appreciate the appreciation of my 112 pages, by the way. Heres to many for this, one of the upper echelon TNA diaries I've seen on the board. Roderick Strong beating YANG in the opener was fine in the Christmas Bonus Tournament. Poor CM Punk, banned from the arena. Umaga Ekmo Fatu beating Roadkill, no shock here. He obviously has more to offer than Roadkill. Abyss has vowed to end the career of Sting but guess what? That isn't going to happen. Eric Young over Danny Doring is the same as the Fatu/Roadkill match up, better choice for the young'n to win. Chris Sabin going over Elix Skipper is a good call, you've been giving Sabin a solid push as of late. BG James and Ron Killings are clearly going to win and of course, they do. No way Box Office was going to top them. Ekmo Fatu getting the win in the Christmas Bonus Tournament Finals was certainly an interesting call, was more expecting a Sabin win. I am fine with the call, though, as Ekmo could get some solid build while being a part of the Alpha Male Express. Finally, a solid contract signing that was like most with a bunch of chaos. Definitely shows the respect between Styles and Harris in what should be a good match at TNA 77, where I expect Styles to go over and a CM Punk run in. A solid show overall, looking forward to the big TNA 77 event.

Alright, the show with the Xmas Bonus Tournament. I recall last year's tournament with James Storm. It's a great concept and something fun to look forward to. It also helps that you happened to post it during the holiday season in reality. A solid way to start the show with Roderick Strong getting the rightful victory to advance to the main event. Without knowing who else will be competing, I can already say that Strong won't be winning the bonus prize, but I do love the shine he'll be getting on this show. Ekmo Fatu getting the victory was another fine call. Haven't been fully keeping up with this diary, so I'm not exactly sure what the situation is with Fatu and Alpha Male Enterprise. I'll be sure to read back and see what I missed. Eric Young over Danny Doring was, again, the right and obvious call. That's the one fault with these matches thus far. They're a little on the predictable side, but what's really important, I suppose, is that the main event isn't. Chris Sabin and Elix Skipper would have put on a great showing. Glad that Sabin came away with the victory and hes definitely my pick to win the Xmas bonus. BG James and Ron Killings, not exactly a likeable pairing of mine. 3Live Kru was dire, in my mind, so I am hoping that with this variation of it, you can impress me with them. A good win for them over Box Office, which looks to be an interesting pairing. Huge card lined up for TNA77 next week. Looking forward to it. Wow, a bit surprised that Ekmo Fatu was the one to come out on top in the Xmas Bonus Finals. I love the call, though. Alpha Male Enterprise is a force to be reckoned with in the company. Lastly, a great contract signing between AJ Styles and Chris Harris for next week's big match up. There's a few different ways I could see this one going. Part of me expects AJ to retain and CM Punk attacks him afterwards, or Punk hits the ring mid-match and attacks AJ, leading to Harris turning heel by picking up the scraps and becoming champion. The latter is what I'm feeling right now. Overall, a great event to close out the year. 2004 looks to be even better and I can't wait for TNA77.

TNA Total Non-Stop Action Wrestling: Wednesday 17th December 2003…I like the idea that the TNA World Heavyweight Championship scene is taking a backseat for a tournament tonight. It’s rather refreshing to see money up for grabs in this period, as I can’t recall the last time a major promotion utilized this. $25,000 eh? Heh, that’s a national promotion budget. This stipulation gives off a Ring of Honor approach, which is not a bad thing by any means. Roderick Strong beating Jimmy Yang made for a solid opening contest with some contrasting styles - in the next two years I could credibly see Strong as a World Champion or one of the top guys in TNA, easily. I’m wondering if a member of a tag team like Strong’s will share out the money if he wins this whole thing. I could see that being a fun gimmick. Maybe the winner of this tournament could brag about “being rich”? That would be an interesting gimmick tool. Next, Ekmo Fatu with a win against Roadkill was fine – I really don’t know why you hired Roadkill or Danny Doring to be honest. They belonged in ECW, but in TNA they are dead weight. It did make Ekmo look strong though, which is a good thing. I think you’ve done a decent job of building Abyss up to face Sting – but I doubt he’s going to get the win. It will make for a solid long-term rivalry though. Eric Young advances into the tournament? Meh. Ah well, it’s not like anybody wanted to see Danny Doring get the job done here. Chris Sabin with a win against Elix Skipper, and I could see Sabin winning this. Also, this