I pre-ordered my Shield exclusives from K-Mart on June 21st.
I just checked my PayPal balance today and noticed that I had more money than I expected. On July 2nd, K-Mart sent me a refund with no explanation. The details simply say 'Removed'. I never received a cancellation email, so I called their 800 number. The lady I talked to said that if the company doesn't know the release date of an item, then they will refund the money. I told her that it was in plain text on their website that it is a pre-order and it says available November 1, 2013. She then went on to say that it doesn't matter, that they will refund the money anyway.
So what is the point of a pre-order?
Anyone else think the lady I talked to is full of crap?
