Great collection and looking better all the time. The Mountie is a really big gap though when you see this and all the classic figs Mattel has made.

Awesome collection. Its very similar to mine but I only collect wrestlers from mid 80's to 1999. My favorite time as a wrestling fan. same here! every year at WM time I feel the buzz again and bust out old tapes to watch and look at collectables and search the net for old wrestling anything lol. I'd give anything to go back to that time and do it all again.

So freaking dope. Easily one of the greatest displays on Wfigs... So simple yet so effective.

My goal is to have a display very much like yours, but the only difference would be that my collection will feature at least 1 of each wrestler, that appeared before the year 2004. I'm hoping mattel will release even more older legends from around the bruno sammartino era such as superstar billy graham and then onwards to jesse ventura and then all the way to the ruthless aggression era with everyone in between (70s>80s>90s>ruthless agression).
Then I hope to have another shelf under neath with a wcw theme which will hopefully cover the whole wcw timeframe.
Still got a long way to go and still waiting on mattel to release many more flashbacks, but i'm getting there lol. Hope to post pics some day

I was trying to keep my loose collection to around 75 figures but it gets increasingly harder as I'm now upto over 90. Anyone else have a similar problem of wanting to keep your collection around a certain size but finding it more difficult as time goes on? What are your suggestions? How do you decide which figures to display and which not to? So I'm faced with a similar problem. I can't afford, nor do I have the space for 100s of figures. I do have a nice floating display case dedicated to WWE Mattel figures and in order to keep a clean uncluttered look I have to space them out correctly - so 12 per shelf and there's 5 shelves - so I have a limit of 60 to maintain. I'm constantly battling over who to keep and who to get rid of. I've finally decided not to keep doubles of anyone, so it boils down to keeping their most iconic look. Hardest decision for me recently was to get rid of my custom NWA Kerry Von Erich (when he won the title from Flair) because I did a kit-bash SummerSlam version of him when he won the IC title. Both very high points in his career, but due to space I was forced to let go of one. Texas Tornado was just more iconic. Similarly I got rid of Legends Mr. Perfect for Heenan Family Mr. Perfect because I like the orange/black outfit more. So it's about what I find as iconic looks. Now with the Nasty Boys, potentially an 80s Hart Foundation, and the possibility of even more classic figures I'm going to be making some more hard decisions.

Fantastic collection.
I'm in a similar position to you guys, I only collect 88-92 wwf era and am trying to limit myself to around 70 figures, because I've started adding customs to my collection I'm trying to limit myself to 1 or maybe 2 with exceptions of each person. I figure I'd rather have guys like Mountie, Warlord and Haku in my collection than have 5 warriors but it's difficult to make the choices

I've considered going the no doubles route too, but haven't been able to decide which Warrior, Macho and Michaels to display, especially when, in the case of Macho and Shawn, they've had various iconic looks in my opinion over the years. How can I not have a Macho King figure and accurately represent 1990 or '91 yet not include the original Macho Man look (WrestleMania IV and V). Same with Shawn for '92 or '96 through '98? It's too tough and I would be leaving off too many awesome figures but that's why I'm pushing 100 figures.

I'm probably the only collector I know of that collects only loose elites and keeps just one version of every superstar. Even if I like 2 different Undertakers I only keep one or do a fix up and keep the one I like for my stop motion figure fed.
That being said, I STILL have over 140 figures including divas so I definitely cant imagine the struggle of you guys who buy 1 moc, 1 loose and 1 for parts. I'd lose my mind lol and where do you even put them all? Sorry for you guys.

Thanks for the compliments. Already got rid of a few figures I deemed unable to make the cut. Basic green Warrior (I already have 6 or 7 others in better attires, mostly Elites), basic Flair (already have DM Flair that basically represents same period for my collection), basic Hart Foundation Bret (pre-ordered E43 Foundation), EG HBK (good attire, dislike the basic form and headscan, already have other Shawns from same period in Elite form), Legends Austin (have HOF Austin though considering re-adding this figure).
Now the question is do I remove more when additional figures are released (Tugboat, Koko, Narcissist) or add more to the "front row" and risk "cluttering it up".