is probably the second decent match of the night in which either man could have won. I still don’t really see why Shawn Daivari is only an interviewer, I’m surprised he isn’t being used as a talent, honestly. BG James and Ron Killings defeating Johnny Curtis and Robbie Eckos was expected – despite your efforts to get Curtis and Eckos noticed, I think it’s too soon for either of them when it comes to guys like James and Killings. I’m wondering who is next for James and Killings to go through. The next few weeks of TNA seem to look promising, without a doubt. I’m glad you had a rest match between tournament bouts, by the way. As expected, Ekmo Fatu defeating Chris Sabin, Eric Young and Roderick Strong. I like that Fatu has joined the ranks of being a member of Alpha Male Enterprise – it fits his gimmick. Hopefully he’s dropped the nu-metal Island Boyz gimmick by this point. I am really glad that you chose to not have this main event the show though – this tournament whilst proving to be a decent concept also exposed how lacklustre your undercard roster can be (see: Yang, Doring, Roadkill, Skipper). More definition needs to go behind your characters in that department. On a similar note, it seemed like quite a random shortlist of participants to be in this tournament. A good contract signing showing mutual respect between AJ Styles and Chris Harris – you are really backing Harris hard up to this point (and rightfully so; he was on the rise in 2004 and went nowhere), but I would rather see Styles retain the belt if I’m honest. I just don’t think Harris has the longevity as a TNA World Heavyweight Champion like AJ has. Overall, a decent show with a nice concept introduced in the form of a tournament – but I feel that the execution was mildly anticlimactic. I think one thing you should aim for in 2004 is to enhance your undercard roster and develop more character behind the talents. The next few weeks do look promising, however.

TNA Total Non-Stop Action Wrestling January 2004 TNA77| 2004 Wednesday 7th January, 2004
Champions TNA Champion| AJ Styles (1) | beat Low Ki 18.6.03 TNA Tag Team Champions| Alpha Male Enterprise (1) | beat Amazing Red & Jerry Lynn 16.4.03
Location| Nashville – Tennessee Announcers| Mike Tenay, Jeremy Borash & Don Callis
TNA Total Non-Stop Action Wrestling open
TNA77| 2004 opened with fireworks going off in the arena before we joined Mike Tenay, Jeremy Borash & Don Callis at ringside for the first Pay per View of the year. Tenay welcomed wished everyone a happy and safe holidays before the 3 men ran through what was scheduled for tonight’s broadcast. TNA Wrestling are kicking off 2004 in a big way because tonight we would see Bad Street Boys (Christian York & Joey Matthews) take on Zero Gravity (Matt Sydal & Paul London), 2002 Xmas Bonus Tournament winner, James Storm faces 2003 Xmas Bonus Tournament winner, Ekmo Fatu plus Jerry Lynn is out for revenge when he finally gets Bobby Roode in the middle of the ring but that is not all because in tonight’s Main Event, the TNA Championship will be on the line when champion, ‘The Phenomenal’ AJ Styles defends against top contender and the winner of the 2003 Gauntlet for the Gold match, Chris Harris!
All Main Event and TNA Championship matches have a 30 minute time limit while other matches unless otherwise stated have a 20 minute time limit…
Graphic| Tonight’s Main Event| TNA Championship| © AJ Styles V Chris Harris! Footage was shown from earlier today of both champion and challenger AJ Styles and Chris Harris arrive at the arena ahead of tonight’s huge Main Event. While the footage was shown the announcers spoke about the recent form of both AJ and Harris. AJ has won 4 of his last 5 matches but his one defeat came in a 6 man tag team match where AJ was not the man pinned. Chris Harris has won his last 5 matches. Chris Harris last defeat came at the hands of Sting all the way back in August at TNA58 while AJ’s streak goes all the way back to March last year when Styles lost to Christopher Daniels at TNA38 and even that defeat was surrounded in controversy due to Daniels using a low blow to set AJ up for the loss.
Match 1| Michael Shane w. Alexis Laree beat Sonjay Dutt Sonjay Dutt the latest graduate from the TNA Wrestling Academy making his debut tonight. Dutt impressed but Shane was determined to kick off 2004 in a better way than 2003 ended. Shane clocked Dutt with his Super kick before putting the newcomer away with his version of the Saito supflex.
Following the match TNA Interviewer, Shawn Daivari conducted a post match interview with Michael Shane & Alexis Laree in the middle of the ring. Shane again blamed his bad run of form at the end of 2003 on Chris Sabin saying Sabin embarrassed him after eliminating Shane from the Gauntlet for the Gold match causing Shane to be the first man eliminated. Shane vowed to embarrass Sabin in return and prove once again why he is the greatest wrestler alive on God’s green earth.
