Steamboat vs Flair III from 89. Still my favorite ever,although any of their 3 89 encounters could make the list. This one was just perfect to me.

Hogan/Rock, Wrestlemania X8. Their collective charisma blew the roof off of the Skydome. It stole the show and was also a pretty darn good match considering that Hogan was in it. I have never seen anything like it before or since. Dammit! Anywho... I guess I'll go with Shawn Michaels vs. Chris Jericho Wrestlemania 19 |

Yay two matches, haha, anyway, my second choice has to be a cliche one but I'm shocked no one said it.
Shawn Michaels vs. The Undertaker - Wrestlemania 25, the match is maybe the greatest in WWF/E history, every part of the match just clicked and it made for an amazing bout. Side note, WM 25 was the first PPV I ever ordered.