Video package aired looking at the ‘Tennessee Cowboy’ James Storms’ time in TNA Total Non-Stop Action wrestling. Nobody has wrestled or won more matches than Storm and now after overcoming injury Storm has positioned himself as a contender to the TNA title especially after his courageous performance in the 2003 Gauntlet for the Gold match where Storm lasted over 45 minutes and eliminated 5 men including the first ever TNA Champion, Christopher Daniels. James Storm is looking to become TNA Champion in 2004!
Highlights aired from TNA76 the last Pay per View of 2003 where Ekmo Fatu won the $25k Xmas Bonus Tournament. The over 300lb Ekmo Fatu has won 5 of his 6 matches with his only loss coming in the 2003 Gauntlet for the Gold match where he was eliminated by James Storm…
Match 2| James Storm beat Ekmo Fatu w. Alpha Male Enterprise Recorded interview with AME aired before the match where TNA Tag Team Champion, Monty Brown did the talking. Brown vowed that tonight Ekmo Fatu would show the world what awaits them this year and beyond… complete domination!
Really good match where the fans were right behind James Storm, Storm’s left arm was also no longer taped up which is good news for Storm. Also during the match cameras caught TNA managements onscreen representative Dusty Rhodes watching backstage. Storm became the first man to pin Ekmo after Ekmo missed a big splash of the top rope and then Storm caught Fatu with his Super kick but Fatu only fell into the ropes but as Fatu came back of the ropes Storm nailed Fatu with a second for the victory. Following the bell AME flooded into the ring but Storm was quickly out of harms way and as officials entered the ring to hold back AME, James Storm stood on the announce table at ringside and after motioning as if he was necking a beer Storm made his intentions clear by signalling for the TNA Championship.
Announcers at ringside again hyped tonight’s TNA Championship, Main Event between AJ Styles and Chris Harris by talking about their Main Event experience which is heavily in AJ’s favour. AJ was won over 10 Main Events while Harris has only won 1 Main Event in singles competition besides the 2003 Gauntlet for the Gold match over the late great Curt Hennig. Up next, Bad Street Boys (Christian York & Joey Matthews) look to prove that they are the true top contenders to the TNA Tag Team titles and not Zero Gravity (Matt Sydal & Paul London)…
Video package aired looking at the history behind the match between Bad Street Boys & Zero Gravity. Since failing to beat Alpha Male Enterprise for the TNA Tag Team titles, Bad Street Boys never really hit top form again and even suffered a defeat to The Naturals (Andy Douglas & Chase Stevens) while Zero Gravity have been impressing everyone. To determine the top contenders to the TNA Tag Team titles a Tag Team Turmoil match was announced and to determine the order of entry a Battle Royal was announced featuring the 6 teams which was won by Christian York but many believe York benefited from the hard work of Paul London before eliminating London who was also distracted at ringside. Bad Street Boys then went on to become the top contenders to the TNA Tag Team titles after winning the Tag Team Turmoil match but again they benefited from the misfortune of Zero Gravity after Sydal & London eliminated the Briscoe Brothers, the Briscoe Brothers attacked Zero Gravity which helped Bad Street Boys on their way to victory. Bad Street Boys since has been out to prove their critics wrong and have beaten The Naturals and Danny Doring & Roadkill in recent weeks but the demand was there from the fans and management to see Bad Street Boys face Zero Gravity. Bad Street Boys accepted the match after Zero Gravity questioned whether Bad Street Boys should be next in line for a shot at the TNA Tag Team titles…
Match 3| Bad Street Boys (Christian York & Joey Matthews) beat Zero Gravity (Matt Sydal & Paul London) Form wise was actually in favour of Bad Street Boys who had won 4 of their last 5 while Zero Gravity has won 3. Overall Bad Street Boys have a win rate of 63% while Zero Gravity has a win rate of 75%
Great match, the announcers afterwards debated whether it was the greatest tag team match in TNA Wrestling history. Certainly a memorable match and in the end it was Bad Street Boys who managed to prove everyone wrong and come away with the victory after they spiked Sydal with their Hangman DDT.
Following the match TNA Interviewer, Shawn Daivari entered the ring to get comments from the winners, top contenders to the TNA Tag Team titles – Bad Street Boys. Joey Matthews exhausted from the match said hopefully everyone will take them seriously after tonight because they have proven yet again that they never give up and always rise to the challenge. Christian York took over and said the next time they get AME in the ring they would not be leaving without the TNA Tag Team titles. York then called over Matt Sydal & Paul London. York called Zero Gravity the future of Tag Team wrestling and told them once they become the TNA Tag Team Champions they would give Zero Gravity the first shot. The four men then shook hands with Zero Gravity showing respect by raising Bad Street Boys arms in victory. Backstage TNA Interviewer, Scott Hudson was shown trying to get a word with TNA Tag Team Champions, Alpha Male Enterprise (Elix Skipper & Monty Brown) but they refused to comment on Bad Street Boys victory.
Video package aired looking at the rivalry between Bobby Roode and Jerry Lynn which began after Roode claimed to have suffered an injury at the hands of Jerry Lynn but after getting an apology from Lynn, Roode proved the injury to be a fake by attacking Lynn from behind. Bobby Roode has taken great delight in getting inside Jerry Lynn’s head and claims to be the most calculated and dangerous man in TNA Total Non-Stop Action wrestling.
Match 4| Jerry Lynn beat Bobby Roode Jerry Lynn managed to get his revenge on Bobby Roode in what turned out to be a very good match. Roode is showing a lot of potential but Lynn’s experience is what separated the two men. Roode holds a recent victory over Lynn in a tag team match but tonight there was no stopping Lynn who beat Roode following his TKO.
Following the match Jerry Lynn wasn’t done and picked Bobby Roode up for his Cradle pile driver to the delight of the crowd but Lynn was talked out of the move by officials and his tag team partner Amazing Red allowing Roode to roll to safety. Red could be seen telling Lynn that Roode was behind him now and it was time for them to once again become the TNA Tag Team Champions.
Chris Harris was standing by backstage with TNA Interviewer, Scott Hudson. Harris told Hudson that he respects AJ Styles but Harris wants everything that AJ Styles has he wants more than anything to be the TNA Champion but also Harris wants to represent TNA Total Non-Stop Action wrestling. Harris was also honest enough to tell Hudson that people questioning his ability and whether Harris was it takes to beat AJ Styles tonight is also starting to get to him even though Harris understands the points his critics are making. Harris said there is only one way to get everything he wants and only one way to get people to stop doubting him and that is to beat AJ Styles in the middle of the ring and become the new TNA Champion. Harris finished by telling Hudson he has sacrificed the last 4 months to make sure that happens tonight…
Footage was shown from TNA73 where Raven spoke for the first time since returning at TNA71| Gauntlet for the Gold. Raven revealed that he would wear his scalped head as a reminder to never get complacent again and vowed to take things to a new extreme to accomplish his last dream of becoming the TNA Champion…
Announcers at ringside announced that next week TNA78, Raven would return to the ring plus also next week as well as the fall out from tonight’s Main Event. BG James would be fighting to keep his job again when he teams with Ron Killings to take on RATS (Kid Kash & YANG).
Match 5| Chris Hero beat Amazing Red Chris Hero’s only loss in singles competition beside the 2003 Gauntlet for the Gold match where Hero impressed and actually eliminated 3 men was against ‘The Icon’ Sting. Hero who has a 67% win rate has won 4 of his last 5 matches. While Amazing Red one half of the first ever TNA Tag Team Champions is going through a bad spell having lost his last 4 matches.
Red and Hero had a quick but relatively short match which ended when Hero caught Red coming of the top rope with his Roaring Elbow. Following the match TNA Interviewer, Shawn Daivari approached Hero to interview him on his victory but before he could Doug Williams had tackled Hero to the mat. Williams was after revenge after Hero cost him his match against Frankie Kazarian back at TNA72. Williams and Hero were all over one another with officials desperately trying to split both men up but to no avail, the fans were eating it up – loving the brawl. Hero and Williams spilled to ringside still fighting until more security came out to separate both men. Williams was screaming at Hero that he was going to kick his head in while Hero just raised his elbow the same elbow he used to knock out Doug Williams.
TNA Champion, AJ Styles was standing by with TNA Interviewer, Scott Hudson just moments before tonight’s Main Event. AJ said he heard Harris’ comments earlier tonight and like Harris he to respects his opponent and AJ is actually looking forward to tonight’s Main Event and proving once again why he is the TNA Champion. AJ lifted up his TNA title and this wasn’t going anywhere yet because AJ is only just getting started…
Match 6| Main Event| TNA Championship| Chris Harris beat © AJ Styles to become the new TNA Champion AJ Styles’ near 7 month reign as TNA Champion came to an end tonight. Great match which met and possibly exceeded expectations with both men putting in the performances of champions however despite how great the match was and that history was made the match would be remembered more for the actions of CM Punk!
AJ was on the ring apron after the official and Harris had just collided in the ring, AJ waited on the ring apron for Harris to return to his feet when CM Punk ran down the aisle and similar to what AJ did to Punk in their title match Punk pulled AJ backwards of the ring apron causing AJ to land hard back first at ringside. Punk then rolled AJ back into the ring…
AJ managed to avoid a Harris Spear by leap frogging the charging challenger but when AJ landed his back gave out, AJ still was able to surprise Harris who was unaware of Punk’s involvement with his Pele kick and set up for his Styles Clash but AJ couldn’t hit the move and Harris countered with a double leg slam before quickly locking AJ in his Texas Cloverleaf. Fans were on their feet begging AJ not to tap out and AJ fought with everything he had but after Harris pulled AJ away from the bottom rope AJ had no choice but to tap out!
For the first time in TNA Championship history the match has been marred by outside interference. CM Punk has cost AJ Styles the TNA Championship!
Chris Harris just dropped to his knees once he heard the ring bell overcome with emotion. Harris covered his face with his hands. Harris victory was met by a loud mixed reaction from the crowd. Harris stayed on his knees while he was handed the TNA title, which Harris hugged tight immediately.
AJ Styles was checked on by the match official and paramedics as Chris Harris watched while leaning against the ropes. TNA77 the first of 2004 then went off the air with Chris Harris standing on the middle turnbuckle holding the TNA Championship proudly above his head.

Oh, it's the 2004. I am all for this new font choice. The previous one was too small and sometimes gave me a headache. I love you bill the title matches as being a huge deal. It's vital to the prestige. I love Sonjay Dutt, hopefully you bring in the X-Division and he gets a spot there. James Storm over Ekmo Fatu seemed like a big match, surprised it was in the middle of the show here. Big win for Storm. Again, love the stats for main events, making things seem bigger and better. Win percentages is another cool touch. Love Joey Matthews and Christian York though, so glad they won. I would love to see a series of matches between those four. Jerry Lynn winning is fine since Bobby Roode isn't legit just yet, but I was never a big Lynn fan. Chris Hero winning is grand, I hope to see huge things for him. Maybe be the one to dethrone AJ Styles? HOLY ! CHRIS HARRIS WON THE BELT? Unexpected as hell. Not sure how I feel about it and CM Punk being involved as that takes away from the moment. Huge episode and I'm interested in seeing what could be next.

Nice to see you made the font a bigger size as it's much easier to read now. Sabin/Shane feud should be great as they're both 2 great workers, especially around this point. Sonjay losing in his first match didn't hurt him too much so that was fine. Storm/Ekmo sounded like a lot of fun. Ekmo was kept looking strong despite losing because of the first Superkick not knocking him down. Would love to see Storm challenge AJ for the TNA Championship down the line. The build-up to Abyss for his eventual match with Sting has been great. Looking forward to that one. Interesting post-match stuff wit Red/Lynn. Decent win for Hero. The post-match stuff was cool and I liked the touch of Hero simply raising his elbow, haha! WTF I totally didn't expect Chris Harris to be the one to win the TNA Championship. That's crazy. I never really liked Harris but this could be interesting with the build-up of James Storm to challenge him? Aswell as Punk/Styles. I truly thought Punk would have been the one to dethrone AJ. TNA 77 was good as usual and it was nice to genuinely be surprised by a booking decision in Harris going over AJ.

Alright, TNA77! We got a huge main event tonight with the belt on the line. Michael Shane beating Sonjay Dutt in the opener doesn't surprise me much, you've been pushing Shane a bit. James Storm beating Ekmo Fatu kind of and kind of doesn't surprise me. It doesn't because of Storm being as dominant as he has been, but does with Ekmo just winning the Christmas bonus tournament. Abyss is one bad MFer, but I don't see him ending the career of Sting. The Bad Street Boys beating Zero Gravity is fine. I feel like the tag division is loaded up, but there hasn't been too much to grab our attention. A good match apparently with the BSB getting respect from Zero Gravity, nice. Jerry Lynn over Bobby Roode, no big deal here other than for Lynn to move on I suppose, with Amazing Red and Jerry Lynn seeming to be on track together. We'll see what comes of that, if they do indeed join the crowded tag division. Good interview with Chris Harris, he sure seems confident for a match he'll likely lose. Onward, Chris Hero beating Amazing Red, good for Hero. Bad for Red. Especially when he was just looking to reform his team with Jerry Lynn! Why would Lynn wanna team up with that!? Hey, Doug Williams! Him versus Hero is imminent now. And, on to the main event. Yeah, yeah, AJ Styles wi--- No? CHRIS HARRIS WINS!? I'm shocked to see him win, seriously. I mean, I get the CM Punk feud with AJ Styles continuing on but Chris Harris getting the belt is whattt. A great ending to a solid show, looking forward to more.

Font is much better. Haha. Easier to read. I'll read through this a bit in hopes it inspires me to book a TNA diary myself. I loved the layout, but the font was a bit tough. Looks A+ now. Poor Sanjay losing on his debut. The way you've booked James Storm is really good. He's definitely become on of TNA's best. One thing you've done really well is book the tag team division. Lots of different characters, and really refreshing to see a major promotion with more than two or three tag teams. Matt Sydal and Paul London is just an awesome combo. I'd love to see that in TNA today. MCMG vs Zero Gravity is a matchup of dreams. I originally was thinking Roode/Lynn seemed a bit low on the card. Sounded like the first of a two part main event or something, but this I noticed you've got a Hero/Amazing Red match! I absolutely love the context you give. It outs a bit more importance on every single match when they all contribute to a wrestlers overall form rather than just that match he's wrestling. The Hero/Williams feud is being built up well. Main Event time! Really surprised to see Chris Harris get pushed further than his former partner in James Storm, but maybe he can have the better matches with TNA's star in AJ Styles. Chris Harris wins the belt!? That's insane! An interference influencing a title change almost always has to lead into a good feud. CM Punk and Styles can certainly put on good matches together, it's up to you to book them. Interested in seeing Chris's first title defense soon! Good show.

TNA Total Non-Stop Action Wrestling: Wednesday 7th January 2004…Alright, welcome to the second year of TNA. Hopefully we’re looking at an eventful year…could we see the debut of TNA iMPACT? The six-sided ring? Monthly pay-per-view? So many questions! Big-time main event planned with AJ Styles and Chris Harris challenging for the TNA World Heavyweight Championship – hopefully Styles retains here. Michael Shane defeating Sonjay Dutt was fine in a fun opening contest, a nice rub for Dutt the newcomer. Shane continues to be pushed as a star of the future though, which I’m cool with. I hope that one of these days Shawn Daivari attacks a wrestler he’s interviewing. He seems held back in this role. Plus, what will Scott Hudson do? James Storm looking to become the man in 2004…I think he’s got a lot of work to do yet. Storm then defeating Ekmo Fatu was fine – but it kind of upset the happenings last week where Fatu won $10,000 via tournament. That said, you have to put Storm over a lot in order to get him into position for the big one this year. Another thing I’ve noticed – you’ve never held a steel cage or a ladder match, have you? That’s impressive, but I do hope to see one of them in 2004. After all, the greater good of TNA at this stage is about growth and evolution, after all. Firstly we just need to find a meaningful enough feud. Christian York and Joey Matthews defeating Zero Gravity was fine in a fun tag match I’m sure. I don’t think it would be the greatest tag team match ever though, given your lack of write-up about it. Nothing proven here. Could York and Matthews win the TNA World Tag Team Championships from the Alpha Male Enterprise this time? Jerry Lynn defeating Bobby Roode was fine this time around. I think it’s too early for Roode to get any huge wins or be near the top tier, just yet. He was still practically a rookie at this stage in TNA life. Chris Harris’ promo was nice. Once again your build for main event matches are impressive. Chris Hero with a win against Amazing Red was good, I’m sure these two would have a hell of a match. Hmm, Doug Williams and Chris Hero’s feud is intensifying nicely. Oh, right. Chris Harris wins the TNA World Heavyweight Championship. Okay. I’m not sure how I feel about that – it’s good to see originality, but just try and book Harris as strongly as possible. CM Punk’s involvement impacted the outcome though, and surely one day we will see Punk become TNA World Heavyweight Champion…by 2004’s end perhaps? Overall, this was a pretty eventful first show of 2004. I think you have a lot of potential in where this year takes, as it was very instrumental into TNA’s growth. I’m hoping to see a lot of expansion from TNA this year – in the past year and a half we’ve seen new stars show up and the prestige of the TNA World Heavyweight Championship increase as the top prize in the company – but what else? Sting made a splash, what could be the next step in TNA’s growth? Gimmick matches? Pay-per-view? A television deal? Jeff Jarrett? So many possibilities. Hopefully we see this documented in the next 51 weeks.
